Abstract

This research discusses agrarian problems that occur in Sikayah Negara Indonesia with a focus on the case study of the Supreme Court Decision Number 777.pk/Pdt/2019 and examines the legal protection given to landowners. The background to this problem comes from the agrarian conflicts that are often faced by landowners, where their ownership rights are threatened. The research method used is normative legal research with a case study approach. The collected data was analyzed qualitatively to identify emerging agrarian problems, analyze the methods used in the case studies, and evaluate the legal protection given to landowners. The results of the research show that the case study of the Supreme Court Decision Number 777.pk/Pdt/2019 involves conflicts between landowners and other parties who also claim the same land rights. The methods used include document analysis, case discussion, and legal assessment. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that legal protection for landowners in the context of agrarian problems in Sikayah Negara Indonesia is still not optimal. There are weaknesses that need to be fixed in legal policy and law enforcement to ensure better protection of land ownership rights and the interests of landowners. In order to improve this situation, further efforts are needed to improve relevant legal policies, strengthen law enforcement, and provide fair and effective protection for landowners. This will ensure the realization of balanced agrarian justice and adequate protection of the rights of landowners in the Sikayah Indonesia Country.

The foundation is a legal entity engaged in the social, humanitarian and religious fields. The Foundation has no members. Judging from its purpose, the foundation is not looking for profit. Foundations have an independent position as a result of having assets that are separate from the personal wealth of the founders and administrators, and have their own goals that are different or separate from the personal goals of the founders or administrators. In the article 7 of the Law states that foundations can participate in various forms of business that are prospective, provided that all participation is at most 25% (twenty five percent) of the total value of the foundation's assets. In practice, there have been irregularities in the management of funds and the misuse of foundations. This paper will examine how to manage foundation funds so that there are no irregularities in the foundation's legal entity. In the management of foundation activities, it can be made in the form of written activities before carrying out social activities for the foundation.

Abstract

Facing increasingly fierce competition, one of the main strategies is to increase customer loyalty. Customers are the lifeblood of a business, because from customers a business gets income. Customer loyalty is the tendency for customer attitudes and behavior to favor one brand over another. Loyal ones will show an attitude of wanting to maintain relationships with service providers, such as a willingness to provide contact numbers, receive information/promotions, or provide recommendations. The population in this study were all students using Shopee in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with a sample size of 130 people. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and data analysis in this research used Smart PLS. The influence of visual appeal, perceived enjoyment and customer trust is stated to be positive and significant because the original sample value obtained is positive and the p value is <0.05. The test results using the PLS approach produced a coefficient value for the influence of visual appeal on brand loyalty through customer trust with a value of 1.809 (p value 0.070 > 0.05), so it can be concluded that visual appeal has no effect on brand loyalty through customer trust. The test results using the PLS approach produced a coefficient value for the influence of perceived enjoyment on brand loyalty through customer trust with a value of 3.742 (p value 0.000 < 0.05), so it can be concluded that perceived enjoyment has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty through customer trust.

Abstract

Urban regions face numerous challenges in implementing regional autonomy. The smart city concept has been implemented by cities in various countries to tackle these issues. This article aims to comprehend and assess the political laws selected by the Indonesian government to address the challenges of implementing regional autonomy in urban areas using smart city concepts and indicators. The research method employed was normative research through a statutory regulations approach, in addition to a conceptual approach. The research material was secondary data comprising primary legal materials as well as secondary legal materials amassed via online and offline research at the library. The data was then analyzed in a descriptive manner. The analysis results demonstrate that numerous Indonesian cities have introduced smart city indicators. However, these indicators lack a legal foundation referencing smart city standards. The absence of specific regulations for smart cities in Indonesia has resulted in unstructured and immeasurable implementation. In Indonesia, the closest legal regulations or policies to the concept of a smart city are those outlined in Government Regulation Number 38 of 2017 concerning Innovation. Going forward, it is necessary to establish legal guidelines that contain specific standards for smart cities, from inception to implementation, in order to enhance regional autonomy in urban areas.

Abstract

The hashtag #MeToo was launched by activist Tarana Burke in 2006 to create "empowerment through empathy," expressed on Twitter in response to various allegations of sexual harassment. The use of hashtags in social movements is an approach to initiate connecting actions. This research aimed to examine the development and interconnectedness of communication through hashtags in social movements. The methodology employed was a literature review following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) guidelines across sixty selected journals. The findings of this study indicate that hashtags have become a significant means of communication in various social movements, discussing a wide range of topics and fields. The research from 60 selected journals emphasizes the crucial role of hashtags in modern social movements, enabling communication and expression on social media platforms. Hashtags empower support, protests, and discussions on various social issues, exemplified by trends like #MeTooInceste, encouraging survivors to share traumatic experiences. The study recognizes the internet's dual role in criminology, serving as a space for crimes and supportive communities for victims. Notably, the research highlights decentralized information dissemination, centralized data collection, and hashtag activism's global influence. Despite their limitations, social media platforms facilitate critical conversations and social actions. Ultimately, hashtag activism legitimizes social media, underscoring its vital role in contemporary social movements.
