Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and financial compensation on employee loyalty through work motivation as an intervening variable. The sample in this study were 86 employees using stratified random sampling technique. The data obtained from the results of the questionnaire were then processed by statistical tests through the Smartpls application. The results of the study show that the work environment has no effect on employee loyalty, while financial compensation and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Work environment and financial compensation have a positive and significant effect on work motivation and work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty through work motivation as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The waste problem is currently considered one of the most pressing problems. However, despite these environmental problems, there must be ways to address them, and one way to do this is through programs such as the Waste Recycling Industry and the Waste Bank. This study analyzes the most optimal policies for waste handling. This study uses qualitative data in the form of descriptive analysis. Research results reveal that giving incentives to waste management businesses will have a positive impact on all aspects. In terms of economics and business continuity, it will directly increase related business income, due to reduced costs caused by the incentives provided. The incentives provided can be implemented into several types of taxes, such as Value Added Tax and Income Tax, similar to policies that have been implemented in various countries. Indonesia needs to adopt some of these steps in order to boost economic benefits, increase the motivation for recycling waste due to incentives, and indirectly affect the reduction in the amount of waste.

Abstract

Digitalization contributes to a changing lifestyle as a result of society's increasing needs, resulting in a change in shopping patterns from cash to online. Consumers are influenced by many aspects when deciding to transact, including e-marketing strategies, website quality, and reviews written by consumers in e-commerce. Analyzing e-marketing strategies and website quality through Online Customer Reviews and their implications for purchasing decisions by focusing on the Shopee marketplace in Karawang is the purpose of this paper. This research is quantitative, with data processed using path analysis. The sample of respondents was selected using purposive sampling method and collected using a questionnaire. People in Karawang who have used Shopee were used as samples. The calculation results show that the E-marketing Strategy has an effect on Online Customer Review (0.000 <0.05). Abstract

This study aims to study and know about the Implementation of Regional Regulation Policy Number 10 of 2013 concerning Hazardous and Toxic Waste Management (B3) in Karawang Regency. The theory used is George III's Policy Implementation theory theory in Wiwi Syahriawiti (2020) with four indicators, namely (1) communication; (2) resources; (3) disposittions; and (4) bureaucratic structure. This research uses qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques carried out through interviews, observations and documentation Study. The results of the discussion of this study show that DLHK has carried out its duties quite optimally, but there is still a need for some improvements that will maximize the performance of DLHK.

Abstract

Village Sustainable Development Goals is a development concept that prioritizes environmentally friendly development and respects the culture and needs of local communities. Permendesa PDTT No. 13 of 2020 concerning Priorities for the Use of Village Funds in 2021 is an effort to create equality and equitable development in Indonesia. This study uses the theory of Fonseca and Carvalho (2019: 5) which states that to fulfill sustainability it is necessary to achieve the 3 dimensions of SDGs that balance development in the economic, social and environmental dimensions. This study aims to determine the development of Sungai Selari Village, Bukit-Batu District, Bengkalis Regency in realizing the Village SDGs. This study uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The result of this study is that Sungai Selari village only implemented 11 of the 18 goals of the Village SDGs. Sungai Selari Village only implemented 2 of the 5 economic dimensions of the Village SDGs, 2 of the 5 social dimensions of the Village SDGs, and 1 of the 8 environmental dimensions of the Village SDGs. The development carried out in Sungai Selari Village based on the dimensions of sustainable development has not been able to realize the Sustainable Development Goals of the Village. The non-realization of the Village SDGs in Sungai Selari Village has several inhibiting factors, including the lack of village development programs and the illegibility or non-findability of data inputted into the SID in the Ministry of Villages' Village Information System.

Abstract

The background of this research is the text book as one of studying media used by the students is unpractical, incomplete, unattractive, and does not use the development of the newest technology of communication information. The identification of the problem of this research is how are the development, application, effectivity of mind maping based - electronic pocket book media on geometry material for fifth grade students. The objective of this research are to produce the mind maping based - electronic pocket book media on geometry material, to describe the ap‐ plication, and to test the effectivity of the mind maping based - electronic pocket book media on geometry material, to increase the fifth grade students' study result. The design of this research is research and development (R and D). The data collection techniques of this research are questionnaire, interview, test,and documentary. The result of this research based on the qualification value of expert validation shows that this mind maping based - electronic pocket book media on geometry material is eligible to be used as a media in learning process. Further more, the use of mind maping based - electronic pocket book media on geometry material is effective to increase mathematic study result of fifth grade students, with the average of 75% N-gain score of experimental group.The conclusion of this study is that the feasibility and effectivity of based-electronic pocket book media on geometry on mind mapping is proven feasible and effective can improve student learning outcomes of fifth grade students. The conclusion of this research is the eligibility of mind maping based - electronic pocket book media on geometry material is eligibly proven and able to increase the fifth grade students' studying achievement. The suggestions are that it is expected that teachers are able to apply mind maping based - electronic pocket book media on the similar or other material and it needs to be improved.

Abstract

Criminal investigations have become an integral part of the judicial process that seeks material truth, justice in criminal cases, especially murders. This article describes the position and impact of forensic medical evidence on judges' reasoning. This research is more of a normative research. However, the status of forensic opinion is based on the dualism of expert evidence. Expert testimony in the form of a statement or Visa et Repertum can still be treated as expert evidence, while evidence in the form of expert testimony also applies to documentary evidence, but completes the duality of evidence. in a decision based on the opinion of a forensic expert. Forensic science plays a role in determining cause-and-effect relationships between an action and the outcome that causes harm, health problems, or death to someone (causative verb). The fields of law and medicine are very closely related to the chain of evidence in murder cases due to the ignorance of investigators and judges in resolving murder cases involving the human body and soul, this research seeks the role of forensics to assist investigators. . Based on the results of field investigations, the role of forensic assistance is very important to clarify the circumstances of the case. Obstacles must be avoided in order for homicide detectives to solve criminal cases and obtain valid evidence, but the role of forensics is not always successful. The investigation revealed that the police should coordinate with the doctors and base the investigation on justice.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of Operational Complexity, Solvability, and Auditor Switching on Audit Delay. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research population is Mining Sector Companies during 2017-2021. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling approach with a total of 125 samples. This study uses the Multiple Linear Regression model. The results of hypothesis testing conducted in this study indicate that Operational Complexity and Solvability has a positive effect on Audit delay,, Auditor Switching has a negative effect on Audit delay.

Abstract

Operational costs are costs incurred by the company in carrying out its business activities. Operational costs greatly influence decisions that support the success of company goals. Revenue is income from the company's main operating activities, such as trading and owner's equity in the sales activities of manufacturing companies. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of income from operating expenses on net income. The method used in this research is quantitative method. From the results of the study it can be concluded that this study shows that partially income has an effect of 0.262 on net profit in manufacturing companies in the basic industrial and chemical sectors listed on the IDX for the period 2012 to 2016. The company's net profit will increase by 0.262 if its income increases by 1.
