Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of the David Ozora persecution case which was published on the online media page Kompas.com. This can be seen based on the history of news publications in the February-March 2023 edition, there were 15 news reports that raised the persecution case. Based on the news findings, it can be analyzed regarding the 5W+1H elements and the inverted pyramid news structure. This study uses qualitative methods with documentation techniques for each news content. The results found based on observations of the 5W+1H elements and the inverted pyramid news structure found that the most dominant elements are what and who elements, while the news structure section has incomplete legs. Apart from that, the results of the analysis were also used for news text learning materials for class XII high school students in the form of audio-visual learning media in the form of videos through the TikTok application.

Abstract

The rapid development of existing technology challenges the business world to be able to develop its business. Information technology is a way for companies to compete in the era of technological development like today. RatuRatus is a producer of processed spices and herbs that implements information technology into its business. The level of company data problems that are quite complex makes RatuRatus use Odoo to overcome these problems. Odoo is an Enterprise Resource Planning-based software that is open source so that it is used by companies that are just digitizing themselves. Through Odoo RatuRatus can develop several modules, namely the Inventory Module, Purchase Module, Manufacturing Module, Sales Module, and Accounting Module so that company data can be integrated efficiently, effectively, and the company will not experience data loss.

Abstract

Sampah tidak pernah terlepas dari kegiatan kehidupan sehari-hari karena setiap individu ataupun kelompok pasti akan menghasilkan sampah. Sampah merupakan sisa atau barang yang tidak terpakai lagi yang berasal dari aktivitas sehari-hari manusia ataupun proses alam yang berbentuk padat dapat terurai maupun tidak terurai. Pengelolaan sampah merupakan suatu kegiatan pengumpulan, pengangkutan, pemilahan, pemrosesan akhir sampah, daur ulang, atau pembuangan dari material sampah ataupun kegiatan yang sistematis, menyeluruh, dan berkesinambungan yang meliputi pengurangan dan penanganan sampah. Permasalahan penumpukan sampah masih sering terjadi di Kecamatan Pangkalan Kerinci akibat dari kurangnya kinerja dan kurang tegas nya Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Pelalawan dalam pengelolaan sampah di Kecamatan Pangkalan Kerinci. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan sampah di Kecamatan Pangkalan Kerinci. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif menurut konsep teori manajemen. Dalam metode pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengelolaan Sampah di Kecamatan Pangkalan Kerinci masih belum maksimal. Dapat dilihat dari masih kurangnya penanganan sampah yang mengakibatkan masih banyaknya sampah yang menumpuk di pinggir jalan atau badan jalan dan belakang pasar baru. Adapun faktor-faktor penghambat dalam pengelolaan sampah di Kecamatan Pangkalan Kerinci yaitu, kurangnya sarana dan prasarana, keterbatasan SDM atau petugas pengangkutan sampah, minimnya TPS yang disediakan, dan kurangnya kesadaran dari masyarakat sekitar. Hal ini disebabkan karena masih kurang tegasnya pemerintah daerah dan kesadaran dari masyarakat di Kecamatan Pangkalan Kerinci sehingga pengelolaan sampah di Kecamatan Pangkalan Kerinci belum maksimal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived risk and trust on continuance usage intention on DANA E-Wallet Application. The research method used was descriptive verification with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study was 120 using non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with testing the hypothesis partially and simultaneously. testing assisted with the SPSS tool. The results of this study are that there is a partial effect of perceived risk having a positive and significant effect on continuance usage intention, trust has a positive and significant effect on continuance usage intention, Simultaneous hypothesis results on perceived risk and trust simultaneously have a significant effect on continuance usage intention. The ????2 test for perceived risk and trust on continuance usage intention is obtained by R Square of 0.856 meaning that 85.6% of continuance usage intention is influenced by these two variables, while 14.4% of continuance usage intention is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Buck-boost inverter is one tool that can convert Direct Current (DC) voltage into Alternating Current (AC) voltage while simultaneously increasing and decreasing the output voltage. On the other hand, there is a problem with induction motors, namely the presence of Common Mode Voltage (CMV) or the voltage between the neutral point of the motor and ground which can accelerate wear on the bearings and damage to the motor. One method that can reduce CMV is by using an active filter. Another problem due to the use of inverters is that there are harmonics due to the switching process. This research will examine the effect of adding modified BBI plus an active filter to a three-phase induction motor on CMV and THDv. This research process begins with designing a circuit simulation in the MATLAB application, then simulation testing is carried out to see its effect on CMV and THDv values. BBI simulation test results after the addition of active filters with conventional inverter circuit CMV worth 250V with THD worth 6744.45%, while the BBI circuit coupled with active filters worth 22V and THDv worth 114.53%. As well as the BBI circuit plus an active filter, CMV is worth 2.6V with THDv worth 65.30%.

Abstract

Information is a primary need for the community, especially in Indonesia. This is because news contains reports of an event or events, situations, and conditions that are important and interesting to meet the curiosity of the audience. The news we read is the result of social construction involving the views, ideologies, and values of a media. The existence of the media demands accuracy, accuracy, and facts that have truth. The objectives of this study are 1) To describe the results of the framing analysis of the news of the Ferdy Sambo case in the January 2023 edition of CNN Indonesia.com online media through the Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Abstract

Psychological development of adolescents is characterized by emotional development, independence and personal maturity. One of the characteristics of adolescent psychological maturity is marked by the interest of adolescents with the opposite sex which will later be related to building love relationships. The breakdown of a romantic relationship will sometimes have an impact on an individual's ability to survive problems and overcome self-problems, which is often referred to as resilience. Therefore, in order to increase resilience within the individual, it is necessary to have the role of emotional intelligence to assist individuals in managing emotions. The purpose of this study is to see how the relationship between emotional intelligence and the resilience of adolescents who are experiencing a breakup in Denpasar City. This study used a correlational quantitative research method involving 143 students of SMA Negeri 2 Denpasar. The sampling technique utilized in this research is a non-probability sampling method known as purposive sampling. The Pearson correlation test results establish a level of significance in this study, which is equal to 0.000 (p< 0.05). Thus, it can be concluded that the variable of emotional intelligence holds a significant relationship with resilience. In addition, the correlation coefficient of the two variables is 0.559. the coefficients of emotional intelligence and resilience are positive, which indicates that there is a positive relationship between emotional intelligence and resilience, the higher the emotional intelligence, the higher the individual resilience.

Abstract

The phenomenon of fluency in speaking both among the public and students has an important role in building interaction and society so that it can work well with the other person speaking. The aim of the research is to find out the transcribed utterances that contain figurative language based on Gorys Keraf's theory in several speeches by Nadiem Makarim as Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. The benefits of this research can increase vocabulary in speaking, especially in speeches. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The data source used is the transcript of Nadiem Makarimm's speech as Minister of Education and Culture. The data collection methods in this study were (1) observing video speeches and reading the results of speech transcripts, (2) marking things that show Gorys Keraf's style of language.The results of the research show that the language style used shows all forms of language style in theory and is dominated by metaphorical language style. The results of this study become recommendations for teaching materials in learning Persuasive Speech Text in Junior High Schools. Teaching materials are packaged with computer-based multimedia and interactive videos.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the system and procedure for issuing payroll for State Civil Apparatuses with application-based payroll management, namely the Payroll Management Information System and Payroll Compensation Services for Assistants. By implementing payroll management based on an information system, of course, it will form the Indramayu Regency Regional Government organization to make a new breakthrough in the payroll system for State Civil Apparatuses, numbering thousands of which can be paid on time every month without any problems. The payroll information system prevents errors when calculating payroll expenditures, does not require a lot of human resources, and does not take a long time, achieves accurate staffing information and financial data by utilizing SIMGAJI, provides a database of human and financial resources for each state civil apparatus and faster presentation of performance reports to be submitted to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia through an integrated application as a basis for distributing the General Allocation Fund (DAU) to local governments, on the method that has been prepared by the central government for the monthly salary budget in the region. The process of issuing ASN salaries to the Regional Government of Indramayu Regency starts from the arrangement, input, process, to the result/output in the form of a list of ASN salaries which will be used as the basis for paying ASN salaries every month.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the dimensions of Human Resource Competence (HR Competence) within the framework of the Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal. This research employs a combination of primary and secondary data. The data collection method involves distributing closed questionnaires to respondents. The collected data is analyzed using a mixed approach that combines qualitative and quantitative methods. The results of this study indicate that the management of Human Resources, when evaluated from the perspective of HR Competence, has achieved a satisfactory level of optimization. However, there is room for improvement in the HR management system. Contributing factors to this situation include a deficiency in the objective performance assessment system within the Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal. Additionally, there are still team members in the Human Resources department who do not meet the competency standards in formulating performance indicators. Furthermore, the educational backgrounds of some employees are not fully aligned with their tasks and responsibilities, which also contributes to this situation
