Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Artikel yang diterima dan diproses oleh redaksi adalah artikel secara substansi berhubungan dengan kawasan pendidikan.

Abstract

The development of technology and information is now starting to be felt by the number of payment systems, especially digital payments. Initially, digital payments were issued through payment cards in the form of credit cards as a substitute for cash payments. However, digital payments in Indonesia are experiencing changes with the presence of mobile banking or electronic money. As a result, almost all economic activities already use electronic money as a means of payment, so that with the ease of making transactions using digital payments, it is easier for people to spend their money, which will offer a more efficient or consumptive lifestyle. This research aims to determine the influence of Digital Payment on the consumer behavior of FKIP students at Mulawarman University. This research method is descriptive quantitative using data collection techniques through questionnaires. The population in this study was Mulawarman University FKIP students, totaling 6,145 students with a sample size of 98 students. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 26 application. The results of this research show that from the results of partial test calculations or t tests on Digital Payment, the t count results are 6.742 > t table 1.985 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that Digital Payment has a partial and significant effect on the consumer behavior of Mulawarman University FKIP students. The coefficient of determination reached 0.321 or 52.1%, which means that the Digital Payment variable influences the consumptive behavior of Mulawarman University FKIP students. Meanwhile, the remaining 67.9% was influenced by other factors outside this research. Thus the hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected.

Abstract

Learning discipline problems in Ibtidaiyah Elementary School (SD/MI) can vary depending on the context and environment of the school. This study aims to analyze the implementation of positive discipline in elementary schools / MI. The research method used is library research using a qualitative approach. The results show, Positive discipline provides significant benefits for teachers and students in elementary / MI, helping to create a conducive, motivating, and empowering learning environment for all parties involved in the learning process. By following appropriate steps and actively involving all stakeholders, schools can successfully implement positive discipline and create a conducive, motivating and supportive learning environment for all students. Through positive discipline, students learn values such as responsibility, cooperation, and integrity. This helps them become good individuals and contribute positively to society

Abstract

Character education is not just about what we know, but also about how we behave and act in everyday life. This study aims to elaborate the implementation of friendly and communicative character-based Indonesian learning. The research method used is library research using a qualitative approach. The results showed that the implementation of friendly and communicative character-based Indonesian learning also strengthened collaboration and social interaction between students. They learn to work together, share ideas, and build positive relationships with fellow students. Students tend to be more engaged and motivated in learning Indonesian that are character-based, friendly, and communicative. They feel more engaged because the learning material is relevant to everyday life and promotes values that are meaningful to them. Implementing Indonesian learning that emphasizes friendly and communicative character also helps strengthen students' national identity

Abstract

Character education involves conveying important moral and ethical values, such as honesty, cooperation, courage, responsibility, and empathy. The purpose of this study is to elaborate the implementation of reading characters in BTQ learning in elementary. The research method used is library research, data is collected through observation and documentation and analyzed by qualitative analysis. The results show, through intensive reading practice, students can deepen their understanding of the teachings and moral values contained in the Qur'an. Implementing reading characters can also strengthen students' religious identity, so that they feel more connected to the Islamic religion and have a greater awareness of their religious obligations. The love of reading the Qur'an helps shape good character and morals in students, such as patience, honesty, responsibility, and concern for others. Thus, the implementation of reading characters in BTQ learning in elementary schools / MI has a positive impact on the spiritual, moral, and academic development of students, as well as strengthening the foundation of Islam in their lives

Abstract

Religious character includes high moral integrity, in which the individual acts by the religious values he adheres to, both in relationship with God and with fellow human beings. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of religious character in learning Akidah Akhlak in MI. The research method used is library research with a qualitative research approach. The results of the study showed, through learning Akidah Akhlak, MI students were introduced to the basic teachings of Islam, such as tawhid, treatises, and the afterlife. This helps strengthen students' religious awareness and strengthen their Islamic identity. These subjects help students to internalize Islamic religious values in their daily lives. They are taught to be individuals who obey God, have noble morals, and are responsible in their behavior. Learning Akidah Akhlak helps students understand and practice the moral and ethical values taught in Islam, such as honesty, justice, and compassion

Abstract

The learning process often involves reflection on the experience and knowledge gained. Through this reflection, individuals can develop a deeper understanding of themselves, their values, and how they want to shape their character. This study aims to analyze the urgency of role playing models in improving the character of manners and speech in P5 activities in elementary schools. The research method used is library research with a qualitative research approach. The role playing model creates an active and enjoyable learning environment where students can be directly involved in the learning process, thereby increasing their engagement and retention of the concepts taught. Through role playing, students learn to value and respect the opinions of others, which can help strengthen interpersonal relationships and create a more positive and inclusive school environment. By considering the urgency and benefits offered by the role playing learning model, its use is expected to be an effective strategy in improving the character of manners and speech in P5 activities in elementary schools

Abstract

Creativity in learning is not just about producing artistic works, but also about developing the critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability necessary to succeed in an ever-changing world. This study aims to analyze the meaningfull learning model in increasing students' creativity in writing stories. The research method used is library research. The results show, the meaningful learning model provides a strong foundation to increase student creativity in learning to write stories by providing a deep, relevant, and motivating learning environment. By integrating the principles of this model into learning practices, teachers can provide more meaningful and fulfilling learning experiences for students, while stimulating their continued development of creativity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis variabel praktik sumber daya manusia ramah lingkungan, inovasi ramah lingkungan, dan identifikasi organisasi, yang berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja berkelanjutan pada perusahaan logistik di wilayah Jakarta Barat. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 225 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Structure Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Praktik Sumber Daya Manusia Ramah Lingkungan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Berkelanjutan, (2) Inovasi Hijau berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Berkelanjutan, (3) Identifikasi Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Gender adalah atribut yang dimiliki laki-laki dan perempuan yang dapat dipertukarkan, dan pengaruh sosial dan budaya masyarakat terhadap feminitas dan maskulinitas adalah sumbernya. Istilah baru untuk masukulinitas muncul sebagai tanda bahwa masukulinitas telah berubah seiring perkembangan zaman. Gaya hidup laki-laki yang disebut sebagai "pria feminin" dipengaruhi oleh perubahan tersebut. Sejak munculnya berbagai produk yang mendukung penampilan, pria feminin berani mengekpresikan diri melalui gaya hidup kontemporer, meskipun penampilan tersebut identik dengan perempuan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pola praktik konsumsi pria feminin. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis teori konsumsi Jean Baudrillard dengan konsep simulasi dan simulacra. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, kriteria informan dalam penelitain ini adalah laki-laki bergaya feminim di sekitaran Kota Tulungagung. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan beberapa cara yakni melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik konsumsi pria feminin yang mempresentasikan konsep feminin diantaranya adalah merawat diri, mengikuti trend dunia fashion, menjaga kebugaran tubuh, mengunjungi tempat-tempat yang lagi high in dan aktif di sosial media. Gaya hidup tersebut terbentuk melalui kontruksi yang dipengaruhi berbagai faktor pendukung berupa lingkungan pertemanan, lingkungan kerja, media sosial. Yang pada akhirnya menjadikan pria feminin menjadi seorang konsumer, karena pria feminin berbelanja diluar kebutuhannya. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh kebiasaan konsumsi pria feminin terkait konsep gaya hidup mereka. Konsumsi yang dilakukan oleh pria feminin lebih kepada konsumsi simbol, karena mereka membutuhkan sebuah validasi dari orang lain. Bahwa semua yang dikonsumsi pria feminin menciptakan makna yang pada akhirnya tidak akan pernah menjadikan pria feminin sebagai perempuan.

Abstract

Tulungagung merupakan salah satu kabupaten di Jawa Timur yang memiliki permasalahan terkait keluarga/rumah tangga pekerja migran. Berbagai kasus seperti perceraian dan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) jamak ditemukan pada keluarga pekerja migran. Kasus-kasus semacam ini kerap diakibatkan oleh ketimpangan atau ketidakseimbangan fungsi-fungsi dalam keluarga. Penelitian ini secara khusus berupaya menjelaskan disharmoni keluarga pekerja migran di Tulungagung dan faktor-faktor yang melatarbelakangi disharmoni keluarga melalui perspektif struktural fungsional Emile Durkheim. Jenis penelitian ini berjenis kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan lapangan. Data penelitian bersumber dari hasil wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi dan pengambilan kesimpulan, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, terdapat ketimpangan berkaitan dengan struktur dan fungsi keluarga disebabkan ketidakhadiran salah satu anggota keluarga yang bekerja sebagai pekerja migran. Kedua, sejumlah faktor yang melatarbelakangi permasalahan disharmoni keluarga antara lain hilangnya sosok kepala rumah tangga, komunikasi yang tidak efektif dan keterbatasan peran dalam keluarga.
