Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of consumer satisfaction with product differentiation policies at UD. Jaya Motor Ternate. The method used is simple regression method and correlation coefficient and t test to see the effect and relationship of product differentiation on consumer satisfaction. The data and data sources were obtained directly from the respondents by collecting data in the form of a questionnaire. primary data, the source of which is UD Jaya Motor Ternate using Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that product differentiation has a strong relationship with consumer satisfaction at UD Jaya Motor Ternate. This is evidenced by the results obtained in hypothesis testing where the value of tcount = 13.29 > from ttable = 1.701 at = 0.05 or 5% and the value of the correlation coefficient of 0.929 and the value of the coefficient of determination = 86.3% then the simple regression equation obtained is y = 7.707 + 0.87106 x. This means that any decrease in product differentiation as 1% at Toko Jaya Motor Ternate will increase customer satisfaction by 0.87106%.

Abstract

Financial literacy for all employees is very necessary. Financial literacy skills have a strategic role in improving one's financial understanding. If someone does not have financial literacy, then he will find some difficulties, such as mismanagement of money, entangled in moneylenders and fraud so that he suffers big financial losses. Work motivation and work experience are variables that will be investigated whether there is an effect on financial literacy. This study aims to describe the effect of work experience on financial literacy, the effect of work motivation on financial literacy and the effect of work experience and work motivation simultaneously on financial literacy. Respondents in this study were employees of CV Berkah Saintek Depok. The number of respondents as many as 43 employees. Research methods with quantitative methods. The data were processed by classical tests, such as heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test. After being tested classically, the data was continued with multiple regression test. The data was processed using SPSS 21. The results showed that work experience and work motivation had an effect on financial literacy, work experience had an effect on financial literacy and work motivation had an effect on financial literacy.

Abstract

The purpose of making this thesis is to determine the effect of the inquiry learning model on self-confidence in physical education. To answer the formulation of the research problem that has been formulated, the author uses a quantitative approach with experimental methods. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Tegalwaru by taking a sample of 30 people with 15 samples in the experimental group and 15 samples in the control group. There are three stages in this research, namely: pre-test or initial test, treatment or treatment, and post-test or final test. The pre-test was conducted on 15 samples to determine the results of inquiry learning on students' self-confidence before receiving treatment. The experimental design in this study was In this research design, there were two groups, each of which was randomly selected (R). The first group was given treatment (X) and the other group was not. Then the researchers conducted a post-test on 15 samples. After being treated, the research was then processed using the T-test formula and compared with the T-table. The results of the study show that the inquiry learning model has an influence on the lower self-confidence of the students of class X MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Tegalwaru with the results of the T-test calculation of 0.012 and compared with the T-table of 0.05. It can be concluded from this research that there is an influence in doing learning so that students can do learning more independently and confidently in doing learning.

Abstract

This research entitled “A Multimodal Analysis of English Courses’ Printed Advertisement In South Jakarta” is a linguistic study of multimodal text which is concerned with texts that contain the interaction with both verbal and visual semiotic modes in order to achieve the communicative functions of the text. Multimodality or multimodal discourse analysis provides the tools and techniques to analyse texts which employ more than one mode of discourse. The objectives of this study are (1) to identify the verbal and visual elements of English Courses' brochures advertisement and (2) to describe the representation of verbal and visual elements of English Courses' brochures advertisement. This thesis is using qualitative descriptive to describe printed advertisement texts featuring verbal and visual elements consisted in the advertisements. In this thesis, the data that the writer analyzed is brochures as printed media of English Courses which located in South Jakarta. The instruments of collecting data in this thesis are observation, interview, and documentation. Halliday‟s Ideational Function and the Representational by Kress and van Leeuwen‟ are used to analyze the verbal and the visual texts. The results of the analysis is found that the most common verbal element used in the brochures is Announcement and the most common visual element used in the brochures is Lead. The verbal and visual elements are frequently represented by Material Process and Action Process.

Abstract

Elementary school is the most basic level of formal education in Indonesia. Elementary school is taken within 6 years, starting from grade 1 to grade 6 (Wikipedia, 2021). Therefore, elementary school education is very important because it is a benchmark for children's success in receiving basic education. So basic education must have quality resources. Good teaching materials supported by qualified teaching staff. This pandemic period, of course, shifts from face-to-face learning to online learning. In implementing the online learning model with the blended learning method, Google Meet is used as the learning medium. In addition, in this study using a Knowledge Management System (KMS) can help problems regarding migration from face-to-face learning to learning with blended learning models. The problems that arise from learning the blended learning model are of course the readiness of teachers, technology and equipment needed to support implementation. This research method uses a descriptive content analysis study. The result of this research is a blended learning-based learning model with knowledge management system modeling for teaching materials.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to better identify whether the working capital turnover of cooperatives has been effective, to identify whether the working capital turnover of cooperatives on service transactions has been efficient, and to find out whether the working capital turnover of cooperatives on business transactions has been effective. Cooperative Working Capital Turnover This ratio is used in this study to measure the ability of the cooperative body in an effort to rotate its working capital, or calculate the working capital ability to generate gross participation and cooperative income from business results with non-members. It was concluded that in 2015 with a ratio of 1,034, the efficiency of working capital in an effort to obtain gross participation and income from business results with non-members was considered effective. From the results we can see that the results of the calculation of the capital turnover ratio in 2017 are equal to 1,088 is considered effective. In 2019 with a ratio of 1,148, for the effectiveness of working capital in an effort to obtain gross participation and income from business results with non-members, it is considered Ineffective. Abstract

The research was carried out at Laboratorium Pemuliaan Terpadu, precisely at Laboratorium Konservasi Balai Penelitian Tanaman Hias Kebun Percobaan Segunung, Pacet, Cianjur from March to June 2021. The Research Method uses experimental methods with non-parametric statistics with 12 treatments and 5 repeats. Perlakuan NAA dengan konsentrasi 0,1 ppm; 0,2 ppm; dan BAP yaitu konsentrasi 0,5 ppm; 1 ppm; dan 1,5 ppm. The results of the observations were analyzed descriptively using the Wallis Kruskal Test. Based on several observed variables, the results showed different results in the degree of significance between the explants in NAA and BAP administration, in callus diameter variables showed significant different results, while in variables the number and height of the shoots showed significantly different results. The results of the study showed NAA and BAP concentrations on A2B3 treatment (concentration 0.1 ppm NAA+1 ppm BAP) were able to produce the best shoots against the number of shoots. In A3B3 treatment (concentration 0.2 ppm NAA + 1 ppm BAP) is capable of producing the best shoot against the height of the shoot.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the knowledge of students in learning volleyball games for class VII students of SMP Pasundan. To answer the formulation of the problem that has been formulated, the author uses descriptive quantitative research, the method used in this research is a survey. This research was conducted at Pasundan Junior High School by taking all VII graders, totaling 4 classes. However, the sample in this study were 31 students from another school, namely MTS Al-Kautsar, each of which was taken randomly per class. The instrument used is multiple choice questions. The results of this study indicate that students' knowledge in learning volleyball games for seventh grade students of SMP Pasundan is high with consideration of the highest frequency being in the high category with 51 students or 36%. Students' knowledge in learning volleyball games for seventh grade students of SMP Pasundan which is categorized as very high 1 student or 1%, high 51 students or 36%, moderate 44 students or 31%, low 33 students or 23%, very low 13 students or 9% .

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the ability to write narrative essays through picture series media. This research was conducted using classroom action research with two cycles. The data analysis technique is a qualitative descriptive technique. The research subject is class IV SDN 1 Patani, 2018/2019 academic year with 18 students as subjects. The results of the research cycle 1, student learning completeness is 52.94%. Cycle II to 87.25%, an increase of 35.30%. It was concluded that the application of serial image media in writing narrative essays made it easier for students, both in pre-writing, writing, and revising. In addition, improving students' critical, systematic, and reflective thinking skills.

Abstract

Facilities and infrastructure is a problem that exists in education, it is necessary to reform in education, we must seek facilities that are in accordance with the needs from the field to the problem of tools or physical education practice facilities that help the teaching and learning process. A fact that often occurs in schools, including in private junior high schools throughout the Bulakamba District, Brebes Regency, that the use of facilities and infrastructure has not been fulfilled or adequate, thus making an obstacle for physical education teachers in providing material for teaching and learning activities. This study aims to determine the availability of physical education facilities and infrastructure in Private Junior High Schools/Mts in Bulakamba District, Brebes District. Descriptive research is a research approach that intends to be able to find out the condition of the situation or event that is currently happening, and the results of which will need to be presented in the form of a research report. Qualitative research is research that produces findings that cannot be achieved by using statistical procedures or by quantitative means. The data collection technique used in this research is observation. The subject of this research is the physical education facilities and infrastructure in private junior high schools in Bulakamba district, Brebes Regency which has 3 junior high schools. The data collection technique is triangulation (combined), the data analysis is inductive/qualitative, and the results of qualitative research emphasize meaning rather than generalization. The research design used in this study is phenomenology. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded about "Availability of physical education facilities and infrastructure in private junior high schools/mts in Bulakamba district, Brebes district". For facilities and infrastructure at junior high schools in Bulakamba sub-district, they are included in the "Not Good" category, based on the data taken at each school in accordance with the research reference norms.
