Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of sales promotion and product quality on the decision to buy a wuling confero car in Surabaya. This research is quantitative. Questionnaires were distributed offline. The questionnaire uses a Likert scale. The sampling technique used is judgmental sampling with a total of 220 respondents. The statistical analysis used is multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that sales promotions affect purchasing decisions and product quality influences purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of making this thesis is for the purpose of knowing the Effect of Audio Visual Media on Learning Outcomes of Shooting Football for Grade VII Students of SMP Negeri 2 Majalaya. The problem of this study is the lack of students' ability to shoot soccer games, teachers are less creative in providing learning material. This research is a quantitative research using experimental methods and using a one group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The instrument used is shooting skills in a soccer game. There are three stages in this study, namely pretest, treatment and posttest. Treatment was carried out fourteen times. From the results of the pretest and posttest there were 55.13 before being given treatment and 76.13 after being given treatment. A significant value was obtained from the results of the pretest, namely 0.187 while the value of the posttest was 0.192 from these results, it is said that both are normally distributed because the significant value is more than 5% or from 0.05

Abstract

An act to viralizing someone on social media is phenomenon that arises due to the development of science and technology in Indonesia. This phenomenon has both positive and negative impact in society, one of the negative impacts is the emergence of a trend in society to viralizing other people in social media, which then violates the privacy of others. This viralizing action that violates other people's privacy rights does not yet have regulation in Indonesian positive law even though the right to privacy is a right that must be protected because it is part of human rights. Indonesia as a constitutional state has an obligation to carry out the task of protecting the human rights of its citizens, so it is necessary to regulate this phenomenon. Therefore, the purpose of this study is first, to find out the urgency and regulation of the act of making someone viral without permission on social media associated with the right to privacy. Second, to formulate appropriate legal reforms against the act of making someone viral without permission on social media associated with the right to privacy. This research is a normative legal research. It is also called doctrinal legal research, namely legal research that uses data based on library research by taking quotes from the literature that is related to the problem to be studied. Thus, this study uses secondary data sources consisting of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. This study also uses qualitative analysis and produces descriptive data.From the results of the discussion and research conducted, there are several conclusions obtained, namely: First, the act of making other people viral without permission on social media is a violation of privacy that harms human rights and until now the Indonesian Criminal Code has not accommodated this act. Second, find the right categories of offenses and sanctions to criminalize this viralizing action that violates privacy into the Criminal Code by taking into account the outlook on life, awareness and legal ideals, as well as the Indonesian nation's philosophy originating from Pancasila the Preamble to the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia 1945.

Abstract

The regulation of the financial resources of political parties is no longer relevant because parties make the existing financial resources to only care about the interests of donors. In the regulation, it is mentioned how membership fees become a source of party finance, but this has an impact on the problem of growing corruption cases in return for returning party capital. It also occurs in legitimate donations which cause the same problem. Meanwhile, party financial resources from APBN/APBD can only be used for political party regeneration education. This deviant situation makes political parties lose their existence to maintain democracy and popular sovereignty in general elections. The purpose of this research is to find out the urgency of the system of regulating political parties in general elections, the implications of the impact of current arrangements on the existence of political parties in general elections, and ideal ideas. The research method used in this research is normative legal research. This research is a library legal research. The focus of this research discussion is related to legal principles. The data sources used are primary, secondary, and tertiary legal sources. In this legal research, researchers use a statutory approach that will examine the law starting from the 1945 Constitution, the General Election Law to the Political Party Law. From the results of the research there are 3 main things that can be concluded. First, the urgency of political party financial resources to create legal certainty to the party between legitimate and illegitimate funds. The regulation creates systematisation in financial sources and limits related to the classification of financial sources obtained. Second, the regulation of party financial resources consisting of membership fees, APBN / APBD budgets, and legitimate donations, has currently reduced the existence of political parties in general elections. APBN/APBD financial sources that cannot be used during general elections create parties that are not transparent in finance, making parties arbitrary in finding and getting money or using it. Finally, the author lists some of the efforts the author offers in maintaining the existence of political party needs related to financial resources in general elections.

Abstract

Human resources are resources that play an important role in achieving company goals. Good human resource management will have a positive impact on the company. This research was conducted to determine the relationship between Work-Life Balance and job satisfaction among employees at PT. Telkom Kabanjahe. Work-Life Balance as an independent variable consists of three factors, namely work interference with personal life, personal life interference with work, and work personal life enhancement. Meanwhile, job satisfaction as a dependent variable is divided into five factors, namely the job itself, superiors, co-workers, promotions and salary/wages. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The data used in this research is primary data obtained from interviews and questionnaires distributed to 110 respondents as well as secondary data in the form of documents from the company. The sample collection technique used was Saturated sampling. The data analysis method used is Pearson Product Moment Correlation, using the SPSS program. The results of this research show that there is a positive relationship between Work-Life Balance and employee job satisfaction of 16.6% and the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

The use of language is closely related to the use of social media. There are several expressions found on social media, one of which is the use of hate speech. Users often use hate speech and are directed at a person or group. Considered something normal because everyone has the right to have an opinion, even though this harms the victim. Given this phenomenon, the authors are interested in conducting research that focuses on hate speech. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of job insecurity on turnover intention with work stress as a mediating variable for employees of PT Spice Agro International. This research causality study with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling in which the sample was determined by the researcher with a total of 36 respondens at PT Spice Agro International. The statistical analysis used in this research is partial least squares (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The results of this analysisi obtained from this study indicate that job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on work stress, job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, job stress is able to mediate the effect of job insecurity on turnover intention.

Abstract

This research discusses the bias of the news media regarding Indonesia's cancellation of hosting the 2023 U-20 World Cup. One of the causes is the rejection of the participation and presence of the Israel national team in Indonesia. Apart from being sanctioned by FIFA, the cancellation of hosting the U-20 World Cup will have a major impact on Indonesia. Because the World Cup benefits the country appointed by the President of FIFA to host it. Many media outlets have reported on the cancellation of Indonesia as the host for the 2023 U-20 World Cup, such as Tirto. id and tempo. co. This research is descriptive research with qualitative methods and uses Discourse Network Analysis (DNA) to analyze the data. Based on the news that has been collected, a total of 35 actors participated and were involved in the issue of the failure of the U-20 world cup in Indonesia and there is no partiality between the two online media on one side.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of strengthening Pancasila student profiles in the independent curriculum in junior high school science learning is based on student responses. This research is a qualitative research. The type of data presented in qualitative research is primary data obtained from student response questionnaires. The population in this study is all junior high schools in Cirebon city that have implemented the independent independent curriculum, with a total of 30 schools consisting of 13 public schools and 17 private schools. School sampling in this study used a proportional random sampling technique. Sampling in this study the authors used a sampling method with a ratio of 30%, so the number of school samples was 9 schools with 4 public schools and 5 private schools. In collecting data, the writer uses indirect data collection techniques in the form of a Linkert Scale questionnaire instrument. Based on the results, Strengthening Pancasila Student Profiles in the independent curriculum based on students' responses stated that in the learning process facilitating the development of Pancasila student profiles, students agreed to gain an understanding of the science context according to CP and learning and assessments that support literacy and numeracy skills, gain an understanding of the science context according to with the learning outcomes of Phase D, carry out activities or assignments that are relevant to the skills on learning outcomes of Phase D and Pancasila Student Profiles, get learning activities with literacy and numeracy, and students agree to get an assessment in the science learning process conducted by the teacher. So it can be concluded that the implementation of strengthening the profile of Pancasila students in the independent independent curriculum changed to Middle School Science learning has been implemented well in the Science learning process by teachers and can be understood by students.

Abstract

Popular culture arises in the midst of people's lives in various forms, such as from what people consume, what people see, what people watch, what people listen to, and what people wear. Popular culture sulks at the popularity of Korean entertainment and culture in other countries such as Korean Pop and Korean fashion. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between interest in using Korean fashion on Instagram with impulsive buying behavior in UNSIKA Communication Science students 2020 by looking at 2 indicators, visibility and attractions. This study used a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis, and with the support of Uses and Effect theory. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and literature studies. The results of this study found that the visibility of Korean fashion has a relationship between interest in using Korean fashion with impulsive buying behavior, and also Korean fashion attractions and the use of fashion by Korean idols has a relationship between interest in using Korean fashion with impulsive buying behavior.
