Abstract

Pure coconut oil (virgin coconut oil) is a processed product of coconut meat in the form of a clear, tasteless liquid, with a distinctive smell of coconut. At this time has been developed various ways of processing coconut oil such as acidification, addition of oil (fishing), addition of salt (salting), heating, and so on. Pure coconut oil (virgin coconut oil) is also quite in demand by the people of Indonesia, because of its efficacy. Virgin coconut oil is a coconut oil that has a low water content and free fatty acid content, clear color, The purpose of this research is to find out the marketing strategies chosen to develop market share and identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that exist in UD. Cakrawala, Hewuli Village, West Alok Subdistrict, Sikka Regency. A marketing strategy is a unified, broad, integrated, and comprehensive strategy designed to ensure that the goals of the company can be achieved through the proper implementation of marketing by the organization. This research uses SWOT analysis as the basis for determining marketing strategies. Assessment of SWOT analysis based on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The results show that the IFE and EFAS matrix, obtained ife score is 2.95 located in the power quadrant and EFE is 2.60 which is located in quadrant I (growth), the strategy applied in this condition is to support aggressive growth policies

Abstract

Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) is a modern product of coconut fruit that has the ability to improve health, treat, and even be used in the field of cosmetics. This research aims to find out the income and feasibility of pure coconut oil business in the production house Kena Ketik Nita. Use cost, revenue, acceptance and business feasibility analysis to answer research problems. As for the results of research obtained that the business of pure coconut oil production in the production house KenaKetik Nita suffered a loss of - 206,981,750 in one production. Abstract

This study aims to describe the profile of students' metacognitive abilities, critical thinking and biological retention in learning biology. This study uses a descriptive method, with the population is class XI SMAN 10 Ternate City. The sample in this study is the total sample because the number of students is less than 100 students. Students are taught using the guided inquiry learning model, and STAD. The instrument used is a test of metacognitive skills and critical thinking skills in the form of an essay, consisting of 15 questions, with a reliability value of 0.760. Both tests were given at the beginning of learning (pretest) and at the end of learning (posttest). Research data, analyzed descriptively, based on the learning model used. The results showed that based on the learning model, the average post-test scores for metacognition and critical thinking skills and biological retention of students who were taught using the guided inquiry learning model were higher than the average post-test scores for metacognition and critical thinking. biological skills and retention of students who are taught using the STAD learning model

Abstract

Onion plants are one of the horticultural plants that have good prospects and include nationally excellent plants needed by residents both domestically and abroad, rich in vitamins and other important substances for human health. purpose of this research To find out the prospects of business development Oignons biologiques et connaître les facteurs moteurs et les obstacles rencontrés par la culture de l’oignon dans la pratique de jardin UNIPA.Retrait d’échantillons jusqu’à 15 personnes, en utilisant l’échantillonnage intentionnel et en utilisant l’analyse SWOT. Abstract

Curly Chili Plant (Capsicum annum L.) is a horticultural commodity in Indonesia that is widely consumed by the community. Chili plants are classified as perdu plants from the eggplant family that has the scientific name Capsicum sp. Chili plants have several benefits including: curly chili contains many carbohydrates as a source of human energy, rich in vitamin C, and vitamin B1, there is also a healthy fat content that is good for the body. This study was conducted to find out: factors that affect the production of curly chilies, the income level of curly chili farming and the feasibility of curly chili farming business in Erik Farm Ladogahar Village Nita District Sikka. The data analysis used in this study is quantitative and qualitative with the data source used i.e. primary and secondary data. The results of this study showed that the curly chili farming business in Erik Farm Ladogahar Village, Nita District, Sikka Regency, experienced a profit of Rp 61,200,000 in one growing season. The R /C value of curly chili farming business in Erik Farm Ladogahar Village, Nita District of Sikka Regency is 2.09, meaning that the production of curly chili plant farming in Erik Farm Ladogahar Village, Nita District, Sikka Regency is worth trying

Abstract

Strategy is the way in which an institution or organization will achieve its objectives according to the opportunities and threats of the external environment faced and internal capabilities and resources. California variety papaya plant is one type of papaya that began to be much cultivated by farmers. This research aims to find out the marketing strategy of California papaya at Wairita Farm. As for the results of the research obtained that: the strategy that can be applied by farmers managing the California Papaya Farming Business is an Aggressive Strategy formed in quadrant 1. The strategy that wairita farm farmers can implement is growth oriented strategic (supporting aggressive growth policies).

Abstract

Soy spice milk (Soya spice) is a drink of soy juice that contains many nutrients, proteins, and oral. The purpose of this study was to find out about the marketing strategies of spice soy milk in UD. Horizon Of Hewuli Village West Alok District sikka Regency. SWOT analysis technique with qualitative approach, consisting of Strenghts, Weakness, Opportunities and Threaths. SWOT analysis aims to maximize strengths and opportunities, but can minimize weaknesses and threats. The IFAS matrix for the total score obtained on the internal factor 2.45 while in the EFAS matrix for the total score obtained by the company on the external factor of 2.75 located in quadrant I (growth), growth, this condition is a favorable situation. Abstract

Time management has an important role in a project. With good time management projects can be carried out on time, quality, and cost. The potential that may occur if time management does not run well is a waste of costs, quality that does not meet consumer expectations, and completion time exceeding estimates. This study aims to analyze the time management applied by PT. Praja Vita Mulia in the construction project of the Four Seasons Jakarta Building. Descriptive qualitative analysis method is used to describing every element in time management, such as existing activities, activity sequences, duration estimation, scheduling, and project control. After describing clearly then made a comparison of the actual conditions with the existing theory. Sources of research data obtained through literature studies and field studies. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that the time management applied to the development project has been going well so that every activity in the project can be completed on time without significant obstacles.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Reward on Employee Performance, the effect of Punishment on Employee Performance, and to determine the effect of Reward and Punishment together on Employee Performance at the International Airport Hotel. The research methodology used by the author is quantitative methods, data collection methods by distributing questionnaires which are then processed using regression analysis. The population and sample in this study were all employees at the International Airport Hotel with a total of 98 employees. While the data analysis used in the form of validity and reliability tests. Linear regression test, correlation test, determination test and hypothesis testing using t test (partial), F test (simultaneous).The results of the research on the correlation test of 0.921 which shows that there is a very strong relationship and the value of determination is 0.848, meaning that the contribution of Reward and Punishment variables on Employee Performance is 84.8%. The simple linear regression test is Y=3.372+0.642X1 and Y=3.774+0.914X2, meaning that the increase in the Reward variable on Employee Performance is 0.642 or 64.2% and the increase in the Punishment variable on Employee Performance is 0.914 or 91.4%.The results of the t-test (partial) for the Reward variable have a t-count value of 3.159 > t-table 1.665 and a value of 0.002 <0.05 and the Punishment variable has a t-value of 8.214 > t-table 1.665 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Based on the results of the F test (simultaneous) F-count 265.856 > F-table 3.09 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. This means that the Reward and Punishment variables simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance at the International Airport Hotel.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to: 1) determine the effect of emotional intelligence on understanding mathematical concepts, 2) determine the effect of student learning behavior on understanding mathematical concepts, 3) determine the effect of emotional intelligence and student learning behavior simultaneously on understanding mathematical concepts, and 4) find out the relationship between intelligence and student learning behavior on understanding mathematical concepts. Ex post facto and survey approaches were used to carry out descriptive verification. Questionnaires were distributed to students as instruments. The results showed that 1) students' emotional intelligence had an effect on understanding mathematical concepts, and 2) student learning had an effect on understanding mathematical concepts. 3) Emotional intelligence and student learning behavior affect the understanding of mathematical concepts. 4) There is a relationship between emotional intelligence and student learning behavior in understanding mathematical concepts.
