Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Abstract

The existence of a trade carried out by business actors which often causes consumers to be harmed which leads to a dispute between consumers and business actors. By going through the consumer dispute resolution process outside the court, the settlement process will be easier. With the enactment of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, it is hoped that the Indonesian people can understand and be aware of the rights and obligations of business actors in order to be responsible. The type of research used in writing this journal is by using normative legal research methods. There are 3 ways for the Consumer Dispute Settlement process which is carried out outside the court, namely: Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of murabahah contracts in sharia mortgage and its adjust to Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (PSAK) 102 regarding murabahah accounting at Bank Syariah Indonesia Karawang Branch. This study used a descriptive qualitative method and data collection technique in the form of interviews and some secondary data from report documents. Based on the research results, it can be known that the application of the murabahah accounting at Bank Syariah Indonesia Karawang Branch refers to PSAK 102 and basically complies with the applicable regulations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the dimensions of the absorption contribution of celebrity adoration to the impulsive buying behavior of young K-Pop fans, to determine the dimensions of the contribution of addiction to celebrity worship to the impulsive buying behavior of young K-Pop fans, to determine the contribution of absorption and addiction to celebrity worship. as a whole on the impulsive buying behavior of adolescent K-Pop fans. The population in this study is all K-popers in Indonesia with statistical results showing a proportion of 23% of the 100 million K-popers in the world. In this study using a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. This type of research is quantitative. The research results show that celebrity worship behavior contributes to the impulsive buying behavior of young K-Pop fans with a sample of 258 teenagers spread across several islands in Indonesia. The absorption dimension contributed 32.5% to the impulsive buying behavior of young K-Pop fans while the addiction dimension contributed 30.7% to the impulsive buying behavior of young K-Pop fans. Celebrity worship uses the F test to see the overall effect on consumptive behavior, namely the celebrity worship variable (absorption and addiction) has a significant influence on adolescent impulsive buying behavior in purchasing products related to idols of 63.2% and the remaining 36.8 % influenced by other factors.

Abstract

One of the methods of peeling on cassava is to use a cylinder with an abrasive layer that rotates on the cassava peeling machine.This research analyzes the electrical power needs in the operation of DC electric motors in the cassava peeling system and DC water pumps in the cassava washing system which is the constituent system of the cassava peeling machine that was developed. The research method used in this study is Research and Development. From the results and discussion, it is obtained if the amount of DC electric motor power value in the peeling process will be directly proportional to the weight of cassava, but the amount of DC water pump power value in the washing process is not directly proportional or inversely proportional to the weight of cassava. Then the amount of hourly power value of DC electric motors and DC water pumps will be directly proportional to the length of time span of the peeling and washing process carried out and directly proportional to the value of the electrical power used.

Abstract

Abstract This research was made to find out how much influence Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Operating Profit Margin (OPM), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) or what is commonly called the profitability ratio to assess the financial performance of PT Natura City Developments Tbk period 2017-2021. This research is a type of quantitative research with descriptive analysis method. This study uses secondary data. The secondary data in this study is through annual report data sourced from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) website. The variables used are profitability ratios (X) and company financial performance (Y). The data analysis used is ROA, ROE, GPM, OPM, and NPM. The results of this study are that the percentages of ROA, ROE, GPM, OPM, and NPM are very influential in assessing a company's financial performance.

Abstract

The role of social media is very important in the current communication process. Including Instagram social media. Currently, there are more and more Instagram accounts on social media that are used to build a brand image. The use of Instagram is a way for businesses to promote goods, products, services and services. Bajawa Flores Coffee NTT is one of the coffee outlets that uses Instagram as a medium to build a brand image for their products. With the typical coffee characteristics of East Nusa Tenggara, it is unique compared to other competitors. Apart from that, Kopi Bajawa Flores also collaborates with the Tangan Pengharapan Foundation in social activities to help educate underprivileged children in NTT. This study aims to find out what are the Marketing Public Relations (MPR) communication strategies for Bajawa Coffee Flores NTT on the Instagram business media @kopibajawaflores.id in order to build a brand image for Bajawa Coffee Flores NTT. This research was conducted at Kopi Bajawa Flores, NTT, which has an office at Jalan Kedoa Raya No. 36, West Jakarta, DKI Jakarta. The results of this study indicate a marketing public relations strategy carried out by Kopi Bajawa Flores NTT on Instagram @kopibajawaflores.id to build a brand image, namely by making various advertisements and sales promotions, social enterprise activities, procurement of live music, publicity and direct marketing on Instagram Bajawa Coffee @kopibajawaflores.id. So that all marketing public relations activities carried out through the Instagram social media of Kopi Bajawa @kopibajawaflores.id are very good and need to be maintained in building the brand image of Bajawa coffee. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of Green Intellectual Capital Disclosure and Sustainability Reporting Disclosure on Company Performance. The research population is Primary Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2019-2021. The type of data used is secondary data, namely data derived from financial reports and annual reports. The purposive sampling method used in this study obtained 54 samples and a total sample of 162 companies from 2019-2021. This study uses the Multiple Linear Regression model. The results of this study indicate that Green Intellectual Capital has a positive effect on company performance and Sustainability Reporting Disclosure has no effect on company performance

Abstract

Electrical energy is energy that is often used in everyday life. The absence of electrical energy will greatly disrupt the continuity of human activity. The potential for New, Renewable Energy (EBT) in Indonesia is very large but has not been utilized optimally because of the geographical gap between the location of energy sources and the location of energy demand and the initial investment costs are expensive. This research discusses the effect of solar radiation and surface temperature of solar panels on the output of solar panel electricity and the efficiency of monocrystalline solar panels with a capacity of 240 Watt Peak. The effect of solar radiation is directly proportional to the electricity generated. The highest radiation intensity occurred at 12:00 WIB 961 W/m2 capable of producing 187,63 Watts of power. Meanwhile, the lowest radiation intensity occurred at 07:00 WIB at 60,51 W/m2 and was able to produce a power of 41,7 Watts. The effect of the surface temperature of solar panels is directly proportional to the power generated every hour. The closer to the standard test temperature, which is 25oC, the greater the power generated. Most of the efficiency of solar panels is influenced by temperature, the lower the temperature and the closer to the standard test temperature of solar panels, which is 25oC, the higher the efficiency. Solar panel efficiency ranges from 0,09 – 0,46% with an average efficiency per three days of 0,19%.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically determine the effect of Carbon Emission Disclosure (CED) and firm size on firm value with environmental performance as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach using secondary data. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique with a population of non-financial companies registered on the IDX from 2019 - 2021. This study uses multiple linear regression techniques to test the hypothesis using the SPSS program. The results of the study show that carbon emission disclosure has a positive effect on the firm's value. The results of this study also reveal that environmental performance has a significant positive effect on firm value, so it can be concluded that PROPER can be used as a company signal to increase firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the results of learning dribbling in football usingAudio-visual media in physical education subjects in class XI students of SMA Negeri Tondano. This type of research is classroom action research, the number of samples in the study were 30 students, namely all students of class XI IPA 2. According to the results in dataProcessing carried out in cycle I, there were only 17 students who achieved learning completeness score (67,7 %), while 13 students had not achieved it (32,3 %). Furthermore, In cycle II there were 28 students who had passed (81,4 %) and 2 students had not achieved a completeness score (18,6 %). So that i can be concluded that the use of audio-visual media can improve dribbling learning outcomes in class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Tondano.
