Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Abstract

Business legality is a standard that must be met by business actors. Businesses need legality not without purpose, but to get legal protection in their business, to increase the value of the company and to prevent losses from unwanted things. Business legality must be in accordance with laws and regulations so that businesses owned are protected through documents that are legal in the eyes of the law. Business actors must have business legality such as having a Business Identification Number (NIB), being registered with P-IRT, having halal certificates, having brand certificates, and so on to make it easier for business actors to run their businesses and be able to develop their marketing through e-commerce. Omar's Red Ginger business has been established since 2018. At the beginning this business did not have legality and had not developed management in the business so that sales were small and not recognized by the wider community. Then, in 2022 the owner of the Red Ginger business, Omar, begins to legalize his business and develop management in his business so that sales increase and his business grows rapidly.

Abstract

This study aims to be able to identify and describe the use of politeness in language, deviations from the principle of politeness in language. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. This study uses YouTube social media as a forum for research subjects. The subjects in this study used Deddy Zorbuzier's podcast media on YouTube. Research data obtained from the results of listening and notes. The stages of research using the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. Data analysis uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results of the data were analyzed through a pragmatic study on aspects of politeness using Leech and Rahardi's theory using six aspects of politeness deviation maxims in language. The researcher found a form of polite speech which was judged by the principle of politeness, and there were several impolite words due to several causes of impoliteness and violating the principles of politeness. Suggestions, researchers should not only use dialogue in podcasts but data from anywhere.

Abstract

Society's need for access to news and information becomes undeniable when the swiftness of information produced and coupled with the easy means of accessing news and information. In this study, it is seen how the mass media, especially Mediaindonesia.com, produces news to be able to influence readers in forming their opinions and attitudes towards education. This is described through the text dimension which consists of macro structure, superstructure, and micro structure. The researcher chose a qualitative approach and descriptive method to describe data in the form of words, sentences, paragraphs, and discourses that show the text structure consisting of macro structure, superstructure, and micro structure. The data was obtained based on eight news articles with the theme of digital literacy in the humanities section of Mediaindonesia.com. Based on this, the output of this research is in the form of teaching materials in the form of handouts in which there is Article Text material that serves to make a valuable contribution in improving students' understanding and skills in evaluating, compiling, analyzing, and constructing news articles that have been presented. The selection of the digital literacy theme is also an added value in increasing students' understanding of the importance of digital literacy in the current era of information and technology.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of strategies in realizing a family-friendly city in the Bogor City Government using research methods through a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that there were four programs that were intensified by the Bogor City Government to improve the regional economy and create a family-friendly city, namely Bogor Lancar, Bogor Merenah, Bogor Kasohor, and Bogor Samawa. From these four programs, the Bogor City Government not only succeeded in creating a family-friendly city, but also led Bogor City to become a city with an economic growth rate above the national average. The result of the implementation of these four programs in a span of approximately four years is the increase in economic growth in Bogor City compared to the previous period, where the increase in economic growth occurred at 5.65%, which is certainly above the average value of national economic growth which only touched 5.31% and West Java economic growth which was only 5.45%. This achievement is obtained from increasing innovation and facilitating existing MSMEs so that they can contribute significantly to increasing regional economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and emotional intelligence on the performance of civil servants at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Office. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive and verification approach. The sample used in this study was 125 using a probability sampling technique, namely the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling Technique. The data analysis technique used is analysis by testing the hypothesis partially and simultaneously. Testing is assisted with the SPSS tool. The results of this study are that there is a relationship between competence and emotional intelligence that has a strong relationship. Partially, competence has an effect of 15.1% and emotional intelligence of 50.5% on employee performance. Competence and emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Beauty Influencers and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions for make-over brands. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach. The population in this study were followers of the @makeoverid Instagram account. Using the Isaac and Michael formula to determine the sample size, we found 395 respondents. The sampling method used in this research is non-probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique. This study used a range-of-scale analysis technique and multiple linear regression analysis with tools from SPSS 29 data software and Microsoft Excel 2013. The results of this study showed that there was a partial influence between Beauty Influencers (X1) and Purchase Decisions (Y) with a value of 17.8%. In comparison, the partial influence between Product Quality (X2) and Purchase Decision (Y) has a value of 49.7%. The simultaneous influence of Beauty Influencer (X1) and Product Quality (X2) on Purchase Decision (Y) obtained a value of 67.5%, and the remaining 32.5% was influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

Digital marketing in Indonesia has enormous potential, because many consumers have switched to the digital world. Online marketing has generally been carried out by companies and individuals, through the use of digital information technology such as social media in the form of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and so on. This study describes how consumers make purchasing decisions on a Scarlett Whitening cosmetic product at the Tiktok Shop which is influenced by Live Streaming, Online Customer Reviews, and Flash Sale. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Live Streaming, Online Customer Reviews, and Flash Sale on the Purchase Decision for Scarlett Whitening cosmetic products at the Tiktok Shop. This research uses quantitative methods through descriptive and verification approaches. The data collected was taken using a questionnaire that had been distributed and obtained using SPSS 21. Respondents in this study were 170 users of Scarlett Whitening cosmetic products at the Tiktok Shop. After the data has been collected, the data is processed using a descriptive method to find out the value of the independent variable, either one variable or more (indipendent) without making comparisons, or linking it with other variables. While the verification approach is used to test the theory by testing the hypothesis.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of students' low understanding of concepts in Mathematics learning at SD Purwakarta. Therefore, in this study, the application of the Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning approach was carried out with the help of interactive media using the educandy application. The purpose of this study was to find out how the activities and students' conceptual understanding skills when applying the Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning approach assisted by educandy interactive media. The type of research used was Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle was held in 2 meetings. The research subjects were 20 class III students. The research instrument was an observation sheet and test results for students' conceptual understanding abilities. In cycle I the average score reached 62.6 with a percentage of achieving KKM of 60%, in cycle II it increased with an average score of 86.8 with a percentage of achievement of KKM of 90%. Student activity in cycle I reached an average of 3.8 in the good category, in cycle II it increased with an average of 4.0 in the very good category. The conclusions of this study are 1) Learning using the cooperative learning approach of the TPS type assisted by interactive learning media using the educandy application can improve students' conceptual understanding abilities; 2) Learning by applying the TPS-type cooperative learning approach assisted by interactive learning media using the educandy application has an influence on students' conceptual understanding abilities.

Abstract

The Bar Model method in learning can be used to make it easier for teachers to convey learning messages, increase the activity and creativity of students in the learning process so that it can finally improve students' problem-solving abilities. This study aims to conduct a literature review related to the effectiveness of the Bar Model method in learning mathematics in elementary school mathematics. The research method chosen in this study is the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method. Data collection was carried out by documenting all articles that have similar research in this research report. The articles used in this study were 10 accredited national journal articles at sinta 1 to sinta 4 obtained from various sources. Based on this research, it was found that the Bar Model method in learning mathematics can improve students' problem solving abilities. Based on a literature review conducted by the Bar Model method, it can be developed in learning mathematics in elementary school mathematics.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyse the partial and simultaneous influence of job stress (X1) and Financial Compensation (X2) on Job Satisfaction (Y) of Goek Ride Driver in the Duren Sawit District-East Jakarta. The study was conducted by selecting a population of 306 Gojek Ride Drivers in The Duren Sawit District-East Jakarta, then a sample of 173 Gojek Ride Drivers Obtained Using the Slovin Formula. The chosen technique was probability sampling, specifically a technique known as proportional stratified random sampling. This research employed a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. Statistical analysis was processed with the help of SPSS software, version 29. This research discovered that the variable work stress (X1) has an average score of 554,3 with the criteria of moderately agree. Financial Compensation (X2) has an average value of 496,6 with the criteia of moderately agree, and job satisfaction has a score of 577,1 within the category of moderately agree as well. The variables work stress (X1) and Financial Compensation (X2) contribute partially to influence at a magnitude of 18,6% and 42,6% respectively. Furthermore, both of these independent variables also collectively influence the dependent variable at a simultaneous level of 53,6%. The remaining 46,4% influence was given by the other variables which were not examined within this study.
