Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Abstract

Regulation of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology number 30 of 2021 or better known as PPKS is a regulation that was born on the rise of sexual violence on campus. The presence of PPKS invited a fierce and viral debate between the two sides, where the supporters stated that PPKS was the hope in alleviating cases of sexual violence on campus, while the contra called PPKS a controversial regulation because it could legalize free sex on campus. Analysis is needed to examine this problem. This study uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, with samples taken at random to 100 students in 20 different campuses. The results of the research and analysis of the discussion show that philosophically many PPKS rules do not conflict with the Pancasila philosophy and the 1945 Constitution, sociologically PPKS gets a lot of support in academic circles but rejection among religious groups and juridically still found formal and material defects in the drafting process PPKS

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the most strategic national economic sectors and concern the livelihoods of many people so that they become the backbone of the national economy. Data collection methods are techniques or methods that can be used by researchers to collect data, and data collection instruments are tools selected and used by researchers in their activities to collect data so that these activities become systematic and easier. The results of the Covid-19 pandemic research have made many sectors slump, including the MSME sector in Sikka Regency. The impact of Covid-19 has made MSME actors experience a decrease in income, difficulties in capital turnover, disruption to the distribution of goods, difficulties in obtaining raw materials and also in human resources. The MSME sector in Sikka Regency that was most affected during the Covid-19 pandemic included the culinary field, the beauty sector, the grocery store sector, the handicraft product sector, the agribusiness sector and the lodging sector

Abstract

Gadung or yam “are” or (Dioscorea hispida) is a plant belonging to tubers that thrives in the tropics. Biscuits are products obtained by baking dough derived from wheat flour with the addition of other foods and with or the addition of permitted food additives. This study aims to determine the content and amount of biscuits. The design used in this study was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. Parameters observed were water content, protein content and carbohydrate content. Biscuits produced from each treatment contain water content, protein content, carbohydrate content. The moisture content of the biscuits in treatments B, C, and D still met the quality requirements of SNI 01-2973-2011, namely a maximum of 5, the protein content of biscuits in treatments A, B and C still met the quality requirements of SNI 01-2973-2011, namely a minimum of 5 and Carbohydrate levels in each treatment were very high, namely A (48.03), B (47.68), C (49.69) and D (56.64).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the positive and significant effect on the application of the Problem Based Instruction model on learning achievement. This research is a type of quantitative research, aiming to see the effect of student achievement on social studies subjects with material on ethnic diversity through the Problem Based Instruction model for fourth grade students at SDN XXV Wailiti. The subjects in this study were fourth grade students in the 2018/2019 academic year with 30 students in the experimental class. This research is motivated by the low learning achievement in social studies learning. One of the solutions taken to overcome these problems is learning by using the Problem Based Instruction model so that learning is more interesting and more meaningful. The results of observing student activities in the experimental class using the Preoblem Based Instruction model are seen in the results of observing the activity of students in the learning experiment class reaching an average value of 82.66, the results of the observations being in a good category. It was found that the learning outcomes in the experimental class using the Problem Based Instruction model, the average value in the experimental class pretest learning outcomes was 49.9 with classical completeness of 49.9% while the average posttest learning outcomes in the experimental class was 64.8 with completeness classical by 64.8%. Student learning outcomes have changed for the better after using the Problem Based Instruction model with ethnic diversity material. Based on the research achievement indicators, it can be concluded that the use of the Problem Based Instruction model has a positive effect on student learning achievement at SDN XXV Wailiti, Wolomarang Village, Alok Barat District, Sikka Regency for the 2019/2020 academic year.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of work attitudes on work morale, the influence of work environment on work morale, analyze the influence of work attitudes and work environment on employee morale, either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were the employees of the Wulanggitang sub-district office, East Flores Regency, totaling 31 people. Because the population is limited, this research was conducted by census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is done through the F test and t test. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the variables of Employee Work Attitude, Work Environment and Work Spirit were categorized as good. The statistical results of the F test show that simultaneously all the independent variables are independent. significant effect on Employee Morale. The results of the t-test statistics show that partially the variables of Work Attitude and Work Environment have a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Morale. The results of the determination analysis showed that the two independent variables in this study were able to explain the variations in the ups and downs of the Work Spirit of the Wulanggitang Sub-District Office Employees, East Flores Regency by 22.8%.

Abstract

Merang mushroom (Volvariella Volvaceae) is one of the commodities of agricultural horticulture crop yield that has quite high economic value. Planting media become the most important thing for the farmer. Planting media that usually used by farmer is just the rice hay. The purpose of this research is to obtain plant media subtitution of dry banana leaf (klaras) and husk charcoal that most effective, so it would produce optimal growth and yield of Merang Mushroom. This experiment was implemented at Pasirmulya Village, Majalaya region, Karawang District at May untill july 2021. The research method that used is the experiment method with Randomized block design (RBK) single factor. There were 9 treatment l, which A (without treatment), B (Klaras 15%), C (Klaras 17%), D (Klaras 19%), E(Klaras 21%), F (Husk charcoal 15%), G (Husk charcoal 17%), H (Husk Charcoal 19%), I (Husk Charcoal 21%). Each of the treatment were repeated 3 times, so there were 27 Experiment units. If the data analyzed with analyze of variance and The test F rate at 5% showed significant results, then conducted to the continue test of Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at rate of 5% for acknowledging the best treatment. The experiment results showed that there were subtitution real effect of media dry banana leaf (Klaras) and husk charcoal towards the diameter of the crop body, and the total weight of yield by plots. Treatment I (Husk charcoal 21%) gave the highest results towards the diameter of crop body (2,40 mm), the total weight by plot (159,88 g).

Abstract

This study aims to describe the value of local wisdom contained in the novel Mata and Man Laut by Okky Madasari. The type of research used is qualitative research with library techniques. The subject of this research is the novel Mata and Laut Man. Data collection uses content analysis techniques by reading and taking notes. The results of this study indicate that the novel Mata and Man Laut contains the values ​​of local wisdom. So that this research is in accordance with the objectives of education in Indonesia regarding the introduction of cultural diversity and Indonesian society.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain an overview of improving speaking skills and self-regulated students of English education of Institute Pendidikan Nusantara Global in the implementation of English area. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The research was conducted at the Institute Pendidikan Nusantara Global (IPNG) Aikmual Lombok Tengah NTB. After the data is obtained the researcher further analyzes and tests the validity of the data by validating the data using data source triangulation tests and data collection techniques. The data of this research collected through practice test (Themes: environment, culture, health, education) and non-test (interview guidelines, self-regulated questionnaires and documentation studies). Based on the results of test and data analysis it can be concluded that the ability of students in improving speaking skills using English area is very effective and needs to be applied and developed. The application of English area can improve students’ speaking skills and self-regulated.

Abstract

This research aims to find out: (1) The implementation of the Perintan system and procedures to pay the money for the supply (SPM-Up) at the financial management body and regional assets of the District government of Morotai Island; (2) Implementation of the Perintan system and procedures to pay the money for the supply (SPM-Up) at the financial management and regional assets of Morotai Island District Government. The subject of this study is the Kabid treasurer of regional general and Treasurer expenditure agency for financial and regional government assets Morotai Island Regency. Data is collected by interview methods, observations and documentation of research subjects. Results showed that: (1) Kabid Treasurer General District and Treasurer of expenditure on the Board of Financial and regional assets management has been the system and procedure of Perintan pay money supply (SPM-Up) in accordance with the applicable guidelines, from The initial stages of collecting the transaction evidence to the extent of ratification and submission to the relevant parties; (2) Treasurer of expenditure and Kabid treasurer of regional general on financial management and regional assets of Morotai Island District government has implemented an administration and accountability system in accordance with the applicable guidelines, from Bookkeeper's shopping to the breakdown of the Perintan letter procedure to pay money supply (SPM-Up).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the use of Quizizz in learning to recognize letters of the alphabet to kindergarten’s children in Wahyu Bhakti Islamic Kindergarten. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The results found in this research indicate that Quizizz can provide convenience for teachers to carry out learning to recognize letters of the alphabet to kindergarten’s children during a pandemic like today. In addition, Quizizz can also make it easy for children to recognize the shapes of the letters of the alphabet.
