Abstract

PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) or better known as Pelindo III is one of the State Owned Enterprises (BUMN) which is engaged in port terminal operator services. As a port terminal operator, Pelindo III manages 43 ports with 16 branch offices spread across seven provinces in Indonesia. The purpose of writing this research is to determine the management of liquid waste at PT. Pelindo III. Tanjung Emas Branch, the research method used was data collection by means of interviews and field observations by means of descriptive analysis. In this way the handling and management of waste should pay attention to Regulation of the Minister of Environment Number 05 of 2009 concerning Waste Management at Ports and Law No. 32 of 2009 concerning Protection and Management of the Environment. The results of this study that the source of waste contained in PT Pelindo III came from loading and unloading activities. The main waste is oil spills, and also office activities

Abstract

Research conducted by researchers is using a qualitative research approach with descriptive qualitative types. Methods of data collection by observation, interviews and documentation. The implementation of thematic learning consists of opening activities, core activities consisting of exploration, elaboration, confirmation. And the last activity is the closing activity. The implementation of thematic learning on the spider web model (webbed model) consists of several indicators from several subjects which are combined into one theme in each meeting. Assessment in thematic learning is carried out separately in each subject indicator. Assessment in thematic learning does not only look at the results but also the learning process. Assessment tools that can be used in thematic learning include written tests, oral tests, action tests, and portfolios

Abstract

The aim of this study is to know the students’ response toward english learning by using Quipper School platform. This study is survey research. The population of this study are the eleventh grade students IPS at SMAN 3 Selong. The sample of this study is eleventh grade students IPS 2. The data is collected by using quisioner contain of statements should be answered by the responden. Types of data are response scores of students response then anlaysed by quisioner score obtain criteria persentation. The criteria interpreted in some categories such as very good, good, good enough, and not good category. The result of data analisis of students’ response toward the use of quipper school platform to aspect of use are 89% very good criteria, aspect of the display are 87% very good criteria, and persentation material aspect are 90% very good criteria.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an increase in learning outcomes using science teaching aids in grade IV SD Inpres Sopi, Morotai Jaya District, Morotai Island Regency. The subjects in this study were 19 grade IV students of SD Inpres Sopi, Morotai Jaya District, consisting of 9 female students and 10 male students. The teaching aids used in this study were the science teaching aids using Torso media. The type of research used in this research is classroom action research (PTK) with the stages of the research including: 1) planning, 2) implementation, 3) observation, 4) reflection. This research lasted for two cycles consisting of cycle I and cycle II. Data collection techniques used in this study include: 1) Observation, 2) Interviews, and 3) Tests. While the instruments used in this study were lesson plans, observation sheets, and formative tests. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in learning outcomes in each cycle. This increase was in the pre-cycle students who completed the KKM 70 as many as 3 students or 15.78%. In the first cycle, the completeness percentage of 3 students who scored above the KKM 70 before the action was achieved to 6 students or 31.57%, an increase of 15.79% from the pre-cycle. Whereas in cycle II the percentage of learning completeness was achieved from 13 students who scored above the KKM 70 in cycle II to 17 students or 89.45%, an increase of 21.05% from cycle I. Thus it can be concluded that there is an increase in student learning outcomes when using Natural science props (torso) for fourth grade students of SD Inpres Sopi, Morotai Jaya District.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the value of education in Londe Tomatua in J.B.Lebang's book Londe-londena Toraya. The benefits of the results of this study are (1) as teaching material in Torajan literature courses (2) as a reference for research on other aspects of oral literature research, (3) providing benefits to readers in relation to Educational Values ​​in Londe Tomatua in the Londe Book -Londena Toraya by JB Lebang. This research is a qualitative type, namely a continuous research process so that the data collection, data processing, and data analysis stages are carried out simultaneously during the research process. The data obtained were analyzed using a procedure that produced descriptive data, namely the description of Educational Value in Londe Tomatua in J.B.Lebang's Londe-Londena Toraya Book. To collect data, the researcher used (1) reading technique, namely the researcher directly reading the object of research in the book that had been prepared by the researcher, (2) the note-taking technique, namely in this technique, data that met the requirements were recorded in the book provided by the researcher. . This means that the data about Londe Tomatua contained in the Londe-Londena Toraya Book by Pdt.J.B. Lebang, the researcher made transcriptions from the data. The results showed that the value of education in Londe Tomatua in the book Londe-Londena Toraya by Pdt.J.B.Lebang which includes religious values, tolerance, hard work, love of peace and responsibility.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of Information and Communication Technology Use of Students' interest in SMK Ganesa Satria Depok. The population in this study were the students in the audio-video engineering department where there were 2 (two) parallel classes with an average of 30 students of the class and performed randomly. From the preliminary sample of 20 respondents, there were only 8 questionnaires returned. From 8 questionnaires, there were 3 questionnaires that were not complete, so they had to be excluded from the analysis, so the total respondents in this research were 5 students. The hypothesis used in this study was calculated using the likert scale of 4 points. The results of this study show that Peggunaan Information Technology and Communications have a good impact on Student interest in SMK Ganesa Satria Depok.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Capital Adequacy Ratio on the Return on Assets at PT. Bank Muamalat, Tbk. The method used is explanatory research. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research variable Capital Adequacy Ratio obtained an average value of 51.66%. The return on assets variable obtained an average value of 3.32%. Capital Adequacy Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets with a regression equation value of Y = 2.329 + 0.019X, and a correlation coefficient value of 0.674 or has a strong level of relationship with a determination value of 45.5%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Internet Banking on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Bank BRI Syariah Kebayoran Baru. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 89 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study, the Internet Banking variable obtained an average score of 3.406 with good criteria. The Customer Satisfaction variable obtained an average score of 3,793 with good criteria. Internet Banking has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction with a regression equation value of Y = 10.620 + 0.802X, and a correlation coefficient value of 0.749 or has a strong level of relationship with a determination value of 56.1%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions at PT. Lea Sanent, Bintaro Mall Branch. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 78 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research variable product quality obtained an average score of 3.514 with good criteria. The purchase decision variable obtained an average score of 3.801 with good criteria. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 11.869 + 0.744X, and the correlation coefficient value of 0.774 or has a strong level of relationship with a determination value of 59.9%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Online learning is an option taken as an alternative to covid19. Technology is becoming much needed and useful in current pandemic conditions. In this article the research method used is the literary study method. Search, read, write, and conclude research results that have the same big themes through various books, articles, journals, and other sources. This research aims to determine whether or not the influence of online learning is influenced by online learning media implemented during pandemics. The results obtained from several studies show a positive and negative influence in the online learning process.
