Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Abstract

Determination of the type of fruit can use several indicators. Indicators that can be used are weight, height and width. In this study, the method for determining and classifying the fruit using the K-Nearest Neighbor (kNN) method. Total data used for this research there are 59 data. There are 3 indications to determine the type of fruit, namely weight, height, and width. Scenario The test carried out is to divide the data into 80% for training data and 20% for test data with neighbor parameter value (k). The "k" value tested was 5 and got an accuracy of 99.4%. Results that obtained is that we can classify fruit types based on weight, height and width and kNN algorithm that determines the type of fruit.

Abstract

Grade VIII students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 4 Karawang, West Karawang District, Karawang Regency are still in the medium category in the asynchronous blended learning method for learning motivation in passing under the volleyball game during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine the level of motivation in learning to pass under the volleyball game during the Covid-19 pandemic in the scope of class VIII students at MTs Negeri 4 Karawang, West Karawang District, Karawang Regency. Then this research is a quantitative descriptive or quantitative descriptive research. The method used is a survey with data collection techniques through questionnaire filling tests. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII MTs Negeri 4 Karawang with a total of 70 students. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis as outlined in the form of percentages. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the survey on the effect of the asynchronous blended learning method on the learning motivation of passing under the volleyball game for class VIII MTs Negeri 4 Karawang during the Covid-19 pandemic was in the "very high" category 4.29% (3 students) , "high" by 21.43% (15 students), "moderate" by 38.57% (27 students), "low" by 28.57% (20 students), "very low" by 7.14% ( 5 students). Based on the average value, namely 66.00% in asynchronous blended learning on the motivation for learning passing under volleyball games, it is in the "moderate" category with an average (mean) score of 66.

Abstract

Learning Evaluation is a compulsory subject in the Faculty of Education. Students must pass for the course. Therefore, it is necessary to develop learning materials that are innovative and easily accessible anywhere. One of the learning materials that can be used anywhere and anytime is an electronic module or can be called (e-module). The purpose of this research is to see an analysis of the effectiveness of using e-modules as learning materials for learning evaluation courses. The research method used is quasi-experimental, this research is classified as pre-experimental research. One group pretest and posttest to see the effectiveness of increasing student learning outcomes before and after using the learning evaluation e-module. The sample in this study were 56 students obtained by random sampling. The results of this study are the use of learning evaluation e-modules which can be seen from the results of the t-paired test, based on the results of the paired t-test significance 2-tailed is 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is a difference between the results of the initial test and the final test using the learning evaluation e-module to improve student learning outcomes. Furthermore, for the t-count value of 16.177, then for the t-table with df 55 it is 3.94. The t-count value is 13.177 > 3.94 so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the results of the pre-test and post-test after being treated with the use of the learning evaluation e-module to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research was conducted by looking at the phenomenon that occurred in Muarabaru Village, Cilamaya Wetan District, Karawang Regency where illegal land management occurred by the local community. This study uses a qualitative method with an empirical juridical approach by observing phenomena that occur in the field. The issues raised are how the legal concept of land ownership and control arises in Muarabaru Village, Karawang Regency and how legal protection for land ownership and control status arises in Muarabaru Village, Karawang Regency. This research resulted in findings in the form of raised land which is land that occurs as a result of erosion processes on the coast and management must be carried out by the state or government, even the government has the right to take back illegal management by the community, deviations occurred in Muarabaru Village where the previous village head had issued A village letter that grants land management permits to the community arises and this clearly violates the law.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the regulation related to PKPU against Securities Companies and how the position of customers in applying for PKPU against securities companies in decision Number: 78/PDT.SUS-PKPU /2020 /PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst as well as legal benefits for the community. This type of research is normative juridical. The results of this study indicate that the PKPU regulation against securities companies is regulated in Law No. 37 of 2004, Law No. 21 of 2011 concerning the Financial Services Authority, Law No. 8 of 1995 concerning the Capital Market and the judge's consideration in granting the application submitted by the creditor against the securities company to the Commercial Court was incorrect because the customer did not have legal standing because based on Article 223 Jo Article 2 paragraph (5) jo. Article 55 that only OJK can apply for PKPU against securities companies. The judge's consideration is not in line with the purpose of law, namely legal certainty, but the judge's consideration has the goal of achieving legal benefits for customers or justice-seeking communities.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and understand what are the policies and programs of the village head in implementing community empowerment village development, the strategies used by the village head for implementing village development and getting support/participation from the community as well as communication used as an instrument or tool to get input in the form of information in the decision-making process for the implementation of development in Harjamekar Village, North Cikarang District. This research method is qualitative with data collection techniques carried out through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results of the research and discussion show that the village head's policies and programs in implementing village development and community empowerment in Harjamekar Village are making drainage nets, casting roads, repairing study rooms, and building bridges, while for community empowerment what is being done is implementing technical guidance programs, implementing work-intensive programs, provide socialization about employment. The village head's strategy in increasing community participation in development in Harjamekar Village is to build connections and commitment and align goals with the community regarding village development. The instrument or tool for obtaining input in the form of information in the decision-making process for the implementation of development in Harjamekar Village is through a deliberation mechanism

Abstract

Researchers used qualitative research methods. Qualitative research is research about descriptive research and tends to use analysis. The type of research where the findings are not obtained through statistical observations or other forms. Trying to understand and interpret the meaning of an event of human behavior interaction in a particular situation according to the researcher's own perspective. Qualitative methods seek to understand and interpret the meaning of an event of human behavior interaction in a particular situation from the perspective of the researcher himself. Research using qualitative research aims to understand the object under study in depth. Aims to develop the concept of sensitivity to problems that rule, explain the reality related to exploring the theory from below and develop an understanding of one or more of the phenomena that are understood. Data analysis was performed by reducing data, displaying data or presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The research was conducted in Karangbaru Village, Cikarang Utara District, Bekasi Regency on March 30, 2021. In a research that aims to believe that what an organization achieves depends on its ability to mobilize the community to advance village welfare. In this village there are already many organizations that are running well, such as the youth organization, LPM, and others. All of the youth in Karangbaru village are members of the youth organization, although there are some members who are not active because of other activities, but the village and the head of the youth organization have coordinated so that the performance of the youth organization will continue to be improved, especially during the pandemic. The process of integrating accurate and accurate communication communications by other organizations because there must be questions so as to be able to build good communication.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to use historical novels as a medium for learning history. The research method that researchers use is descriptive qualitative method. This research was conducted at SMK Cahaya Bangsa in Rasau Jaya, Kubu Raya Regency. The techniques used for data collection are observation, interviews, and documentation. Sources of informants in this study were history teachers and class XI students. The results of this study indicate that history teachers have utilized historical novels as learning media. As one of the learning media that can develop and explain imaginative literacy, so that it can help students' interest in studying history. The teacher has a very important role in learning. Like preparing learning media for historical novels. Before starting the lesson , the teacher prepares a lesson plan in advance, including the use of historical novels as a learning medium. In its implementation the teacher divides into several groups and gives each group of students a historical novel that is appropriate to the learning material. At the learning evaluation stage the teacher gives assignments to each group to analyze what is contained in the historical novel and asks each group to present their presentation results.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how to cultivate the character of nationalism and national insight in Indonesian-Malaysian border students through a culture of local wisdom. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique carried out in this study was through interviews and documentation. The results of this study are as follows: The culture of local wisdom on the Indonesia-Malaysia border is still well maintained, and the existing nationalism is still well maintained, this is evidenced by them still using goods derived from domestic products, although some products come from abroad. In cultivating a nationalistic character, especially in the Indonesia-Malaysia border area, it is necessary to increase more in cultivating the character of nationalism, that the values of nationalist character include ways of thinking, behaving, and doing that show loyalty, concern, and high appreciation for the language, physical environment, social, cultural, economic, and political of the nation, which upholds and places the interests of the nation and state.

Abstract

The material criminal law of the crime of theft with the threat of violence against the victim as in the single indictment in Decision Number 19/Pid.B/2021/PN Jkt.Tim the defendants have been charged with committing acts in violation of Article 365 paragraph (1), paragraph (2) 1st, 2nd and 3rd of the Criminal Code, the elements of which are as follows; 1. Whoever; 2. Taking property that wholly or partially belongs to another person with intent to unlawfully possess it; 3. Preceded, accompanied or followed by violence or threat of violence, against a person with intent to prepare or facilitate the theft, or in the event of being caught red-handed, to enable the escape of oneself or other participants, or to retain possession of the stolen property; 4. Committed at night in a house or enclosed yard where there is a house, by two or more persons acting in concert, who enter the place where the crime is committed by breaking or climbing in, or by using false keys, false jewelry or false official clothing. The legal considerations of the Panel of Judges for the perpetrators of the crime of theft with the threat of violence against their victims in Decision Number 19/Pid.B/2021/PN Jkt.Tim. has been fair and has been in accordance with the provisions of Article 365 paragraph (1), paragraph (2) 1st, 2nd and 3rd of the Criminal Code, Article in Law Number 8 of 1981 concerning Criminal Procedure Code, Article in Law Number 48 of 2009 concerning Judicial Power, Article in Law Number 49 of 2009 concerning General Courts, as well as other regulations concerned in this case by stating that the Defendant Eko Santoso, has been proven legally and convincingly guilty of committing the crime of theft with violence and sentencing the Defendant therefore to imprisonment for 5 (Five) years.
