Abstract

This research aims to improve Indonesian language learning outcomes in the material of writing descriptive paragraphs by applying the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model to fourth grade students at Stella Maris Girian Catholic Elementary School. This research method uses a Classroom Action Research (PTK) design using the Kemmis and Mc model. Taggart (Zainal Aqib, 2018) which consists of four stages, namely (1) Planning, (2) Implementation/Action, (3) Observation, (4) Reflection carried out in two cycles. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, tests and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of learning Indonesian through the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model for Class IV students at Stella Maris Girian Catholic Elementary School for cycle I were not optimal, of the 20 students who were given the test, only 35% of students scored above the minimum completeness criteria standard (KKM). ). In the second cycle, student learning outcomes showed a significant increase with a percentage of 83.75% of the total 20 students. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the application of the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model can improve Indonesian language learning outcomes in the material of writing descriptive paragraphs for fourth grade students at Stella Maris Girian Catholic Elementary School

Abstract

Problems in student education always arise along with the development of students' abilities in following lessons. For this reason, in facing all changes and demands of society in general and environmental needs. In accordance with the reality found at the GMIM II Tomohon Elementary School, it shows that many students have difficulty reading intensively in understanding reading texts, and many elementary school teachers state that they have difficulty teaching intensive reading. The application of learning using the Make A Match Model is a step in solving Indonesian language problems in intensive reading and understanding reading texts, where by using this model students can more easily understand intensive reading in understanding reading texts and remember the lessons they have been taught. This is because students are exposed directly to real things that can be seen and felt so that they can make an impression on students that cannot be forgotten. The aim of this research is to improve intensive reading skills in reading Indonesian texts in class III of SD GMIM II Tomohon in implementing the Make A Mach learning model. The research results obtained in this study through the application of the Make A Match learning model are that: (1) it is proven to improve student learning outcomes, (2) Make A Match is cooperative learning that can foster student cooperation in answering questions by matching existing cards. in their hands, (3) The learning process is more interesting and it appears that most students are more enthusiastic about participating in the learning process, and (4) Student activity is very visible when students look for their respective pairs of cards.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and describe the application of the problem based learning model in Indonesian language subjects for fifth grade students at SD GMIM 24 Manembo-nembo. The research method used is qualitative, with research data collected by observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To test the validity of the data, data triangulation techniques were used. The results of the research show that before carrying out the learning process the teacher first prepares a learning plan in the form of a lesson plan which includes a learning model that is suitable for application in the material to be taught to achieve the learning objectives. In implementing the teaching and learning process the teacher must be able to take control of the class so that the teaching and learning process runs well. The learning outcomes of class V students are quite good, but with the implementation of the problem based learning model, especially in Indonesian language subjects, the learning outcomes of class V students have improved a lot. The increase in student learning outcomes can be seen from the evaluation results. There is an increase in students' understanding and understanding. learning material, which is characterized by an increase in learning completeness through achieving the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM), this is because the teacher has succeeded in choosing the application of a learning model that is suitable and appropriate to the students' circumstances.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the application of the STAD cooperative learning model in Mathematics instruction to enhance learning achievement for eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 3 Halmahera Selatan. The method applied in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) through two cycles consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this research are 25 eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 3 Halmahera Selatan. The research findings indicate that the use of the STAD cooperative learning model in Mathematics instruction successfully improves the learning achievement of eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 3 Halmahera Selatan. This is evident from the increase in students' post-test scores in each learning cycle. In the pre-cycle stage, only 44% of students reached the classical minimum completeness criteria (KKM) with an average score of 63.2. In Cycle I, the classical achievement increased to 72% with an average score of 75.4. Meanwhile, in Cycle II, the classical achievement increased to 92% with an average score of 82.6.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and provide solutions to school principals' problems in aspects of educational management in elementary schools. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection used is observation, in-depth interviews, documentation. The data analysis technique uses data reduction by selecting the main things and focusing on the problems that exist in the institution, so that it can provide a more focused and up-to-date picture. The results of the research show that there are problems with the human resources of educators and education staff, public trust is still not high in institutions, the performance of educators and education staff still requires stimulus and still has honorary status and the local education service is still lacking in monitoring existing developments. in private school institutions.

Abstract

This research comprehensively explores the influence of parental involvement in shaping children's behaviour through sabbath school activities in the Kindergarten class of the Seventh-day Adventist Church of Kedaton Lampung, with the research methodology applied is a qualitative method and literature study and exploration of suitability from the perspective of being a parent. Data were obtained through in-depth analysis of various literature sources. The findings of this study unequivocally state that an understanding of the role of parents in parental involvement, behaviour formation and kindergarten sabbath school activities are very important elements to achieve the child's life goals. In addition, this study illustrates the dynamics of behavioural change that forms its own perspective regarding the education of children. The implications of the findings provide a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by parents in shaping behaviour through Spiritual activities in the life of worship.

Abstract

The cosmic warfare that ensued between good and evil, led to great accusations against the reign of Christ and its Rule. Satan's resounding accusation is that God's Law is too onerous to be the rule for Human life, thus God's Rule does not provide and even infringes on the freedom of every Individual. By opposing the Law of God, Satan is openly opposing the Reign of God. The cosmic warfare between God and Satan causes Man to be involved in it. Proof of God's loving rule without infringing on each individual's freedom of choice had to be proven. The perfection of character is an issue that continues to be discussed among theologians. Given the corrupt condition of mankind, achieving perfection seems to be an impossible thing to achieve, but this message is what the 144,000 in Revelation 14:4-5 will have, where they are not defiled, there is no lie in their mouths and they are blameless. This is the main issue in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan peneilitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripssikan Peran Pendeta Sebagai Motivator Penginjilan Guna Mencapai Tujuan Misi Gereja di Gereja Masehi Advent Hari Ketujuh distrik Lampung Tengah. Penelitian dalam jurnal ini menggunakan studi pustaka. Dalam hal ini, landasan teori untuk penelitian diperoleh melalui pencarian pustaka yang akurat dan dapat dipercaya, baik dari buku, jurnal maupun dari sumber terpercaya lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pendeta memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam memotivasi anggota jemaat. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan konsumen dan pengalaman pembelian terhadap minat beli di online shop shopee. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling yaitu sebanyak 96 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan populasi mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Alat uji analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) variabel kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli di online shop shopee ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung 2,290 > ttabel 1,985. (2) pengalaman pembelian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli di online shop shopee ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung 8,253 > ttabel 1,985. (3) kepercayaan konsumen dan pengalaman pembelian secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat beli di online shop shopee ditunjukkan dengan nilai fhitung 73,572 > ftabel 3,09 dengan taraf signigikansi 0,05. Berdasarkan perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan R Square sebesar 61,3% dikategori tinggi, sedangkan sisanya 38,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

Healthy lifestyle is very important in maintaining human body health. This lifestyle is acquired by those who pay attention to their body conditions. Looking at the current world situation, many people are found to suffer from the consequences of unhealthy lifestyle habits. Understanding the importance of a healthy lifestyle will help everyone understand the importance of maintaining health, and through understanding healthy lifestyle habits, it can be a means for evangelism where health is used as a tool to introduce the gospel. The method used in this writing is qualitative method and questionnaires will be distributed to church members to obtain understanding of healthy lifestyle among church members. The research problem formulation is as follows: 1. What is the importance of a healthy lifestyle?; 2. How is the understanding of healthy lifestyle among the members of Sion Student Hill Side Airmadidi Church?; 3. How can the understanding of healthy lifestyle help the members of Sion Student Hill Side Airmadidi Church in evangelism? Implementing a healthy lifestyle is a continuous and regular series of activities, thus becoming a habit in lifestyle.
