Abstract

As the years go by, the technology in this world is also developing, the advancement of technology is a sign that in this day and age humans are required to be more developed in order to keep up with changing times, but sometimes some are still left behind due to several factors, such as lack of information or lack of information. interest in something more advanced, such as today's MSMEs, considering that before it was just a traditional market and became a modern market due to the impact of digitalization, with the creation of digital marketing, the marketing area has become wider, than previously it could only reach areas around, at this time it can almost reach all areas wherever MSMEs are located, we see that in Talang village there are still quite a lot of MSMEs that have not felt the impact of technological advances, of the several MSMEs in the village only 2 MSMEs are able to take advantage of digital marketing. This shows that MSMEs in Talang village still do not understand what digital marketing means. Some MSMEs may not have adequate knowledge about digital marketing or do not understand its potential and benefits. They may not know how to use digital platforms to promote and grow their business. Therefore, our goal in Talang village is to conduct outreach and assistance to increase the potential of MSMEs that have not yet developed in Talang village. From the results of our outreach and assistance in Talang village, it was noted that there were 4 MSMEs that were finally able to take advantage of digital marketing and there were also MSMEs that were still can't accept digital marketing yet.

Abstract

Dalam dunia bisnis yang kompetitif, pemahaman mendalam tentang analisis penerapan biaya volume laba (Cost Volume Profit) menjadi krusial dalam merencanakan harga jual yang dapat mengarah pada pencapaian laba yang optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis penerapan biaya volume laba (cost volume profit) dalam perencanaan harga jual untuk mencapai laba yang optimal pada CV Satria Jaya.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan CV. Satria jaya merupakan produsen pupuk. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi mengenai data produksi perusahaan pada tahun 2022 dan tahun 2023. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan penjelasan secara deskriptif.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perusahaan dalam menggunakan analisis biaya volume laba (break-even analysis) dalam perencanaan harga. Pada tahun 2022, dan tahun 2023, telah melakukan penjualan yang melebihi titik impas perusahaan. Margin of safety (MOS) pada tahun 2022 adalah 16,94% dan pada tahun 2023 adalah 50,15%. Perhitungan Degree of Operating Leverage/DOL pada pada tahun 2022 diperoleh adalah sebesar 3,37 dan pada tahun 2023 tahun berjalan diketahui perhitungan nilai DOL diperoleh adalah sebesar 2,17. Hal tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa setiap perubahan sebesar 1 dalam penjualan akan mengakibatkan perubahan sebesar 3,37 dalam laba pajak perusahaan pada tahun dan sebesar 2,17 pada perusahaan. Dengan menggunakan analisis ini, perusahaan dapat membuat keputusan yang lebih baik dalam menentukan harga dan strategi penjualan.

Abstract

Di Indonesia, kemampuan guru dalam melakukan penelitian masih di bawah rata-rata. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya pengetahuan dan pengalaman penelitian di kalangan guru. Akibatnya guru jarang melakukan penelitian dan tidak pernah mempublikasikan karya ilmiah. Oleh karena itu, begitu banyaknya keresahan yang dirasakan oleh siswa di lingkungan sekolah. Maka dari itu harus adanya tindak lanjut dari bullying yang terjadi di lingkungan sekolah khususnya SMKN 4 Kota Tanjungpinang. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran guru dalam melihat kesenjangan pada murid yang pada akhirnya akan menimbulkan perbuatan di luar norma yang berlaku (bullying). Dalam penelitin ini diharapkan agar mencegah terjadinya perilaku bullying di sekolah baik itu menanggulangi adanya pelaku bullying dan korban bullying. Maka dari itu harapkan akan terwujudnya suatu yang dicita- citakan di ranah lingkungan Pendidikan di Indonesia khususnya di SMKN 4 Kota Tanjungpinang.

Abstract

Teenagers with disabilities who live in dormitories do face difficulties in accepting their physical conditions, which are far from ideal. However, many of them are still able to achieve accomplishments, even at the national level. Various issues experienced by these disabled teenagers living in dormitories require them to possess a personal characteristic that views everything as a challenge rather than an obstacle, which is referred to as hardiness. This study aims to explore the dynamics of hardiness among high-achieving disabled teenagers living in dormitories. The research method used in this study is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach and individual analysis units. The research respondents consist of three high-achieving disabled teenagers aged 16-18 years living in the dormitory of SLB D YPAC Bali. Data were collected through interviews and field notes. The data analysis process used the Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) technique. This study reveals how the onset of disability and the surrounding responses become the reasons why teenagers live in dormitories. Hardiness in high-achieving disabled teenagers living in dormitories is formed due to the understanding, accepting, and having self-confidence, becoming independent individuals, and having faith in God influence of social support, the dormitory environment, self-control, self-commitment, and a sense of challenge (3 dimensions of hardiness) within these teenagers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of baseball throwing and catching training on lob hitting skills in badminton extracurriculars at SMA Negeri 3 Tambun Selatan. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with experimental research methods. The population in this study were all Badminton Extracurricular participants at SMA Negeri 3 Tambun Selatan, totaling 30 students. The research sample was taken using total sampling technique. This research instrument uses the French Test measurement test which was previously created by previous researchers. The data analysis technique uses pretest posttest design. The results of the research were a pretest mean of 12.00 and a greater posttest mean = 14.33. The results of the paired sample t-test analysis with the data obtained are a significance value (2-tailed) = 0.000 less than the significance level (α) = 0.05, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So it can be concluded that baseball throwing and catching training can have an effect on improving lob hitting skills in badminton extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 3 Tambun Selatan.

Abstract

Defamation through technological sophistication in the form of software, or better known as defamation through social media. This crime can also be included in cybercrime, it is regulated in article 27 paragraph (3) of Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning information and electronic transactions and in the Criminal Code. In determining the decision related to defamation through social media, it must meet the elements in a defamation case on social media. So that the judge in deciding case number 26 / PID. SUS/2022/PT SBY must meet these elements. The research was carried out using a normative juridical approach and the specifications were carried out using a descriptive analysis. Sources and types of data used are primary data, secondary data and tertiary data. Data collection techniques using interview techniques and literature study, and the data obtained will be analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the study can be concluded that Indonesian legal arrangements regarding online shop fraud crimes can be seen in Article 378 of the Criminal Code and Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions which in its implementation the ITE Law does not yet contain articles that specifically act criminal defamation, Article 27 (3) of the ITE Law which focuses on the act of spreading false and misleading news that harms people or institutions. Because this criminal act of defamation is a cyber crime, the proof must use electronic evidence or electronic documents or printouts based on the provisions of Article 5 of the ITE Law.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of the Modul Cerdas Siswa (MCS) PAI on student learning outcomes. This type of research is an experimental method (Quasy Experiment), with a non-equivalent control group design. The population taken is class IX even semester 2022/2023 SMPN 1 West Karawang. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The samples taken were class IX B as an experimental class of 35 students and class IX C as a control class as well as 35 students. The data collection instrument used a test (pretest-posttest). The results of this study indicate that there are differences in the average student learning outcomes of the experimental class and the control class. the average student learning outcomes of the experimental class was 84.57 and the average value of the control class student learning outcomes was 63.29. This is proven by the significant value on the t test (independent sample test) which is less than 0.05, namely Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05, thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an effect of the use of the Modul Cerdas Siswa (MCS) PAI on the learning outcomes of class IX students at SMPN 1 Karawang Barat.

Abstract

The government together with the House of Representatives have passed law no. 1 of 2023 concerning the latest Criminal Code which will officially take effect in the next 3 years. The latest Criminal Code stipulates cohabitation acts that fall under criminal offenses in accordance with articles 415 and 416 of the latest Criminal Code. Cohabitation (sexual intercourse like husband and wife outside of legal marriage) is considered a criminal act and can be punished by imprisonment. The formulation of the problem in this thesis is what the government considers so that cohabitation is included in one of the articles in the criminal code and how the process of accountability for perpetrators of cohabitation crimes in the criminal code. The research method used is normative. The results of this study prove that the government has passed the latest Criminal Code which in the article also regulates cohabitation acts into criminal acts through many considerations because it is considered not to reflect the customs and culture of the Indonesian nation. Cohabitation is one of the offenses of complaints where the act will only be processed if it is based on complaints from husbands or wives who are victims or aggrieved and can also be reported by parents or children for people who are not bound by marriage.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the legal consequences of nominee agreements between Indonesian citizens and foreigners in the practice of buying and selling freehold land. In this study, this journal used a normative type of research. The results of this study show the validity of the nominee agreement is an agreement made by foreigners and Indonesian citizens in carrying out legal actions, namely carrying out buying and selling activities on land objects in Indonesian territory. By borrowing the name of an Indonesian citizen, henceforth the Indonesian citizen takes legal action in the process of land sale and purchase transactions based on statutory provisions and then registers at the defense office in accordance with the ownership rights to the land listed on behalf of Indonesian citizens. Based on article 9 paragraph (1) of the UUPA only Indonesian citizens can have a full relationship with earth, water, and space and furthermore, in paragraph (2) states that every Indonesian citizen, both men and women have the opportunity to obtain a right to land and to benefit from the results, both for themselves and their families. Although the UUPA does not expressly regulate the nominee agreement, article 9 can be used as a basis for determining the validity of land ownership by foreigners in Indonesia, so that the nominee agreement is null and void.

Abstract

Default or breach of promise is an event where one party does not adequately complete its obligations in the engagement. For example, the legal case in Decision Number 347/Pdt.G/2022/PN SBY is a case of default in the sale and purchase of land, which was originally carried out with an agreement under the hand. In this case, the seller did not fulfill his promise to be present to sign the Deed of Sale and Purchase in front of a Notary / PPAT which resulted in the Buyer having difficulties in processing the transfer of land rights. The problem discussed is how legal protection for land buyers who will transfer the name of the land rights if the seller defaults in the sale and purchase of land under the hand and what factors are considered by the judge in making a decision on the case of default in the sale and purchase of land under the hand which results in the process of transferring the name. The author uses a normative research method that aims to collect written legal sources by reviewing previous laws and publications. With the results of the discussion, namely that the form of legal protection against buyers of land rights due to buying and selling under the hand can be done repressive legal protection efforts, namely legal protection that leads to efforts to resolve disputes. And in Decision Number 347/Pdt.G/2022/PN SBY the Judge decided the case on the basis of Article 125 paragraph (1) HIR, that the Panel of Judges granted the Plaintiff's claim by verstek.
