Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikemukakan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah brand characteristic dan company characteristic berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand loyalty pada pelanggan tas Sophie Martin di Kota Pekanbaru dan faktor apakah yang dominan mempengaruhi brand loyalty pada pelanggan tas Sophie Martin di Kota Pekanbaru. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah brand characteristic dan company characteristic. Sedangkan variable terikatnya adalah brand loyalty. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi brand loyalty pada pelanggan tas Sophie Martin di Kota Pekanbaru adalah brand characteristic dan company characteristic. Faktor yang dominan mempengaruhi brand loyalty pada pelanggan tas Sophie Martin di Kota Pekanbaru adalah brand characteristic.

Abstract

Fashionable and attractive appearance is a requirement that priority for employees in the banking world. Fashionable appearance is always interpreted as a way of dress, makeup, lifestyle, and selfactualization as a whole is quite attached to women employees in public life. Research conducted on 30 female employees at PT Pekanbaru Danamon Bank. It focuses on the issue of whether the appearance of fashionable significant effect on female employees' career development. The results showed that the appearance of fashionable significant impact on employee career development of women in PT Pekanbaru Damon Bank.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumtif masyarakat muslim pada saat menjelang Idul Fitri. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumtif masyarakat muslim pada saat menjelang Idul Fitri?. Populasi adalah masyarakat muslim di Kota Pekanbaru. Jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 100 orang responden. Variable penelitian adalah faktor intenal (X1), faktor eksternal (X2) dan perilaku konsumtif (Y). Teknik analisa data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Faktor internal dan faktor eksternal berpengaruh secara sigifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif masyarakat muslim di Kota Pekanbaru. Faktor dominan yang secara signifikan mempengaruhi perilaku konsumtif masyarakat muslim di Kota Pekanbaru adalah faktor internal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of consumer behavior consisting of cultural, social, individual, and psychological factors which have simultaneous and partial influence on the decision to visit the Shariah tourism destination in West Sumatra. The number of sample is 100 respondents. The research variables consist of independent variables are culture (X1), social (X2), individual (X3), psychological (X4) as well as the dependent variable (Y) is the decision to visit the destination of sharia tourism. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The result of research indicate that culture has significant influence to the decision to visit shariah tourism destination, social has significant effect to the decision to visit the shariah tourism destination, the individual has a significant effect on the decision to visit the sharia tourism destination, the psychology has significant effect to the decision to visit the sharia tourist destination. Based on F test, it is found that cultural, social, individual and psychological variables influence together to the decision to visit the Shariah tourism destination in West Sumatera.

Abstract

This research explains about community participation in waste management in Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru City, this research was conducted in Tuah Madani District. The aims of this study are, 1) to find out the form of community participation in waste management in Pekanbaru City District, and 2) to find out the factors that influence community participation in waste management in Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru City. The informants involved in this research are the Camat, Head of RT, Community, and Waste Bank Management Coordination. This study uses the concept of Regional Regulation Number 08 of 2014 concerning Waste Management. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observations and documentation, while for data analysis used qualitative descriptive techniques with data collection techniques using open interview techniques, observation and field documentation studies. Based on the results of the study, it shows that community participation is categorized as moderate, meaning that the community participates but in implementation, it is still not said to be maximal. Community participation is carried out by doing mutual cooperation and transportation is carried out in the morning and afternoon, twice a week. And there are several factors that influence it, including the character of the residents who don't care, and the location of the Garbage Bank which is far away

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of service at the office of the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) Tirta Siak Pekanbaru City and what are the inhibiting factors. The theory used is the theory of Zeithaml Parassuraman &; Berry there are five dimensions to measure service quality, namely tangibbles, realbility, responsive, assurance, empathy. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach obtained through interviews, documentation, and observation. There are two population groups and samples in this study, namely 3 employees and 10 customers. The sampling technique used in determining individuals is purposive sampling. The results of this study show that the service quality of PDAM Tirta Siak Kota Pekanbaru is still not running well in accordance with customer satisfaction, only one indicator is assurance that has been running well to its customers. While the tangibbles, reability, responsive, empathy indicators are concluded that they have not been implemented properly. The inhibiting factors that affect the quality of PDAM Tirta Siak Kota Pekanbaru services are lack of human resources, absence of working time SOPs and lack of equitable distribution of routine checks every month to customers' homes.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Kayu Jati Market, Tembilahan City, Indragiri Hilir Regency, to analyze the influence of lifestyle and motivation on consumer purchasing decisions for used goods. This study also aims to determine the simultaneous impact of lifestyle and motivation on consumer purchasing decisions. The research population consists of people in Tembilahan City aged 18-50 years who have used or bought used goods. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data were analyzed quantitatively using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. The results showed that lifestyle positively influences purchasing decisions and motivation, which has a positive effect on buying decisions. Simultaneously, lifestyle and motivation significantly influence purchasing decisions for used goods at Kayu Jati Market, Tembilahan City, Indragiri Hilir Regency.

Abstract

Public Service Announcements (PSA), commonly known as Public Service Advertisements (PSAs), are promotional strategies used in social marketing activities. Like commercial advertisements, the effectiveness of PSAs is crucial in changing target behaviors according to social marketing goals. Therefore, creative strategies in crafting persuasive messages and media placement are essential. Public service announcements serve as a medium for delivering social messages to the public, conveying information, and raising awareness about specific issues. This study employs a literature review method to understand relevant theories. Public service announcements play a significant role in increasing public awareness and are part of pragmatic discourse with illocutionary speech acts. The history of PSAs dates back to 1942 in the United States and has developed in Indonesia since 1968. Types of PSAs include corporate and political advertisements. PSA provide benefits such as raising awareness of social issues, providing education, fostering solidarity, and addressing existing problems. Examples of PSAs include reducing plastic usage, highlighting the dangers of smoking, environmental protection, corruption prevention, health protocol adherence, and drug abuse prevention.

Abstract

This research is a study that focuses on the analysis of educational policies recently issued by the Government of Indonesia, the Ministry of Education and Technology, namely Permendikbud No. 6 of 2021. This study aims to provide analysis and solutions to the policy of Permendikbud No. 6 of 2021 which stated that the disbursement of BOS Funds is discountinued to schools with less than 60 students for 3 consecutive years. This research was conducted through the study of literature (library research) such as books and websites. The method used for data analysis is descriptive qualitative analysis technique that can describe the main discussion and bring up the final solution. Based on the results of this study, the policy of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 6 of 2021 deserves to be revoked and reviewed.

Abstract

Artikell ini belrjuldull telntang pelrlakulan akulntansi akad mulrabahah pada bank Syariah Indonelsia dan pelnellitian ini melnjellaskan telntang akad mulrabahah julal belli yang di adakannya akad ataul ulcapan antara pelnjulal dan pelmbelli selrta pelnjulal melndapatkan kelulntulngan dari pelnjulalan telrselbult dan sipelmbelli melnyeltuljuli kelulntulngan yang dipelrolelh olelh sipelnjulal.pelnellitian ini melnggulnakan meltodel delskriptif kulalitatif. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam pelnyulsulnan artikell ini bahwa pelnelrapan akad mulrabahah dalam kelhidulpan selhari-hari masih kulrang bahkan jarang digulnakan ataul ditelrapkan dalam kelhidulpan.
