This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 35 South Halmahera through the application of a problem-based learning model. Which is carried out in 2 cycles. The research subjects were students of class VII SMP Negeri 35 South Halmahera, totaling 30 students. Sources of data came from teachers and students. The technique of collecting research data was carried out using observation sheets on the implementation of the learning model and test questions. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis by calculating individual learning mastery and classical learning completeness. The results of the quantitative analysis based on the Science and Physics learning outcomes test, the average score for pre-action was 40 and there was an increase in learning outcomes to an average of 56.39 in the first cycle, then there was also an increase in learning outcomes of 75.94 in the second cycle, these results show an increase in student learning outcomes during the physics science learning process through the application of a problem-based learning model (PBL). The conclusion of this study is the application of a problem-based learning model to improve student learning outcomes on the concept of style in class VII SMP Negeri 35 South Halmahera.

This research is a CAR research (classroom action research) which aims to determine whether there is an improvement in conceptual mastery and creative thinking skills of students at SMP Negeri 2 East Halmahera after applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. This research was carried out on students of class VII SMP, amounting to 29 students. Consisting of 14 males 15 females. From the results of this study, it was found that there was an increase in the mastery of concepts and creative thinking skills of seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 2 East Halmahera. Where the data is described as follows: Student pre-action scores of 24 students, 4 of them have adequate categories and 20 are not good. However, after taking the action in cycle I, the number of individual completeness was only obtained by 1 student or 4.17%, only 45.83% or 11 people, while the number of students who were still incomplete/not good was 50% or 12 people. While in cycle II, the number of students who have not completed/reduce improved in learning is experiencing a decrease from i12 people or 50%, to 2 people or i8.33%. Meanwhile, the students who have already achieved score i with the complete i category in learning i increased to 2 people who have i very good or 8.33%, i10 people are good or i41.67%, while the i participants are educated i with the category i is good enough or i41.67% . This result synergizes with teacher activity and student activity so that it can be concluded that the application of problem-based learning model learning (PBL) can improve conceptual mastery and creative thinking for seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Halmahera Timur on sound material.

This research is an experimental study that aims to determine whether or not the use of a project based learning model has an effect on the physics learning outcomes of class X students at SMA Negeri 35 Halmahera Selatan on the concept of straight motion and to find out how much increase in physics learning outcomes the participants have. students of class X science at SMA Negeri 35 Halmahera Selatan using a project-based learning model on the concept of straight motion in the 2019-2020 school year which consists of one study room/classroom totaling 26 students so that they are divided into two groups for classes. experimental and control classes. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research using a nonequivalent control group design and the sampling technique used is a purposive sample. The sample used was 13 students in the experimental class and 13 students in the control class. The instrument used is a test instrument in the form of a multiple choice objective test with 20 questions with a score of 0-1. The results of this study were tested with statistics through the IBM SPSS version 26 application program "t" test. based on the calculation obtained the value of tcount = 3.713 while the value of ttable = 2.064. In accordance with the acceptance criteria, the results showed that tcount > ttable at a significant level of 0.05 for the posttest data. In accordance with the hypothesis test, it can be concluded that there is an influence and improvement of project-based learning models on students' physics learning outcomes on the concept of straight motion.

Village Owned Enterprises or BUMDes are village-owned enterprises formed with the aim of improving the local village economy. Based on the research result, BUMDes in Balongsari Village only has an entertainment stage business for now. However for future plans, The Balongsari Village Government together with BUMDes want to develop Balongsan Village into a Tourism Village because of the tourism potential it has, namely the Rawagede Monument and Makom Jaka Tingkir and want to bulid partners with opak farmers in Balongsari Village. Not maximize, seen and the type of business that is still small and the lack of socialization to the community has made the BUMDes of Balongsari Village descrease in productivity and couple with the covid-19 pandimic which has made the entertainment stage as a type of business that BUMDes have currently does not work while the research method used in. This research is a qualitative method with this method, the researches obtained the results that the productivity of BUMDes in Balongsari Village has not been maximized and the management of BUMDes in Balongsari Village need to be improved again so that the type of BUMDes business increases and productivity is maximized.

This research is actually intended to develop a learning media for comics on historical heritage sites in the Historical Tourism course in the History Education Study Program. This course studies the theory and practice of historical heritage sites in Maluku, how students should be able to become historical tour guides through this course. With the ADDIE learning design model starting from the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. This study uses research and development methods that are used to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. The location in this research is the History Education Study Program, FKIP UNPATTI, with data collection techniques, using instruments in the form of knowledge test sheets, and interviews. The results of this study indicate an increase in student learning outcomes as well as awareness in preserving God-given nature for the sustainability of the Maluku generation where there is a significant difference in the cognitive scores of learning media at historical heritage sites on the island of Ambon before and after the application of media from the acquisition of the t-count value. of -29.859 with a sig-tailed of 0.00, because 0.00 < from 0.05.

Employee performance is the ability of employees when carrying out their functions and duties, this performance is a measure of the success of employees in providing services to the community. The village office is an agency which in its implementation is close or in direct contact with the needs and interests of the community. Balongsari Village is one of the 13 villages in the District of Rawamerta, Karawang Regency. The purpose of this study is that researchers want to find out how the effectiveness of the performance of the Balongsari Village apparatus in public services in terms of five aspect indicators. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the Balongsari Village apparatus has been effective when viewed from the theory according to Mitchel in (Sedarmayanti 2009:51), namely the quality of work, accuracy in completing work, initiative in completing work, ability to complete work, and ability to foster cooperation with other party. The Balongsari Village Office is no different from other village offices in the context of carrying out its duties and functions. However, different things can be seen from the skills and work abilities possessed by each Balongsari Village apparatus. The services at the Balongsari Village Office are still not good, this situation is described by the work pattern shown by the existing employees or apparatus. So that people feel that the services in Balongsari Village require a long process, this is felt by the community when they want to get services regarding the making of letters and also Family Cards. However, Balongsari Village itself is a village that is included in the Advanced Village category and holds a clean village and the best administration.

Data on learning outcomes in analyzing social functions, text structures, and linguistic elements in expressions of asking for attention and checking understanding and responses according to the context of their use is one of the difficult materials for students. In recent years, student outcomes have been very low, so it is necessary to find a solution. For this reason, class action research was carried out with the research subjects of class VII students of SMP N 21 Bengkulu City in the second semester of the 2020/2021 academic year, totaling 30 people. The object of research is the result of learning English. The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the effectiveness of the PBL model to improve English learning outcomes. Data were collected using learning outcomes tests and analyzed descriptively qualitatively. This action research is said to be successful if it reaches an average value of at least 70 and classical learning completeness of at least 85%. The results showed that in the first cycle the average value was 65.41 with classical completeness 78.94%. While in the second cycle, the average value was 72.88 and classical completeness reached 89.47%. The application of the Problem Based Learning learning model can improve the learning outcomes of class VII students of SMP N 21 Bengkulu City in the second semester of the 2020/2021 academic year in two cycles

Carrot tubers contain nutrients needed by the body, especially vitamins and minerals, so this vegetable is very good and highly recommended to be consumed in the daily menu to meet the needs of vitamins and minerals that are essential for the body. Carrot flour is one of the processed products of fresh carrots and is a semi-finished ingredient. The results of research conducted by Deviurianty in Singal (2011) reported that carrot flour has a long shelf life of 6-8 months with a moisture content of <8%, so that carrot flour will be durable and widely used as food. The method used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 (four) treatments and 3 (three) replications in order to obtain 12 (twelve) experimental units. There is a very significant effect of adding carrot flour to biscuits in terms of color, taste, and texture. The addition of carrot flour has a very significant effect on the color, taste, and texture. Treatment A (300 grams of carrot flour), was the best treatment, with the panelists' preference for texture 10.20, color 3.40 and taste 8.95.

A common problem faced by managers is how to forecast future sales of goods. The use of forecasting techniques is one solution to overcome this problem. Knowing future production predictions can certainly help companies prepare company strategies for the future. This study uses the method of Moving Average 3 months and 5 months while Exponential Smoothing α= 0.1; α=0.5; α= 0.9 which aims to predict future conditions using a collection of past data, comparing the smallest error rate, then the forecasting method chosen is the Exponential Smoothing method α= 0.9 with a Mean Absolute Deviation value (MAD) of 57,7 and Mean Square Error (MSE) of 4.476,34. From the results of the analysis of data processing that has been carried out based on the selected forecasting method, that consumer demand at PT.Mada Wikri Tunggal for January 2021 with the Exponential Smoothing method α= 0.9 of 4.144,4 pcs.

Indonesia has a lot of people who use vehicles as a means of transportation for the community, especially motorbikes and cars. With the increase in the number of vehicles, it becomes very important when viewed from the safety and security point of view, one of the causes of road accidents is the brakes that do not function properly or are damaged. Therefore, in this study, we designed a drum brake on one of the 2020 Daihatsu Sirion cars to be safe while driving. Then the results of the analysis obtained a total vehicle loading force of 13,720 N and a frictional force of 37.92 N on the tires as a result of this, each front and rear wheel has a force of 115.21 N and 94.79 N. While the torque on the brakes is The resulting torque is 152.2 N. As a result of this torque, the reaction force on the brakes is 3.72 KN. While the safety factor generated from the analysis is 3.34, which means the number is above the standard machine element safety factor, namely 1, with a canvas life of 120 days.
