Abstract

This study aims to facilitate students to develop mathematical thinking skills in expressing geometric elements contained in the World War II (WWII) museum in Morotai Island Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that describes all student activities in the field (musium) to in the classroom, using the Group Investigation (GI) learning model approach. The results showed that ethnomathematics is good for learning in schools that are close to students' real lives. The results of this study also show that after applying ethnomathematical-based learning using the GI learning model, it can motivate and increase students' activeness and confidence in expressing opinions. From the results of this study, it is suggested, as teachers, they should create an innovative atmosphere that can develop talent, foster interest and educate students to develop mathematical thinking skills, so that the concept of learning mathematics obtained is expected to be better and collaborated with cultural problems so that mathematics is not too far away. from the real life of students, thus mathematics is not seen as a mere abstract science.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Efficiency and Effectiveness of Village Fund Allocation in Pangeo Village in 2016-2020. The results of the Efficiency ratio analysis show that in Pangeo Village it is very efficient in managing the Village Fund. in terms of the management aspect of the ineffective Village Fund Allocation in Pangeo Village, Morotai Jaya District, Morotai Island Regency Government can be seen as follows: 1) Pangeo Village is very efficient in managing its ADD, this can be seen from the results of the calculation of the efficiency ratio of 1% in 2016, 1.00% in 2017, 1% in 2018, 1% in 2019 and 1% in 2020. 2) Financial performance (effectiveness) in Pangeo Village for 2016 to 2020 in terms of management aspects Allocations Ineffective Village Funds can be seen from the percentage starting from 2016 of 8.62%, in 2017 of 7.70%, in 2018 of 7.5%, in 2019 of ar 7% and in 2020 by 6.04%.

Abstract

Self-confidence as a self-recognition becomes a life position. This research was carried out with the aim of increasing the self-confidence of the members of the group consisting of 10 students of class VII SMP Negeri 8 Malalayang Manado, North Sulawesi through group counseling analysis transacsional. This research was carried out quantitatively through a quasi-experimental method. The subject's self-confidence was measured by the same questionnaire before and after being given treatment, so that different analysis results could be obtained. The results of data analysis showed that the value of t count was 6369. the value of t table is 1.633. Thus the results of the analysis obtained the value of t arithmetic 9.352 > 1.633 which means there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest; it shows that there is a significant effect on the use of transactional analysis counseling in increasing the confidence of research subjects. It is concluded that the implementation of group transactional analysis counseling can increase self-confidence. As a recommendation, it can be found that school counselors need to gain an understanding of the implementation of transactional analysis counseling, especially to help students who tend to have problems in learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the level of students' knowledge of safety in students' basketball learning could increase students' knowledge of basketball learning in SMA 1 Sukatani class X SMA 1 Sukatani. This study was a descriptive study. Descriptive research is a research conducted to describe certain symptoms, phenomena or events (Maksum, 2012: 68). By using a quantitative approach. Researchers just want to know how the actual events in the field. In this study, the survey method was used with data collection techniques using questionnaires. From the results of the study, it is known that the level of knowledge of high school students on safety in basketball learning during the Covid 19 class X SMA 1 Sukatani, which stated the category "very high" with a percentage of 0%, the category "high" with a percentage of 30%, category " medium" with a percentage of 43%, the "low" category with a percentage of 19%, and the "very low" category with a percentage of 8%. good or moderate category.

Abstract

This article talks about the strategy of the Karawang Regency National Narcotics Agency (BNNK) in dealing with drug trafficking and abuse in the education sector wich is so massive. This type of research is descriptive qualitative by making BNNK Karawang as the research subject. The sampling technique is done through non-probillity sampling and snow ball sampling. Meanwhile, the data were obtained through tringulation (interviews, obcervation and documentation). The theory used is Fred R. David strategic management. The results of this study indicate that the high rate of drug abuse among students as a result of Karawang which is a large target market for drug dealers, thus making BNNK Karawang very difficult to find the right formula to overcome this. Implementation is carried out optimally but is still constrained by the lack of facilities and evaluation is always carried out by inviting all elements of society create an optimization strategy carried out by BNNK Karawang in dealing with drugs in the realm of education

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how much understanding and knowledge of class VIII students at SMP Negeri 21 Bekasi City in learning physical education material based online basketball during the pandemic period. The data collection technique used in this study was the survey method, with the data collection technique using a questionnaire to class VIII students. This research questionnaire has a reliability of .702 cronbach's alpha. The population in this study was class VIII students at SMP Negeri 21 Bekasi City with a sample of 86 students consisting of two classes that the researchers chose randomly. The instrument used is in the form of a Guttman scale questionnaire using Google forms. The data analysis technique used descriptive quantitative statistical analysis and percentages using SPSS version 24. The level of knowledge obtained from class VIII students about basketball learning at SMP Negeri 21 Bekasi City was 57 students with a percentage of 66.3% having a good level of knowledge about basketball and as much as 29 students with a percentage of 33.7% in the sufficient category

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in effectiveness between the Numbered Head Together (NHT) and Student Achievement Division (STAD) learning models in terms of the learning outcomes of integrated thematic learning in elementary schools. This study uses a meta-analysis method. Research data in the form of previous research results that are relevant to the research problem and obtained through Google Scolar. From the results of googling, each model obtained 10 articles that are in accordance with the research to be carried out. The results of the comparison of the two models prove that the average value achieved through the NHT learning model is 21.06%, while the STAD model is 20.63%. The results of the prerequisite test for the data of each model show Partial Eat Square is 0.308 with sig. 0.044, which means that the two models have a moderate effect on improving learning outcomes, while from the average results of increasing the value of learning outcomes, the NHT model is slightly more effective than the STAD model.

Abstract

PT. Autoplastic Indonesia is a manufacturing company that produces various automotive components made from plastic. PT. Autoplastic Indonesia uses 3 lines, namely the plastic injection line, painting line, and assembling line. However, there is damage to the mold that causes a line stop or the production process stop, so that it can cost time and material. With this research, it is expected d to find out the causes and consequences of problems that occur in the mold system that is used as a mold to make these products so that repairs can be made to damage quickly and permanently and there will be no long and detrimental line stops. The results of this study indicate that the damage experienced by this mold affects the production process and causes defects in the product in the form of silver defects caused by operators who are negligent in checking the conditions that occur. This silver defect arises due to delays in filling the material in the hopper and is also caused by damp material

Abstract

Peanuts (Arachis hypogaea L.) is one of the legume plants that are well known and quite important in Indonesia. The purpose of the study was to find out the concentration of Superbionic liquid organic fertilizers and inorganic fertilizers that are right for the growth and yield of the Gajah variety(Arachis hypogaea L.). The research was conducted in Sirnabaya Village of Teluk Jambe Bay District of Karawang Regency in July to October 2021. Research methods used experimental methods with Randomized Group Design (RAK) Single Factor Combinations. Treatment with several concentrations of Superbionik liquid organic fertilizer with Mutiara compound inorganic fertilizer (16:16:16) A (0 ml/1 water + 0 kg/ha Mutiara inorganic fertilizer (16:16:16) B, C, D (2 ml/1 + 125, 187.5, 250 kg/ha) E, F, G (4 ml/1 + 125, 187.5, 250 kg/ha) H, I, J (6 ml/1 water + 125, 187.5, 250 kg/ha). The results showed that there was a real influence from the combination of Superbionik liquid organic fertilizer with inorganic fertilizer on the yield of peanut plants (Arachis hypogaea L.) varieties of Gajah on the parameters of the number of leaves, the weight of dry pods per plant, and the weight of dry pods per plot. More research is needed with the same treatment with different varieties.

Abstract

The school's ability to make changes is determined by how capable the school community is when implementing changes and managing change. A change can occur both inside andoutside the school environment itself. Where the implications for the ongoing changes in the school. Changes in schools are not necessarily able to change, but here there is a process of planning, implementation, supervision to evaluation and strategy so that efforts to improvequality in schools are created. The success of improving the quality of this school, depends on the management of change. So in this case, the need for a change management so that the changes that take place in schools are really built together with the togetherness values ​​of all school members where the effects of these changes can be directed at the point of positive change for the sake of creating quality education.
