Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Abstract

The study entitled "The Effect of Instagram Ads Exposure @scarlett_whitening on Interest in Buying Scarlett Whitening Products" aims to determine and measure Instagram ad exposure @scarlett_whitening to the intention to buy Scarlett Whitening products. This study uses the uses and gratification theory, using quantitative methods with an explanatory approach. The population of this research is followers of the Instagram account @scarlett_whitening. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. Based on the normality test, simple linear regression test, hypothesis test (t), and test the coefficient of determination that exposure to Instagram ads @scarlett_whitening has a significant effect on the intention to buy Scarlett Whitening products.

Abstract

One of the key factors contributing to the seamless operation of business processes within a company is the elevated level of discipline exhibited by each employee. With such discipline, the company's performance is likely to improve. Work satisfaction and engagement closely influence the degree of work discipline. This study aims to determine the role of work satisfaction and work engagement on employee work discipline within PT. X. The measuring tools used are Work Satisfaction, Work Engagement, and Work Discipline Scales. The study encompasses a sample of 290 PT. X employees. The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling using multiple regression data analysis techniques. The results of the multiple regression analysis tests showed a value of 0.717, which means work satisfaction and work engagement has a role in work discipline by 71.7%. The value of the unstandardized beta coefficient on work satisfaction is 0.333 with a significance of 0.000 (p < 0.05), which means that work satisfaction has a role in work discipline. The value of the unstandardized beta coefficient on work engagement is 0.569 with a significance of 0.000 (p < 0.05), which means that work engagement has a role in work discipline. The outcomes of this study provide valuable insights for employees and companies alike, emphasizing the critical importance of maintaining work satisfaction and engagement to enhance employee work discipline.

Abstract

The Manuk Jeletik dance is a new dance creation in the Gdeng studio, Kedaton Puri Dalem, Lendang Nangka Village, Masbagik Subdistrict, East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. This study aims to determine the composition of the Manuk Jeletik dance in the Gdeng Kdaton studio, Puri Dalem, Lendang Jackfruit. other. The results of this study indicate that there are seven compositions of the Manuk Jeletik dance, namely: 1.)theme, 2).movement, 3).floor pattern, 4).music/accompaniment, 5).fashion/costume, 6). make-up, 7).and lighting.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of PKK cadres in parenting parents in Singaraja Village. This study used a qualitative approach, with 5 research subjects consisting of 1 Secretary of Singaraja Village, 1 Chairperson of the Singaraja Village PKK, 1 Chairperson of the Singaraja Village PKK Working Group and 2 Singaraja Village Communities. Data collection techniques used in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data using technique triangulation and source triangulation. Data analysis techniques use the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the role of PKK cadres for the people of Singaraja Village is important and a necessity for the community. The program run by PKK cadres certainly fits the needs and has many benefits for the community. PKK Cadres of Singaraja Village play an active and participatory role in implementing programs aimed at family welfare. The supporting factors of the PKK program are encouragement from the government, while the inhibiting factors are the lack of public awareness, community participation in all forms of activities, and many people who still do not understand the importance of parenting in the family.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify variations in Non Performing Loan (NPL) and Return On Assets (ROA) performance between PT Bank BTPN Tbk and PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk from 2017 to 2021. The data for this study were gathered through descriptive research using information from the websites of the OJK, IDX, BPS, PT Bank BTPN, and PT Bank BTPN Syariah. The Time Series Method and the Cross Sectional Approach are the two data analysis techniques used. Even if PT Bank BTPN's NPL has seen changes in the ratio, the study's findings demonstrate that PT Bank BTPN's NPL performance is superior to PT Bank BTPN Syariah's NPL. PT Bank BTPN performs better in terms of ROA than PT BTPN Syariah, despite the fact that both banks have seen ups and downs, because it is better at making the most of its assets.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how social deixis represents social aspects in the novel Indeed Jodoh by Marah Rusli by using social deixis theory from Levinson (1983) and supported by the results of Stockwell's research (2020) regarding elements of social deixis to produce broader social aspects. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with the sociology of literature method which examines the relationship of literature with social aspects. Therefore, the social aspects used refer to aspects of the sociology of literature put forward by Löwenthal, namely social class, love, work, religion, nature, and art. Deictic expressions that represent social aspects are collected, then classified, and analyzed. The total social deictic expressions found were 232: 68 aspects of social class, 65 aspects of love, 35 aspects of religion, 27 each of work and nature aspects, and 10 aspects of art. The high number of aspects of social class and love shows that this novel raises the issue of social class and class conflict which is illustrated by resistance to arranged marriage culture. The research results also show that social deixis can help readers better understand the essence of a literary work.

Abstract

Business development in the service sector is currently experiencing a lot of improvement, especially in Indonesia. One of them is the Wedding Organizer. Wedding Organizer is a business that operates in the service business which focuses on wedding services. Djava Wedding is one of the Wedding Organizers in Karawang Regency which has 6,472 Instagram followers. This is the reason Instagram is used as an online promotional medium. Digital marketing using social media is an interesting choice, especially using Instagram media. This research uses qualitative methods and a descriptive approach. The theory used is the AISAS Theory (Attention, Interest, Search, Action, Share). The aim of this research is to find out the implementation of digital marketing strategies on the @djavaawedding Instagram account and how to manage the @djavawedding Instagram account. The results of the research on the @djavawedding account at least fulfill the elements of attention, interest and search from Instagram users. Utilization of Instagram features is also maximized to produce appropriate responses from both the admin and followers of the @djavawedding account.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to see how the influence of product quality, promotion and price perceptions on the decision to purchase clothes at Outfitbycimoi for online and offline consumers who are in the Pandeglang-Banten area. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The number of respondents used in this study amounted to 200 respondents with criteria aged 17 years and over who had purchased and used Outfitbycimoi products. The analytical method used is multiple linear analysis. The results and findings in this study indicate that Product Quality influences the decision to purchase Outfitbycimoi clothing, Promotion does not affect the decision to purchase Outfitbycimoi clothing and Price Perception influences the decision to purchase Outfitbycimoi clothing.

Abstract

The use of digital wallets is becoming a favorite nowadays. People feel that using digital wallets makes daily transactions easier. Apart from convenience, using a digital wallet can also provide other benefits such as cashback obtained after transactions. This research aims to determine the effect of ease of use and cashback promotions on interest in using digital wallets among students. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach with the analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that ease of use has a significant effect on interest in using and cashback promotions do not have a significant effect on interest in using. However, simultaneously ease of use and cashback promotions both influence interest in using.

Abstract

Niat beli sangat penting dalam pemasaran dan bisnis karena mencerminkan keinginan konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian. Ini menjadi indikator potensial keputusan pembelian dan membantu merancang strategi pemasaran yang efektif, Niat beli erat kaitannya dengan nilai fungsional dan sosial. Konsumen cenderung tertarik pada produk yang memenuhi kebutuhan praktis (nilai fungsional) dan memberikan manfaat sosial, seperti citra diri yang lebih baik atau interaksi dengan kelompok sosial (nilai sosial). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh nilai fungsional dan nilai sosial terhadap niat beli item virtual pada pengguna game online Mobile Legend di Area Jabodetabek. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deksriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini bersifat tak terbatas yaitu seluruh pemain mobile legend di Area Jabodetabek, dengan sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 150 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai fungsional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli, nilai sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap niat beli, dan secara simultan nilai fugsional, dan nilai sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli yang artinya nilai fungsional, dan nilai sosial mampu meningkatkan awareness pada masyarakat untuk membeli item virtual.
