Abstract

Transportation at this time has become a part of the need for every human being where the mode of transportation makes all human activities easier and more effective in time. Along with the development of science, technology and information, people innovate to combine the world of transportation with the internet so that what is called online transportation is formed. Gojek is an online transportation technology company from Indonesia that serves transportation through motorcycle taxi services. This company was founded in 2010 in Jakarta by Nadiem Makarim. Currently, Gojek is available in 50 cities in Indonesia. However, in the midst of the progress of Gojek, many online motorcycles taxi platform competitors have emerged that provide the same features and services at a cheaper rate that can affect customer loyalty to Gojek services. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of GoRide feature service rates on the Gojek application on customer loyalty from Jakarta State University Students. The population of this study is all Gojek customers from Jakarta State University Students and 100 respondents were sampled. The method used is the quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to UNJ students who use the GoRide feature in the Gojek application. The results in the study show that the quality of service and tariffs are quite influential on customer loyalty and have a good positive and significant side influence, so Gojek should pay more attention to the quality of service, especially at which rates which are still quite affordable for customers.

Pembunuhan adalah perampasan atau peghilangan nyawa seseorang oleh orang lain yang mengakibatkan tidak berfungsinya seluruh fungsi vital anggota badan karena berpisahnya roh dengan jasad korban. Tindak pidana pembunuhan dalam hukum positif Indonesia diatur dalam Pasal 338-350 KUHP Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum PIdana ,Pembunuhan berencana di dalam Kitab Undang- Undang Hukum Pidana merupakan pembunuhan sengaja dalam hukum pidana Islam yang diawali dengan niat untuk menghilangkan nyawa korban yang diatur dalam pasal 340 KUHP

Abstract

The role of information and communication technology in today's digital era is very important which has brought about many transformations in all fields. Among them are in the economic and financial fields. With the presence of this technology, it will certainly be easier for economic actors to conduct transactions with financial technology. The scope of financial technology includes all types of innovation related to finance. Its scope includes traditional financial institutions, start-ups, technology development, consumer finance and government. Based on current advances in financial technology, the authors conducted research related to the application of the design thinking method to UI and UX design models for mobile-based financial applications. This research was conducted using the stages of design thinking. Starting from the process of empathizing, defining problems, generating ideas, making prototypes, and testing prototypes. The result of this study is testing the usability of the prototype to get an SUS score of 87 which is included in the acceptable category with a total of 5 respondents.

Abstract

The marketing communication strategy is one of the important things inrunning a business, because the success of a business can be plannedfromthe marketing communication strategy. Researchers are interestedin conducting this research with the aim of knowing the marketingcommunication strategy carried out by Store Mark Computer Karawangin increasing customers. By using qualitative research with adescriptive study approach, it is expected to be able to answer theformulation of theresearch problem. With in-depth interview techniques,observation and literature studies and documentation studies, thisresearch is expected to be able to answer questions regarding themarketing communication strategy of the Mark Computer StoreKarawang. The determination of informants was carried out using anurgent sampling technique.The results of this study indicate that the Mark Computer KarawangStore applies four of the six all elements contained in the IntegratedMarketingCommunication (IMC), including advertising using an offlineadvertising system such as making billboards, brochures and banners,Sales Promotion Promotion) is carried out by meeting face to face, sothat the staff can easily explain in detail about the product and thenfollow up again via telephone or via WhatsApp social media so that it isexpected that all customers can understand the product well, internetmarketing (personal selling). ) Offers made with precise and clearbuyers, how to market them in a language that is easily understood bycustomer

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of criminal law against the utilization of information technology in criminal acts without rights and against the law and to find out the judge's consideration in imposing criminal sanctions on the perpetrators of criminal acts. This research was conducted in Central Jakarta by selecting agencies related to this case, namely this research was conducted at the Central Jakarta District Court. The data collection methods used are the literature method and the interview method, then the data obtained are analyzed descriptively qualitatively so as to reveal the expected results and conclusions to the problem. In the Decision of the Panel of Judges of the Central Jakarta District Court Number 699/Pid.Sus/2020/PN Jkt.Pst., which states that the defendant Rinaldi Aldo, was found guilty of committing a criminal act intentionally and without rights or against the law, manipulating, creating, changing, removing, destroying electronic information and / or electronic documents, with the aim that electronic information and / or electronic documents are considered as authentic data, as in Article 35Jo Article 51 paragraph (1) of Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Technology (ITE).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the financial performance of BPJS Employment for the period 2017 to 2021 based on the EVA and ROA methods. The data used in this study is in the form of financial report data for the years 20172021. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method. From the analysis of data based on EVA and ROA methods, it shows good performance even though during the last five years it has fluctuated every year, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is able to manage the problem optimally. The results of the analysis of the EVA method show a positive value (EVA > 0), meaning that the company is able to create added value for its shareholders, while the results of the ROA analysis have an average value of 3% which is in the healthy category, This means that the company is able to manage its assets properly so as to obtain optimal profit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze student needs for teaching materials in plant anatomy courses. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with research subjects being students majoring in biology in science class in the third semester consisting of 32 students. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires for plant anatomy course teaching materials to respondents, in this case students who were programming plant anatomy courses. The data analysis technique is by describing the results of the questionnaire data for student teaching materials in plant anatomy courses in detail. The results of this study are: 1). Learning resources that are generally used by students in the plant anatomy lecture process are sourced from lecturer power point slides, 2). The types of teaching materials needed/desired by students are generally in the form of textbooks on plant anatomy, 3). Sub-chapter material in the course that is easy for students to understand is meristem tissue, parenchyma tissue, collenchyma tissue and sclerenchyma tissue, 4). Sub-chapter material in plant anatomy courses that students find difficult to understand is xylem and phloem tissue. This research is expected to be a reference for the development of teaching materials and the development of learning media in plant anatomy courses.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze error based on morfology and syntax rules in writing news article on online media KabarPendidikan.id. Research method uses qualitative descriptiv e approach on using technique Studying Document and Writing Note. Research data which is used for the research, are several news that have some mistakes or errors on writing based on morphology and syntax rules. Data references are derrived from 16 news on KabarPendidikan.id online news media in 4 months period from June - September 2022 with using only 4 news articles from each month. Based on Result of the Research, researcher found several mistakes on writing based on morphology and syntax rules on 16 news articles which mistake on morphology consist errors including (1) Improper Determination of Base Forms, (2) Omission of Affixes, (3) Improper Use of Affixes, (4) Omission of Prefix meng-, (5) Omission of Prefix ber-, and (6) Formation of Words with Confixes di -...- kan. For Syntax errors consist (1) Illogical Sentences, (2) Use of Excessive or Redundant Elements, (3) Unpredicated Sentences, (4) Improper Wording, (5) Double Plundering, (6) Ambiguous Sentences, (7) Omission of Conjunctions, (8) Sentences without a Subject, (9) Orders that are Not Parallel, and (10) Use of Foreign Terms.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Make Up and Identity: Construction of Self-Identity of Korean Make-up Users (Phenomenological Study of Late Adolescents in West Cikarang)". The formulation of the problem is how the self-identity of Korean make-up users is constructed and what is the meaning of the use of make-up for late adolescents in West Cikarang. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenological research. Collecting data in this study is non-participant observation, semi-structured interviews, documentation and literature studies. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the construction of self-identity of Korean make-up users is built from the appearance of the make-up they use, where the appearance of Korean make-up contains the meaning that the users are trying to convey to others. In addition, the social environment, reference groups and idol figures or role models also influence the process of constructing adolescents' self-identities. The meaning of using make-up for late adolescents inWest Cikarang is to make them confident, to look beautiful and fresh, to cover up facial features they don't like, a means of self-expression, as a hobby or entertainment, and to enhance appearance.

Abstract

DIY (Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta/Special Region of Yogyakarta) coastal area has so many nice beaches that is very interesting to visit. One of them is Wediombo Beach. Wediombo Beach is not so well known by tourists yet, and still less famous than other beaches in DIY. This study intends to introduce Wediombo Beach as an alternative maritime tourism in the coastal area of DIY. The purpose of this research are: to identify the general profile of Wediombo Beach; to identify the tourist attractions offered Wediombo Beach; to identify the accessibility to the location of Wediombo Beach; and identify the characteristics of tourists visiting the Wediombo Beach. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach by using descriptive analysis using primary data obtained from the field survey, documentation, and in-depth interviews with official and the visitors/tourists. Wediombo Beach has many attractions that can attract tourists to visit, which can be classified as something to see, something to do, and something to buy. Accessibility to the beach Wediombo quite easily accessed which can be reached using public transport or private vehicles.
