Abstract

: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang mengkaji tentang sejauhmanakah pengaruh pendidikan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri 35 Panggalo Kelurahan Pangali-ali kecamatan Banggae. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru yang mengajar pada  Sekolah Dasar Negeri 35 Panggalo, dimana jumlah responden sebanyak 25 orang guru. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa tingkat pendidikan dengan koofisien  regresi sebesar 0,644 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,010 dan t hitung 2,823 menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan  berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri 35 Panggalo kelurahan pangali-ali kecamatan Banggae kabupaten Majene  karena tingkat signifikan < 0,05. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah diuraikan bahwa kualitas kerja dengan koofisien  regresi sebesar 0,660 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 dan t hitung 4,732 menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja  berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri 35 Panggalo kelurahan pangali-ali kecamatan Banggae kabupaten Majene  karena tingkat signifikan < 0,05. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah diuraikan bahwa tingkat pendidikan dan kualitas kerja berhubungan dengan nilai f hitung 11,213 pada tingkat signifikan 5 % (0,05) nilai p = 0,000 yang berarti bahwa variabel tingkat pendidikan  (x1), lingkungan kerja (x2), secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru pada SD Negeri Panggalo kelurahan pangali-ali kecamatan Banggae kabupaten Majene

Abstract

his study aims to determine the types of remains found on the site of the rongi fortress and how the function of the rongi fort is for the buton sultanate based on its remains. This study uses spatial archeology theory andsettlement approaches. This study uses data collection techniques as a literature study that collects literature relatedto the title of research, observation, documentation, and interviews. Then the stage of data processing and dataanalysis is using contextual analysis.The results of the study showed that the archeological remains were found inthe form of baruga, old house, cannons, weapons, kususuli, tombs, ceramic fragments and pottery fragments. Thefunction of the fort rongi for the buton sultanate based on its archeological remains which functions as a fortress aswell as a settlement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Big Book media can improve the ability to read beginning in elementary grade II deaf children in SDLB Negeri Ternate. The research method used in this research is the single subject experimental method or Single Subject Research (SSR). The design used in this research is the A-B-A design, which consists of baseline-1, intervention, and baseline-2 phases. The subject in this study was a child with hearing impairment in elementary grade II at SDLB Negeri Ternate. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion of research results, it can be concluded that Big Book media can improve the beginning reading ability of elementary class II deaf children in SDLB Negeri Ternate. This is indicated by the overlap of data in the analysis between conditions A1 / B and B / A2 at 0%, which means that the smaller the percentage of overlap, the greater the influence on the target behavior. This was supported by the increase in baseline reading scores during the baseline-1, intervention, and baseline-2 phases. With these results, it shows that Big Book media can improve the beginning reading skills of elementary class II deaf children at SDLB Negeri Ternate

Abstract

Background: The new normal policy during the COVID-19 pandemic needs public involvement. Efforts to reduce the number of COVID-19 cases require the public to understand the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of COVID-19 prevention health protocols.Objective: This research aimed to assess knowledge, attitudes, and practices towards the prevention of COVID-19.Methods: This was descriptive research conducted in Muna District on June 2021 with 410 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and provided online through WhatsApp groups and social media using Google Forms.Results: Most of the respondents answered knowing the cause of COVID-19 (82.4%), COVID-19 transmission (54.4%), prevention by using masks (81.0%), washing hands (83.9%), social distancing (86.8%), and cough etiquette (81.2%). People's attitudes towards opinions about COVID-19 vary. Disagree with the statement that someone who buys products from China can contract COVID-19 (51.0%), agree on spraying disinfectants (37.6%), opinions that are uncertain eucalyptus, garlic, and sesame oils can prevent transmission of COVID-19 (52.4%), views that disagree COVID-19 is the same as the common cold (73.2%), respondents are Uncertain that COVID-19 can be treated with antibiotics (42.9%), respondents answered "Uncertain” that the coronavirus would die at high temperatures (43.9%).Conclusion: The people of Muna District have good knowledge, attitudes, and behavior about COVID-19. This finding can be used as a basis for better implementation of new normal policies in Indonesia.

Abstract

Minat belajar siswa sering kali sangat mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa, dengan minat belajar yang rendah sangatlah mungkin akan menghasilkan hasil belajar yang tidak maksimal, selain hal tersebut rendahnya minat belajar siswa juga dipengaruhi oleh cara penyampaian yang dilakukan guru yang masih menggunakan system pengajaran konvensional ceramah. Pelajaran matematika merupakan materi pelajaran yang dianggap sulit oleh sebagain besar siswa di sekolah SMK N1 Panyabungan. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development). Model pengembangan luther sutopo, yaitu terdiri dari Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing dan Distribution. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi yang dihasilkan dapat dimanfaatkan dan layak digunakan oleh siswa dan guru dalam mata pelajaran yang bersangkutan. Hasil uji validitas oleh para ahli terhadap media pembelajaran Bangun Ruang diperoleh nilai rata-rata 0,83 yaitu valid, uji praktikalitas mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 0,91 dengan kategori sangat tinggi, dan uji efektivitas mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 0,88 dengan kategori sangat efektif. Abstract Students' interest in learning often greatly influences student learning outcomes, with low learning interest it is very likely that it will produce learning results that are not optimal, besides this, the low interest in student learning is also influenced by the method of delivery carried out by teachers who still use conventional lecture teaching systems. Mathematics is a subject matter that is considered difficult by most students at SMK N1 Panyabungan. The type of research used is a type of research and development (Research and Development). Luther Sutopo's development model, which consists of Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing and Distribution. The results of the research conducted can be concluded that the resulting application can be utilized and appropriate for use by students and teachers in the subject concerned. The results of the validity test by experts on the Bangun Ruang learning media obtained an average value of 0.83, namely valid, the practicality test obtained an average value of 0.91 in the very high category, and the effectiveness test obtained an average value of 0.88 in the category very effective.

Abstract

Inadequate knowledge of husbands about exclusive breastfeeding will lead to low husband support, thus reducing the success of the exclusive breastfeeding process. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and husband support in exclusive breastfeeding at Eria Bunda Hospital. This study used a quantitative analytic research design with a cross sectional study design. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, so that the sample in this study was 70 respondents. The measuring instrument used was a questionnaire and data analysis using the chi square test. The results of the analysis showed that there was a relationship between knowledge (p value, 0.048) and husband support (p value 0.000) in exclusive breastfeeding at Eria Bunda Hospital. This study provides advice that health workers make efforts to improve the health services of medical personnel and nurses in health education through socialization and counseling on the importance of the breastfeeding process in order to increase husband's knowledge as an effort to increase husband's support in the breastfeeding process.Keywords: Knowledge, Husband Support, Exclusive Breastfeeding

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor- faktor yang mempengarui keputusan pembelian tempe di Pasar Rappang dan faktor dominan. Populasi penelitian ialah pembeli tempe dipasar Rappang, dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin yaitu orang yang sudah membeli tempe. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Responden yang memenuhi syarat ditetapkan sebanyak 67 orang yang dianalisis dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dan psikologis dan pribadi, berpengaruh secara simultan dan parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian tempe di Pasar Rappang. Variabel psikologis merupakan variabel yang paling dominan.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the ways lecturers assessed students’ English writing. The respondents of this study were two lecturers teaching Writing course at English Education Department of Universitas Muhammadiyah Aceh. This study employed interview as the instrument to collect data. Data were analyzed by using thematic analysis. The findings of the study revealed that the lecturers employed analytic rubrics when evaluating their students’ writing. The findings suggest that rubrics are effective to evaluate the students’ writing for its reliable scoring system. This study is expected to provide insights for other lecturers in terms of evaluating writing using assessment rubrics in English classroom.

Abstract

The main aim of this study is to assess the preparedness of UIN Ar-Raniry language lecturers in executing e-learning. It seeks to ascertain whether psychological, technological, human resource, equipment, and content preparedness represent legitimate and trustworthy characteristics of e-learning preparedness. This study utilized the e-learning preparedness model established by Chapnick (2000) as its framework. The sample comprised 200 lecturers from the Language Development Center of UIN Ar-Raniry. The current study included three modified questionnaires derived from three primary sources: Teddy (2008), Trayek (2013), and Murphy, Coover, and Owen (1989). Thirty-seven items were included to assess the five constructs proposed in this study. This study employed descriptive statistics, including frequency counts and percentages. The study revealed that among 200 respondents, the majority supported the deployment of e-learning, indicating that most English and Arabic language instructors possess a greater level of preparedness for e-learning integration. The study concluded that lecturers at the UIN Ar-Raniry Language Development Centre are prepared to integrate e-learning into their pedagogical approaches. Consequently, it is recommended that UIN Ar-Raniry consolidate their efforts to improve the knowledge and skills of lecturers about content preparedness, technological preparedness, human resource preparedness, and equipment preparedness.

Abstract

The awareness of learning English has risen not only on students but also general community. However, expecting to master English merely relies on classroom learning or formal setting are considered not sufficient. Therefore, more English learners both students and public figured out how to study by themselves. The emergence of YouTube has changed the way people learn English. The various kinds of videos and their flexibility of access raised their awareness to learn English individually. It is a qualitative study. The data were analysed based on (Miles et al., 2014) theory. The researchers interviewed three participants to collect the data. They were selected based on the criteria managed by the researcher. This study used three competencies of self-regulated learning (SRL): cognitive, motivation and metacognitive. This study found that YouTube positively impacted SRL. The participants proved that YouTube helped them to understand English better, made their learning fun and enabled them to reflect their English competence.
