Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan (JIWP) Diterbitkan sebagai upaya untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil penelitian dan temuan di bidang pendidikan . Jurnal ini terbit 4 bulanan, yaitu bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. *Ruang Lingkup* Memuat hal kajian, analisis, dan penelitian tentang perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi, dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan kinerja dan memfasilitasi belajar di lembaga pendidikan formal, non-formal dan informal serta lembaga-lembaga pelatihan. *Deskripsi* Jurnal Ilmiah Wahana Pendidikan merupakan media komunikasi ilmiah bagi dosen, guru, widyaiswara, mentor, mahasiswa, dan praktisi pendidikan lainnya serta pemerhati kependidikan. Jurnal ini dimaksudkan sebagai wadah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil kajian, pemikiran, penelitian, dan evaluasi yang relevan dengan kawasan pendidikan yakni perancangan, pengembangan, pengelolaan, pemanfaatan, evaluasi dan penelitian dalam bidang pendidikan, pembelajaran dan evaluasi. Artikel yang diterima dan diproses oleh redaksi adalah artikel secara substansi berhubungan dengan kawasan pendidikan.

Learning geography is learning that discusses more about social problems that are logical in nature and identical to rote memorization, so that if teachers are not creative in applying learning models, students will feel bored in participating in classroom learning and this will certainly affect student learning outcomes. The low activity and results of students in participating in teaching and learning process activities are caused by, students lack the courage to express opinions during teaching and learning, students lack the ability to formulate their own ideas, besides that there is less active interaction between students and teachers and students do more note-taking and listening activities. This situation, after the researchers looked at it, it turned out that the learning methods used were less varied and innovative. The type of research used in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), using a qualitative research approach. With the aim of improving geography learning outcomes in class X SMA Negeri 1 Mangoli Utara after learning is carried out using a problem based learning model. Based on the results of the research in the first cycle, it shows that the ability of students' knowledge about the dynamics of hydrospheric changes. The average value obtained by students on this test is 61.74, the test results show that most students have not been able to solve problems on the dynamics of hydrospheric change and the percentage of students who achieve completeness is 47.83%. While in the second cycle the students' knowledge ability which shows that the average value obtained on this test has increased, namely 74.61, on the test almost all students have been able to solve problems with the material and the percentage of students who achieve completeness is 82.60 %.

The performance problems of Islamic religious education teachers in an effort to improve the quality of the learning process according to legislation such as the implementation of monotonous learning, teachers do not use learning media, low teacher performance motivation. This study aims to identify and analyze the planning, implementation, organization, evaluation as well as the obstacles and solutions faced in the development of supervisors through the working group of Islamic religious education teachers to improve teaching skills. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study found that supervisory development through teacher working groups to improve teacher skills was in accordance with the supervisory development function which included planning, implementation, evaluation and components that were directly involved. Natural barriers include supervisor figures who have limited time intensity, the number of school locations that must too many targeted areas were visited. The solution to minimize obstacles was carried out for supervisory figures by scheduling coaching in collaboration with the working group organization of Islamic religious education teachers.

Work family conflict occurs when work roles (work to family conflict) and family roles (family to work conflict) do not support each other, causing conflict in the family or at work. Conflicts that occur between these roles can cause stress. One of them is job stress, which arises due to pressure at work that is not following workers' ability. This study was conducted to determine the effect of work to family conflict and family to work conflict on job stress and the effect of work-life balance on reducing or increasing work stress levels. This study also compares the effect of married or unmarried status. The results of this study are that work to family conflict and family work conflict can affect job stress even though work-life balance cannot be a moderating factor in both relationships. Both married and unmarried have the same effect on job stress caused by conflict. Exist both in the family and at work.

This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation and Kaizen Culture on employee performance partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative research with a correlational approach. The data collection techniques used questionnaires, observation and documentation. The study population was the staff and employees of PT. Bank XXX Tbk Main Branch Office Cibubur, Depok, totaling 54 people. The results showed that there was a strong relationship between compensation and kaizen culture together with employee performance so that it was empirically proven that there was a positive and significant effect of compensation and kaizen culture partially and simultaneously on the employee performance of PT. Bank XXX Tbk. Main Branch Office Cibubur, Depok.

Students were said to have been able to learn independently if they have been able to carry out learning tasks without dependence on others. Basically, independence was the behavior of individuals who are able to take the initiative, able to overcome obstacles or problems. Likewise, digital literacy was needed for online learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of independence on learning outcomes. The effect of digital literacy on online learning outcomes and the influence of independence and digital literacy on online learning outcomes for Object Oriented Programming (PBO) subjects in SMK students. The method used is a quantitative method. The data is processed with SPSS 22. The results of the study, there was an influence of independence on learning outcomes, there was an influence of digital literacy on online learning outcomes and there was an influence of independence and digital literacy on online learning outcomes for Object Oriented Programming (PBO) subjects in vocational students

The use of code switching and code mixing is a symptom of language that occurs in a society that is rich in language. The language used varies. This research was carried out at Yadika Middle School, West Jakata. This study uses a qualitative method . This method describes code switching and code mixing from students and teachers as well as the community around SMP Yadika 5 West Jakarta. Respondents consisted of 15 students and 6 teachers. In this study, data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis. The researcher uses the listen, note, and record method because the researcher hears, listening and recording conversations according to the methodology used in the study. The results of the study show that code switching and code mixing occur or change in Indonesian into regional languages or vice versa. The emergence of code switching and code mixing is caused by the speaker's dialect, and wants to close the distance between the seller and the buyer.

Digital literacy was not just the ability to operate well, and only know the hardware and software, but more than that. Ability to control emotions, cognitive and social abilities. Online learning required digital literacy. So that students were able to learn well. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of digital literacy in online learning during the covid-19 pandemic. In addition to knowing the online learning process during the covid-19 pandemic, and to found out the obstacles during online learning at home. The research method used was a qualitative method. Data were taken by means of interviews and documentation. Respondents were 2 high school students and 3 junior high school students in Bogor Regency. The result of this study was that the lack of digital literacy in students could result in less than optimal online learning. The role of digital literacy in online learning is very dominant. One of the keys to successful online learning was digital literacy. Barriers that arose in online learning, were more dominant to external factors. Home learning required parental supervision to help with home learning

The aims and benefits of this research are: (a) Finding the factors that cause the disconnect between worship and the mission of the church members in the community; (b) find a concrete form of worship as a mission base for the church members, namely worship as worship to the Lord God as well as a test of missionary actions from church members; and (c) as a contribution to the thoughts of churches in fulfilling their mission to empower church members to be able to witness and serve in the community. Efforts to prove the hypothesis were carried out through research using various methods, namely: library research, field observations, interviews, experiments. It is immediately apparent that the research approach is more sociological. The research location is in the Motoling 1 Congregation in the Motoling Region. Motoling was chosen as the research location because it is seen from the point of view of the Church's mission in the community, which cannot ignore the agricultural sector. This sector absorbs the most labor in Indonesia in general and Minahasa in particular.

The purpose of this study was to obtain the results of the analysis and description of the application of the Direct Learning Model to improve student learning outcomes in learning the structure and function of plant parts. The research method is Classroom Action Research. The research subjects are students of SMA Negeri 1 Halmahera Utara, in class X with 19 students consisting of 9 male students and 10 female students. The results of the first cycle research that the average value of classical completeness only reached 71.05%. While the average value obtained by students in the second cycle increased to 85.78%. The conclusion is that the application of the Direct Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes. Suggestions to teachers and principals are expected to be able to apply the Direct Learning Model in science learning activities to improve student learning outcomes.

The purpose of this research is to design the system and to find out how efficient this solar water pump system is for the productivity of rice/rice fields. The research method begins with analyzing the system design of the solar water pump so that it can be adapted and applied to the solar water pump system. Then the test is carried out by taking data from the incoming power and outgoing power so that the efficiency of this solar water pump can be calculated. And don't forget to analyze from an economic point of view the advantages of using a solar water pump. The results of the research on the design of a solar water pump on the productivity of rice/paddy farming are for rice fields with a size of 1 hectare, the available NPSHa value (9.424072 m) > NPSHr required (0.0309654 m) is chosen so that a water pump with specifications of 40 x 32 B4 – 50 ,4. And for the test results of the solar water pump, the lowest input power is at 6.00 at 10.3 Watt with a light intensity of 15800 Lux, and the highest input power is at 11.00 at 64.5 Watt with a light intensity of 97000 Lux. As for the output power, the average mechanical output power of the pump is 3.49 Watt and the electric power of the pump is 153.8 Watt. And the average efficiency value for mechanical output power is 13.04%. This means that the solar water pump that the researchers tested can work well but requires a larger input power to be even more efficient, this solar water pump is also more cost-effective because it uses free energy sources for its application.
