Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Abstract

The body electricity course is a compulsory subject so it is necessary to innovate teaching materials to achieve learning goals. This study aims to (1) determine the validity of interactive textbooks based on qr code and short links in body electricity courses, (2) find out the practicality of using interactive textbooks based on QR code and short links in body electricity courses, and (3) find out the effectiveness of interactive textbooks based on QR codes and short links in body electricity courses. This research is R&D. The model used is 4D but only the define, design, and develop stages are carried out. The questionnaire uses 7 Likert scales. The research instrument proved its validity and reliability. The results of this study indicate that (1) interactive textbooks based on QR code and short links in body electricity courses from material experts while media experts are very valid at 94.63% and 95.39%, (2) interactive textbooks interactive textbooks based on QR code and short links in body electricity courses are very practical by 86.61%, and (3) interactive textbooks based on QR code and short links on body electricity courses are very effective by 86.43%. Based on the results of this study, it can be interpreted that the textbooks developed are feasible to be implemented in learning and disseminated.

Abstract

The application of material criminal law against perpetrators of criminal acts of spreading hatred and sara information through social media is carried out through an integrated criminal justice system involving the police, prosecutors, courts and correctional institutions. Hate speech through social media that causes hostility among groups in society. The act of spreading hate speech through social media is prohibited and punishable in Article 28 paragraph (2) jo Article 45 paragraph (2) of Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE which carries a maximum imprisonment of 6 (six) years. The Panel of Judges in handing down a verdict against the perpetrator of the crime of spreading hatred and sara information through social media in Decision Number 177/Pid.Sus/2021/PN Jkt.Brt. on the spread of hate speech through social media Based on the testimony of witnesses and the testimony of the defendant, the existence of evidence and the facts revealed in court, on the elements of Article 28 paragraph (2) jo Article 45A paragraph (2) of Law No.19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law No.11 of 2008 concerning ITE, the Panel of Judges has correctly argued the elements charged from the Public Prosecutor.

Abstract

Aggravation of sanctions against perpetrators of premeditated murder preceded by violence (Study of Decision Number: 150/Pid.B/2020/PN Jkt Utr) in imposing a sentence on the Defendant, the panel of judges was unfair even though they had first considered the aggravating and mitigating circumstances of the Defendant where the aggravating circumstances were that the defendant's actions caused the victim witness Victor Tambatjong to suffer injuries; the Defendant had been convicted; the Defendant had enjoyed the payment for the execution of the murder of the victim Victor Tambatjong and the mitigating circumstances were that the Defendant regretted and admitted his actions frankly in court. Therefore the Defendant was sentenced with due observance of Article 340 Jo. Article 53 Paragraph (1) Jo. Article 55 Paragraph (1) To 1 of the Criminal Code. and Law Number 8 of 1981 concerning Criminal Procedure. Therefore, the panel of judges stated that the Defendant Johanes Ronald Sebenan, mentioned above, has been proven legally and convincingly guilty of committing the crime of "Attempted premeditated murder", as in the first alternative indictment and sentenced the Defendant to 7 (seven) years imprisonment.

Abstract

The settlement of criminal cases through restorative justice at the investigation stage is regulated in the Chief of Police Circular Letter Number 8 of 2018 concerning the Application of Restorative Justice in Criminal Case Settlement, which regulates that case settlement through restorative justice before the Notice of Commencement of Investigation is sent to the Public Prosecutor and its application to all criminal offenses that do not cause human victims so that it creates problems in its application. This research is a normative-empirical juridical research using a statutory approach and a case approach. Primary data collection techniques through field research and literature research to obtain secondary data. The result of the research is that the application of restorative justice in the settlement of serious traffic accident cases at the South Jakarta Metro Police is carried out by the Investigator after the peace between the perpetrator and the victim's family which is carried out after the Investigator sends a Notice of Commencement of Investigation to the South Jakarta Prosecutor's Office so that the case handling is not continued. Factors influencing the application of restorative justice in the settlement of serious traffic accident cases consist of law enforcement factors, namely the knowledge and understanding of Investigators of the applicable laws and regulations, legal substance factors, namely the substance of the Chief of Police Circular Letter which regulates material requirements that do not accommodate case settlements with human victims and formal requirements regarding the time period in the application of restorative justice only for criminal acts at the investigation stage before sending a Notice of Commencement of Investigation, and community legal culture factors related to values, attitudes and behaviors in community life so as to influence decision making to resolve traffic accident cases experienced through restorative justice.

Abstract

The Panel of Judges of Court Number 20/Pid.Sus-Anak/2020/PN Jkt.Pst on the perpetrators of the crime of theft with violence committed by children in the Decision. However, the Panel of Judges based on legal facts as a form of social justice in the community, the Judge still stated that the child Muhammad Fadillah Alias Ambon had been proven legally and convincingly guilty of committing the crime of "theft with violence" as the second alternative charge. However, for the sake of fulfilling the best interests of the child for the growth and development of the child in accordance with the principles of child protection law, the Judge imposed guidance and treatment measures on Child Muhammad Fadillah Alias Ambon at the Social Welfare Institution (LPKS) under the Supervision of the Central Jakarta Class I Correctional Center for 6 months.Hakin has also been fair to the Child Defendant by determining that the period of arrest and detention that has been served by Child Muhammad Fadillah Alias Ambon is deducted entirely from the length of guidance and treatment measures imposed.

Abstract

The focus of this research is the Effectiveness of Supervision of Orderly Raising and Lowering Passengers on the Tangerang-Merak Toll Road. The problem in this study is the violation of government regulations regarding the activities of raising and lowering passengers, the weak supervision of violations of raising and lowering passengers and the lack of socialization regarding the prohibition of raising and lowering passengers on the Tangerang-Merak toll road. The purpose of the research is to find out how the effectiveness of supervision of the order of raising and lowering passengers on the Tangerang-Merak toll road. The theory used in this study uses the theory of effective supervision characteristics from Siswanto (2011: 149). This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using observation, direct interviews, and documentation. Data validity testing using triangulation and member check. The results showed that the supervision of the order of loading and unloading passengers on the Tangerang-Merak toll road has not been effective due to the lack of data collection of people who commit violations, the lack of supervisory resources, the existence of illegal fees and the lack of strict sanctions given. The suggestions are the construction of shadow terminals, improving supervisory coordination between related parties, increasing the discipline of supervisors, and adding supervisory members.

The teaching and learning process at MTs Rahmatullah Kou is going well, but there are also things such as teacher performance that is not optimal in the teaching and learning process..As the results of observations (pre-research) by the author done with school principals and some teachers, there is a perception that teachers lack discipline in carrying out their duties such as not preparing Lesson Implementation Plans, low IT quality from teachers, and also lack of discipline in time, especially in terms of the implementation of the teaching and learning process..To overcome problems experienced by teachers at MTs Rahmatulah Kou is to carry out the role of supervision by the head of the Madrasah or supervisor .. In order to create qualified teachers who have special abilities and expertise in the field of teacher training so that they are able to carry out their duties and functions as teachers with maximum abilities In words On the other hand, qualified teachers are people who are well-educated and well-trained and have rich experience in their field. Abstract

The weakness of the tourism industry for almost two years caused by the covid 19 pandemic has made tourist attractions in Indonesia strive to promote in a unique and sophisticated way, namely by implementing metaverse tourism which emphasizes rapid technological developments. One of the museums in Indonesia that uses metaverse tourism is the Bank Indonesia Museum. The promotion of this sophisticated tourist attraction will begin to be implemented by the Museum of Bank Indonesia in 2021. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews, observation, literature studies, and documentation. The purpose of this study is to find out metaverse tourism as a tourism promotion strategy at the Bank Indonesia Museum. The data obtained were analyzed using SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, Museum Bank Indonesia is advised to use metaverse tourism as an alternative tourism promotion strategy that emphasizes the sophistication of technology that has been implemented. This strategy will increase awareness and experience for tourists, who will later share their experiences after visiting the Bank Indonesia Museum either through speech, writing, interesting photos or videos by uploading them on social media.

Abstract

Excursion Metaverse Tourism is likened to using technology to create a real earth (body) experience in virtual space. The virtual world of tourisrn has opened up new opportunities to revolutionize the enjoyment of travel. The adaptation of Metaverse Tourism using VirtuaI ReaIity (VR) and Augrnented ReaIity (AR) leads to “high-tech and high-touch” collaboration, an almost essential tourism principle. Bali has great potential to take advantage of rnetaverse tourism as a means of promoting natural shark tourism that stops at TNTC. The number of excursion tours that previously reached more than 4,000 people will decrease to 68 people on travel and research missions in 2021. This research uses a quaIitative descriptive method that increases references with low quality information and questions and answers and validates information. studied during the research. By adopting technology that is environrnentaIIy friendIy and has a positive irnpact on nature conservation, tourists' interest in natural phenomena is reduced and they don't have to worry about the negative issues of traveling in Bali.

Abstract

Technological developments continue to occur very rapidly. Ease of access to information has a positive impact on society. The Internet has developed a business model where previously conventional trading has become electronic. This development created the emergence of marketplaces in Indonesia. In this study discusses the influence of brand image and flash sales on purchasing decisions. This study discusses the Tokopedia’s marketplace where the object of research is Tik tok Tokopedia's followers. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS and Excel tools. The results of the study show that there is a partial or simultaneous influence between brand image and flash sale variables on purchasing decision variables
