Abstract

The development of information technology in the world is so fast, this has resulted in Indonesia especially being affected by this technological development, of course a positive thing for the Indonesian people can also feel the rapid development of technology at this time. Many innovations have sprung up to facilitate all activities that do require technology to streamline and streamline time or production as well as in the field of education. The effectiveness of technology in the field of special education for elementary school children is very influential on their willingness to learn, because there are many impacts that will be caused later on the quality of education or a direct impact on their students because here they use assistive devices such as smartphones which will later cause addiction to gadgets. which is currently difficult to overcome. Therefore, this study was conducted to analyze how effective the use of googlemeet is in online learning methods during a pandemic and what impact online learning will have on elementary school (SD) students. The results of this study are that technological developments are very influential on all fields, especially in the field of education but there are many negative impacts that are caused to children when they are too addicted to the smartphones they use, therefore parental control is very important here to prevent unwanted things

Abstract

The epidemic problem seems to never end. Various reports related to Covid-19 over time have resulted in the reporting of other issues. One of the interesting news on the sidelines of the spread of Covid-19 is the emergence of an outbreak of acute hepatitis. The purpose of this research is to look at the framing Merdeka.com and PikiranRakyat.com in framing news of acute hepatitis. This research adopts a qualitative paradigm. and apply the concept of Pan and Kosicki framing. The results of the analysis of the two media chose the same issue in reporting an information. However, both of them framed the news of acute hepatitis with different styles of expression. In addition to displaying data on cases of acute hepatitis, Merdeka.com offers an appeal to the Indonesian people to be aware of the mysterious acute hepatitis virus. Both media have applied the concept of news. Merdeka.com displays more data related to reports received by WHO, focuses while PikiranRakyat.com on describing three cases of Indonesian people infected with acute hepatitis. Both media display images to support the ideas conveyed by the media. The difference lies in the emphasis of the facts presented. Merdeka.com presents data on several countries where cases of mysterious acute hepatitis have been found, while PikiranRakyat.com focuses on narrating statements related to three cases of hepatitis in Indonesia that have claimed victims.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of teachers as educators, instructors, and trainers in learning at SD Negeri 70 Manado. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive method. Research data sources consist of primary data sources and secondary data sources. Primary data were obtained from interviews with homeroom teachers as informants to determine the role of teachers as educators, teachers, and trainers in learning. The research site is at SD Negeri 70 Manado. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique is based on the theory of Miles and Huberman with a sequence of steps for data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data is done through triangulation of sources, techniques and time. The results of this study indicate that (1) Teachers of SD Negeri 70 Manado are known to have a role in educating students responsibly in developing the potential of students in the affective, cognitive, and psychomotor domains, as well as having sincere and sincere feelings in educating and making students comfortable to come to school and comfortable in learning, (2) Teachers at SD Negeri 70 Manado have a role to teach in providing information related to knowledge to students so that it can be understood easily for students, (3) Teachers at SD Negeri 70 Manado is known to have a role in training students to develop the interests and talents that exist within students, so that they can be used for good things in the school environment and outside the school environment.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze to provide knowledge and explanations about consumer buying interest in SomeThinc products through viral marketing, brand image, and e-wom. Quantitative methods with verification and descriptive approaches are the methods used in this research. Data were collected using questionnaires and library studies with the object of research being Instagram followers @somethincofiicial with a total of 400 respondents. Path analysis using a range of scales is an analytical tool contained in this study. The results showed that viral marketing on buying interest was in very good criteria, while brand image and e-wom on buying interest were in good criteria. In the results of the t-test, it can be explained that the significant value of viral marketing is (0.000) < (0.05), brand image (0.000) < (0.05), and e-wom (0.013) < (0.05) which can mean that viral marketing, brand image, and e-wom have a positive and significant influence on buying interest. Then there is a simultaneous influence between viral marketing, brand image, and e-wom on buying interest by 69.4% and the remaining 30.6% from other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Musculoskeletal Disorders is a condition where there is a disorder that attacks the function of muscles and bones. MSDs often occur when the work facilities used during work do not apply ergonomic principles. MSME Bani Marfu Farm is a type of poultry farming business that has work facilities that do not apply ergonomic principles. The purpose of this research is to identify jobs that do not apply ergonomic principles, find out the complaints felt by workers, and design proposals for improving work facilities. The research methods used to assess work posture are the Rapid Entire Body Assessment, Workplace Ergonomic Risk Assessment, and Novel Ergonomic Postural Assessment methods. The method used to design work facilities is the Ergonomic Function Deployment method. The results showed that the work of cleaning livestock manure has a level of risk that can cause ongoing MSDs complaints. The proposed corrective action is to design a tool that can dispose of livestock manure automatically so as to improve work posture. The results of the analysis by paying attention to the value of Net Present Value, Payback Period, and Return of Investment indicate that the investment in the procurement of proposed work tools is said to be feasible.

Abstract

This article is a conceptual study of the application of anthropology in cross-cultural gospel communication. The research was carried out using a qualitative method which was built from a review of the relevant literature. This study shows important aspects of God, Christ, the Gospel, Man, Society and Culture. The final result of this study shows that with the help of anthropology, a gospel communicator will be able to be creative, dynamic and relevant (contextual) with all aspects of human life and society comprehensively.

Abstract

Lack of knowledge about local wisdom and national identity is one of the causes of the emergence of problems of moral and character decline experienced by most of the young generation today. One of the ways that teachers do in instilling student character is by applying local wisdom-based learning. The obstacle that is often experienced by junior high school science teachers in Ternate City in learning is the difficulty of integrating local wisdom into the material to be taught to students, as a solution to raise the local potential of an area, teachers are required to always innovate to be able to design learning based on local wisdom. Ternate has a variety of local wisdom potentials that can be used as learning resources by designing learning scenarios based on Ternate local wisdom, one of which is by mapping basic competencies to ensure the suitability of subject matter to be integrated with local wisdom objects. The integration of local wisdom in learning is done by making local wisdom a context for discovering scientific concepts. The stages in designing learning are identifying the potential of local wisdom, analyzing scientific concepts contained in local wisdom objects, mapping Basic Competencies and local wisdom, designing learning scenarios and designing teaching materials in the context of local wisdom

Abstract

Entering the current era, which is growing rapidly, many cultures have entered, one of which is Korean culture. In this case, culture and anything that smells of Korea quickly becomes a trend. Super Junior is a boy band that has been named the "King of Halluyu Wave," which, in March 2021, celebrates its togetherness in 15 years by releasing 13 album versions. -Pop who will buy everything Korean without thinking just because it has unique packaging, different themes, and photo styles regardless of the quality and price of the goods is called impulse buying. Where K-pop fans make these purchases because they feel enthusiastic and happy, this study was conducted to examine the effect of packaging design on impulse buying mediated by positive emotions on the Super Junior The Renaissance album. This type of research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach, multiple linear analysis, and path analysis (because it uses mediating variables). Researchers used a sample of 125 respondents obtained by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale as primary data. The results in this study show several influences, including (1) Packaging Design affects Positive Emotions, (2) Packaging Design has an effect on Impulsive Purchases, (3) Positive Emotions have an effect on Impulsive Purchases, and (4) Positive Emotions cannot mediate Packaging Design on Impulsive Purchases. Contribution to business pioneers as a useful ingredient in making products so that they have a great focus on product packaging design

Abstract

Work ethic is a positive and foundational behavior that includes the driving motivation, main characteristics, basic spirit, basic thoughts, code of ethics, moral code, code of conduct, attitudes, aspirations, beliefs, principles, and standards. This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics, work discipline and job satisfaction on the work ethic of employees, either partially or simultaneously. The sample is 28 employees. Collecting data using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. Hypothesis testing using t test and F test. The results showed that partially individual characteristics, work discipline and job satisfaction had a significant positive effect on employee work ethic. Simultaneously individual characteristics, work discipline and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on the work ethic of employees

Abstract

The use of nutritious plants as breast milk launches (Breast Milk) has been known for a long time by the people of Arjasa District of Situbondo Regency of East Java. The use of these plants has been used for a long time and hereditary from generation to generation. But over time public knowledge related to the efficacy of plants as breast milk launches began to be rare and only known by a certain group of people.his study aims to find out and document plants that are efficacious as breast milk launchers located in Arjasa. This study uses interview methods and field exploration with cruise methods. The results of the observations obtained are in the form of family and type, indonesian name, regional name, habitus, plant parts used and how to concoct. Based on the results of observations obtained the results of 15 types of medicinal plants that are used by the arjasa subdistrict community as breast milk launches. With the most habitus is trees and perdu, the part of the plant that is widely used is the leaves and the most widely used processing method is boiled as a dish or as a herbal drink.
