Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Abstract

DKI Jakarta Province has various types of tourist options that tourists can visit, ranging from recreational parks, shopping centers, events, culinary tourism, cultural tourism and marine tourism. DKI Jakarta Province is also an area with the largest number of museums and places of historical relics coupled with the implementation of various tourism attractions as well as arts and cultural activities. in several areas that have met the requirements to be categorized as “Tourism Destinations” North Jakarta, whose territory is located on the coast, has added value in developing attractive tourism potential, not only for the people of Jakarta, but also for the wider Indonesian community. The North Jakarta government issued "12 Routes of Coastal Tourism Destinations" to introduce North Jakarta's diverse tourism offerings, including cultural tourism, religious tourism, shopping-culinary tourism, water sports-recreational tourism and eco-tourism. Abstract

Earthquake and tsunami disasters are one of the factors that cause people to feel anxious. Disaster preparedness is one of the disaster management efforts that can reduce the risk of loss and loss of life caused by disasters. This study aims to explain the relationship between the level of community preparedness for earthquake and tsunami disasters and the level of community anxiety in Dusun Leko This research is a correlative analytic study with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were 145 people from Wurring Leko with a sample size of 42 respondents who were taken using a purposive sampling technique. The instrument in the study used the STAI questionnaire for independent variables and the dependent variable used a questionnaire from LIPI UNESCO/ISDR 2006 and then tested it using the Spearman rank test.The results showed that 17 respondents (40.5%) were in the unprepared category and 33 respondents (78.6%) were in the moderate anxiety category. Spearman rank test results obtained p value = 0.004 with a Correlation Coefficient value of -0.430, which means there is a relationship between the level of preparedness and the level of anxiety in the low category.Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the level of community preparedness for earthquake and tsunami disasters and the level of community anxiety in Dusun Leko .The less the level of preparedness, the higher the level of anxiety.To be able to reduce anxiety during a disaster, efforts to increase community preparedness are needed, for example by conducting counseling about natural disasters so that a disaster-responsive society is formed.

Abstract

Trademark Law to overcome and anticipate fraud in the use of trademarks. Trademark law in Indonesia adheres to the first to file system, which means whoever registers or obtains a trademark certificate first, is the one who has the right to the mark, then other parties may not register a product with the same mark. The Wardah brand has become very well known to the wider community with its slogan, namely inspiring beauty. Wardah's promotional techniques include advertising, sales promotion, direct marketing, personal selling and public relations as a way to introduce Wardah's brand to the public and provide discount vouchers on every e-commerce platform as a technique to attract consumer interest. The purpose of this paper is to determine the form of protection for well-known brands in Indonesia and to understand the role of the digital economy in marketing the brand or brand of Wardah cosmetics so that it is known to the public. This research uses normative juridical research methods.

Abstract

Students prefer to use paylater payments rather than using bank credit loans because there is no need for them to provide guarantees. With the development of paylater payments in Indonesia since the pandemic, this has led to compulsive buying behavior. For this reason, this research has an urgency to be carried out so that people have control over their behavior. In testing the hypothesis using multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. after testing the validity and reliability using 125 samples, it is continued with multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study are the pain of paying and the ease of payment methods that prove to affect compulsive buying. while financial literacy is not proven to have an effect on compulsive buying

Abstract

Nowadays the trend of online shopping (Online Shopping) is increasingly widespread in almost all circles of society. So that more and more parties are trying to provide containers that allow transactions between sellers (E-commerce) and buyers through networks or known as Marketplaces to occur. Tokopedia is one of the Marketplaces that competes with business actors in the same field. As a marketing strategy, Tokopedia recruited a Korean boy group named BTS as a digital Brand ambassador aimed at winning the competition. This study aims to prove the influence of BTS as Tokopedia's brand ambassador on purchasing decisions. As sampling, this study used Tokopedia users and/or BTS fans who are over 16 years old. The analytical technique used is Multiple Linear Regression, which will make it easier to see the role of BTS as Tokopedia's brand ambassador for purchasing decisions to be tested. The test results show that the use of BTS as Tokopedia's brand ambassador has an effect on purchasing decisions at Tokopedia.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find the motive or urge behind the high interest of the Roblox online game in school age children. This research uses the qualitative method with phenomenology approach. The subject of this research are five children with one year Roblox experience. The result of the research analyzed by Alfred Schutz's phenomenologycal theory and shows that the because motive of the use of Roblox online game is due to the influence of ads and Youtube videos, curiosity that stems from visual similarities with previous games experience, and the fear of missing out. The in order to motive of the informant is to increase skill, to travel in real life someday like in the game, to find new friends, and to have their own laptop to access Roblox Studio and make their own game. The meaning of using Roblox online game for children is the meaning of entertainment and the meaning of togetherness.

Abstract

The goal of this research was to establish a relationship between intellectual quotient, emotional quotient,accounting knowledge and to examine the moderating role of emotional quotient in the interaction of intellectual quotient. Convenience sampling may be used to choose anywhere from 10-60 samples. The regression analysis revealed that both intellectual quotient and emotional quotient positively impacted accounting knowledge; however, emotional quotient failed to buffer the effect of intellectual quotient.

Abstract

Digital communication technology is always developing and thus, creates new communication and information media. One of the products of digital communication technology development is social media. Social media has many functions, one of which is the function as a medium for digital literacy. The Instagram account @dp3akarawang is an account managed by DP3A (Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak) Kabupaten Karawang. DP3A Kabupaten Karawang’s Instagram account uploads publications of their activity and some educational content. This study aims to analyze the @dp3akarawang account as a digital literacy medium and use the interview method with the @dp3akarawang account’s admin as the informant. The results obtained are that in running accounts and creating content, the admin has succeeded in implementing five of the eight essential elements of digital literacy, those elements are cognitive, constructivist, creative, communicative, and civic elements. Abstract

If Indonesia returns to its previous form of local government, a deputy regional head will be appointed, with the power and task of realizing regional development and sustainability. Definition of key concepts in decentralized social theory. Due to the merger of Local Government Regulation Number 32 of 2004 with Local Government Law Number 12 of 2008 with Local Government Law Number 10 of 2004 with Amendments to Local Government Law Number 12, the provision of this welfare is not supported by good local government laws. Ultimately, it is important to stimulate the involvement of public officials in the application of relevant laws and to control the maximum term of office of the deputy governor under Indonesian local government laws. Realizing the objectives of the national vision of Pancasila Law, namely the enforcement of justice, the maintenance of legal clarity, and the protection of legal interests.

Abstract

Every company is required to compete and maintain the performance of its company, the high level of competition and professionalism causes an increase in pressure that will be faced by individuals in the work environment, one of which is work stress and if employees are always faced with demands and a large workload will trigger employees to intend to leave the company (turnover intention). This study intends to examine the effect of work stress and turnover intention on employee performance at PT. Natamas Plast. By using quantitative methods consisting of descriptive and verifiable analysis. To research this, scale range analysis techniques and path analysis were used with the help of Microsoft Excel and SPSS software with the main data source questionnaire distributed to PT employees. Natamas Plast has 142 employees. The results obtained, namely the correlation of work stress with turnover intention of 0.722, showed a strong correlation. In addition, it is known that there is an influence of 32.6%, which means that work stress has an influence on employee performance by 32.6%. Meanwhile, the effect of turnover intention on performance is 6.91%, which means that turnover intention has an influence on employee performance of 6.91%. Meanwhile, simultaneously work stress and turnover intention on employee performance had an influence together by 61% and the remaining 39% was influenced by other variables that were not tested.
