Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Abstract

In society, there are pros and cons to homosexuality, someone recognize that homosexuality is a way of life and everyone has the right to choose based on human rights, but some consider homosexuality is a sexual deviance. This paper studies whether homosexuality are criminal activities and whether there are limits to homosexual behavior that are considered criminal violations in Indonesia. This article employs normative research approaches and a literature-based methodology. As a result, homosexuality is legally regulated under Article 292 of the Indonesian Criminal Code. However, because the regulation does not regulate homosexual behavior between legal adults, etc. it cannot be prosecuted criminally. Therefore, it is critical that the policy of criminalizing homosexuality be implemented to safeguard society from the negative consequences of homosexual behavior.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology which influences many aspects of life and can be used to obtain various kinds of information, especially in educational information. Information media, one of which is the website, can be used to obtain existing school information. Educational elements that need to be considered are curriculum, educational content, learning and evaluation processes, teacher quality, school facilities and infrastructure, and textbooks. The educational element produces an image that arises in society, which can be a good or bad image. The application was developed using the waterfall method which was carried out in stages and in a structured manner. The data that has been collected is then analyzed and processed using UML to visualize the system. The implementation process builds a website display with HTML, CSS and JavaScript with a responsive view and builds a rest API using the visual studio code code editor. The testing phase uses the blackbox testing method to minimize errors in the system. The school information system application for the Jakarta area is expected to be a benchmark for the community to determine which school to choose, as well as a promotional medium for schools to show their quality.

Abstract

Program BSPS atau Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya adalah suatu tindakan dari pemerintah dimana program bantuan atau suntikan dana untuk masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah (MBR) dengan harapan untuk memperbaiki tempat tinggal yang masih tidak layak ditempati. Pelaksanaan program BSPS juga membutuhkan keterlibatan masyarakatnya untuk mencapai tujuannya yaitu penyediaan tempat tinggal yang layak. Pada penelitian ini tujuannya yaitu untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kegiatan bantuan penyediaan perumaahan pada Desa Gedangan, Ngrayun Kab. Ponorogo. Penelitian ini menggunakan suatu metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Data tersebut dikumpulkan dari lapangan melalui dokumen, wawancara, observasi kemudian dianalisa. Teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini terdiri empat aspek: Standar dan Sasaran suatu Kebijakan, Sumber daya, Komunikasi antar implementasi, lingkungan ekonomi, sosial dan politik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya program penyediaan rumah layak huni di Desa Gedangan belum berjalan optimal. Beberapa implementasi masih tercapai, yang lainnya belum sepenuhnya diterapkan. Adapun implementasi yang telah tercapai adalah pada lingkungan sosial, politik dan ekonomi dan Standar dan Sasaran Kebijakan kecukupan, sedangkan pada teori indikator Sumber daya dan Komunikasi antar implementasi hingga saat ini masih belum tercapai sesuai yang diinginkan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine youth slang in South Jakarta on the influence of the national language. This study uses a qualitative method with descriptive techniques, namely describing of analyzing through observational data sources from South Jakarta adolescents which contain subjective values regarding the phenomenon of existence to be studied. Observation is used with data collection techniques which are interviewing and making observations were used, followed by recording of the situation. The data of this research is a dialogue between teenagers in South Jakarta using fragments of words, phrases, clauses and sentences. This analysis produces data from one source. The outcome of this research are that there is a diversity of slang vocabulary, the use of slang affects the existence of the national language among adolescents in South Jakarta, and the creation of slang is obtained through absorption from English, acronyms, diglossia, or from Betawi.

Abstract

Relationship Between Religiosity and Forgiveness (Correlational Study of the Relationship between Religiosity and Forgiveness in Muslim Students in State High School 09 Bekasi City). This study aims to determine the relationship between religiosity and forgivenesss, while the subjects in this study are Muslim students at the State High School 09 Bekasi City. The technique used in this research is probability sampling technique with proportionate stratified random sampling. The subjects, from a population of 1069 students in the State High School 09 Bekasi City. This research method is quantitative research with correlational design. The results of the product moment analysis show that there is a significant positive relationship between religiosity and forgiveness of Muslim Students at the State High School 09 Bekasi City which is indicated by the correlation coefficient value of 0,606** with a significance of (p) of 0,000 < 0,05 (p≤0,05). This means that the higher the religiosity possessed by the individual, the higher the forgiveness possessed by that individual. Further researchers are advised to use new theories and other factors that are in accordance with future phenomena so that research is more representative.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and find out whether different words even though only one letter can distinguish meanings such as in the phonemic level found in the song Betelgeuse and the lyrics are written by the singer himself, namely Yuuri. The method used is descriptive analysis using a qualitative approach. According to Sugiyono (2015: 207), descriptive qualitative analysis technique is data analysis by describing or describing the data that has been collected as it is without intending to make conclusions that apply to the public. The bt hpsource of the data obtained in this study is the lyrics of a song entitled Betelgeuse by Yuuri which is sourced from a digital search platform, namely Google. The data collection technique used is reading and taking notes. The results showed that in the Betelgeuse song, even though the writing was similar and differed by one letter and the pronunciation was also very similar, it still had a different meaning and could be said to be a phonemic phoneme. The results of this study are expected to be the basis of research that will be taken by other researchers.

Abstract

Perhitungan Biaya Standar Variabel costing ini tidak memperhitungkan biaya tetap ke dalam biaya pokok produksi, karena biaya tetap bukan bagian dari biaya variabel costing. Justru dengan adanya penelitian ini dapat membantu usaha makanan ini dalam menentukan harga jual dari perhitungan biaya standar variabel costing. Dalam UMKM Donat Paha Ayam Yoshan tidak membuat pencatatan biaya produksi, untuk itu penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu usaha Donat Paha Ayam Yoshan untuk menyusun pencatatan dan laporan biaya produksi dengan metode variabel costing. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang dimana kita mengumpulkan data collection. Data collection memiliki macam-macam teknik.Teknik yang dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) UMKM Donat Paha Ayam Yoshan belum membuat perhitungan dan pencatatan harga pokok produksi 2) Hambatan yang dihadapi UMKM Donat Paha Ayam Yoshan adalah kurang nya pengetahuan tentang pembuatan pencatatan dan penyusunan harga pokok produksi, terpatok pada pesanan yang di terima dan kurang mengerti pentingnya membuat laporan harga pokok produksi.

Abstract

The balance of the relationship between companies and society can be managed through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This is essential for the smooth operation of a company. CSR helps companies reduce the social and environmental consequences. This study aims to uncover how different variables influence CSR policies in media companies that have met the requirements to be listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) between 2017 and 2022. The observed variables include company size, liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios, and profitability ratios. A total of 9 companies were selected as the research sample through purposive sampling method. The researcher used multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that company size, liquidity ratio using Current Ratio (CR), and solvency ratio using Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) do not have an impact on corporate CSR disclosure. However, activity ratio using the Total Asset Turnover (TATO) indicator and profitability ratio using the Return on Asset (ROA) indicator significantly influence corporate CSR disclosure.

Abstract

The her-registration program is a re-registration activity for stall owners at the Puspa Agro Main Market which aims to control traders related to administrative matters and provide traders with an understanding of the importance of security and the facilities that traders get. This program runs with the help of apprentice students as representatives of the marketing team of PT. Puspa Agro. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the re-registration program in creating disciplined traders. The method used by the author in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This study uses several variables to measure program effectiveness, namely program socialization, program objectives, and program monitoring. According to the research that has been done, it can be seen that the effectiveness of the re-registration program has not been fully fulfilled. Because in its implementation there are problems such as payment requirements that have not been met by traders and the lack of awareness of traders to re-register which results in traders finding it difficult to re-register. Monitoring and monitoring of the herregistration program has been maximally carried out directly by the Director of PT. Puspa Agro.

Abstract

This research is motivated by various sleep problems experienced by each individual, in this case, final year students who are preparing their thesis. Students are required to complete their thesis in order to obtain a bachelor's degree, but during the drafting process there are many obstacles which in the end make students difficult in the drafting process, so that it can have an impact on individual cognition which in this case is stress on students so that it affects sleep activities at night . The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is a relationship between stress and sleep quality in students who are preparing their thesis at “X” University. The method used is correlational quantitative. The subjects in this study were students who were compiling their thesis at "X" University, with data collection techniques using the Quota Sampling Technique with a total of 175 students using the Arikunto formula from a population of 1,746 students. Using Pearson Product Moment correlational analysis, it is known that there is a negative and significant relationship, which means that there is a negative relationship between stress and sleep quality in students who are preparing their thesis.
