Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction, the influence of insurance costs on customer satisfaction and the size of installments on customer satisfaction for multi-purpose financing at the Sumut Syariah Bank, Padangsidimpuan Branch. This research uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to multi-purpose financing customers. The population of this research is all multi-purpose financing customers with a total of 862 people. The sample used in this research was 90 respondents. The validity test uses the Pearson Product Moment correlation test, while the reliability test uses Cronbach alpha. Classic assumption tests include normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests and autocorrelation tests. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The research results state that service quality and insurance costs partially have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This means that the higher the quality of service provided will increase customer satisfaction, and the suitability of the insurance costs provided with the benefits obtained by the customer will provide a level of customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the installment amount does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, this is because previously the installment amount had been analyzed using scoring analysis which had an influence on the installment amount.

Abstract

Currently the existence of PT. Pos Indonesia as a postal service provider is increasingly under threat because there are competitors who also provide similar services such as courier and logistics services and there are also quite a lot of assessments indicating dissatisfaction with the services provided. This fact encouraged PT. Post to continue to improve the quality of postal services, especially in financial services, Fund distribution and Bank channeling, so that it can continue to compete with competitors providing other courier and logistics services. The aim of the research is to describe the quality of Fund Distribution and Bank Channeling financial services at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) main branch Surabaya 60000. The type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The theory used is the service quality theory of Zeithaml, Parasuraman and Berry (1990) (Hendrayady et al., 2020) which consists of: Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy). The research results show that the quality of financial services, Fund distribution and Bank channeling at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Main Branch Surabaya 60000 can be said to be good because it provides a sense of comfort and satisfaction to service users. However, there are still several shortcomings related to the fact that there are still employees who do not use identification cards and queue numbers that are rarely used at bank channeling service counters.

Abstract

In order to improve the tourism sector, the Jarak Village Government seeks to develop Pecaringan Hill Tourism by collaborating on the pentahelix model. However, it is not yet known the extent of involvement of each actor related to the development of Pecaringan Hill Tourism. The purpose of this study is to determine the involvement of each actor in maintaining their synergy to optimize the collaboration of the pentahelix model in Pecaringan Hill Tourism Development. The research method used in this study is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. With data analysis techniques using interactive data developed by Miles & Huberman. The focus of the research uses the pentahelix model theory from Irawan, (2021), namely Academics, Business, Community, Government, and Media. The results showed that the implementation of this pentahelix model collaboration has been realized, the involvement of each actor in maintaining their synergy to optimize the pentahelix model collaboration in Pecaringan Hill Tourism Development is considered to be quite stable, but still has not had a significant impact on the development of Pecaringan Hill Tourism. This is evidenced by the number of visitors on Pecaringan Hill Tourism which is still relatively small every year. Thus, it can be implied that the pentahelix model in the development of Pecaringan Hill Tourism has been carried out, it can be concluded that the collaboration of the pentahelix model in the development of Pecaringan Hill Tourism in Jombang Regency has been realized and carried out with the continuity of actors that are quite stable.

Abstract

The persuasive speech material of grade IX students from SMP Negeri 1 Widodaren was examined for grammatical errors. This study examines whether scientific language adheres to standardized principles using a descriptive qualitative analysis. Information is gathered via the process of seeing, documenting, and analyzing. The data revealed that the syntactic errors include both errors in phrase structures and sentence fields. The phrase structure was misused in a total of 9 instances, with 5 mistakes involving inappropriate prepositions, 4 errors involving excessive or redundant elements, 4 errors involving double sharpening, 3 errors involving excessive superlative forms, and 1 error involving wrong arrangement. The sentence field had eight instances of phrase ambiguity errors, four faults involving foreign words, and two errors where predicates were placed incorrectly. The sentence field had a total of 8 instances of ambiguity errors, 4 instances of foreign word mistakes, and 2 instances of predicates-inserted-tear errors. Based on conversations with Indonesian language teachers and many grade IX students, the linguistic errors found in persuasive speech texts for SMP Negeri 1 Widodaren students cannot be attributed to a single reason. The mistakes are caused by internal variables, such as the mastery of the mother language and the correctness of the learner, as well as external ones, such as a lack of vocabulary, comprehension of effective sentences, reading motivation, and a bad class atmosphere.

Abstract

The issue of environmental permits for PLTU Tanjung Jati A is a serious problem because the publication does not include an analysis of the release of CO2 emissions which have an impact on environmental damage and climate change. This research aims to describe Walhi West Java's strategy in its efforts to cancel the environmental permit for PLTU Tanjung Jati A through its international and national networks. In line with this aim, this research uses a case study approach with data collection carried out through in-depth interviews and analysis of related documents. The theory used by the Transnational Advocacy Network (TAN) theory as an analytical tool was put forward by Margaret E. Keck and Kathryn Sikkink. The results of this research, Walhi West Java has implemented four TAN strategies, namely Information Politics by disseminating information and findings, Symbolic Politics by carrying out campaign actions with symbols, Leverage Politics by collaborating with stronger actors, and Accountability Politics by supervising actors who advocated to walk with the commitments that have been set. Based on these four strategies, Walhi West Java is very optimal in carrying out Information Politics and Leverage Politics strategies. The weakness is that the Political Accountability strategy has not been fully successful because the Tanjung Jati A PLTU project is still in the policy documents and RUPTL. Walhi West Java's TAN implementation strategy succeeded in bringing victory over the Head of DPMTSP regarding the cancellation of environmental permits.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate the influence between tax services, tax socialization and digitalization in SAMSAT Karawang district. The independent variables are tax services, tax socialization, and tax digitalization with the related variable, namely motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. The main data will be collected through distributing online questionnaires using Google forms. The sample size of 100 (one hundred) respondents from the Karawang Regency area was used to assess the questionnaire using a Likert scale, and had used the SAPAWARGA application to manage their tax documents and motor vehicle tax payments. The research results show that tax services and the implementation of digitalization have a positive effect on vehicle tax compliance in Karawang district. Meanwhile, tax socialization has a negative impact on the implementation of taxpayer compliance in Karawang district. This research shows that digital applications must be improved and introduced more widely to the public because implementing the SAPAWARGA application can also increase taxpayer compliance. This is because a lack of understanding can lead to non-compliance or attempts to avoid taxes. By encouraging tax socialization that emphasizes fairness, profits, tax benefits and transparency, the government can increase tax compliance and reduce the tax gap between the target and actual amounts in SAMSAT Karawang Regency.

KUPI activities are cultural in nature. Participants who come from various backgrounds bring facts and data in the field to be interacted with in order to realize human reason, mind and power which then shape culture and find an Islamic religion that is moderate, gender fair and provides human welfare.

Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) created the PLN Mobile application to improve the quality of service to customers with aspects of flexibility, convenience, speed, accuracy and transparency. However, in the Sidoarjo Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3), there are still many customers who experience problems and submit complaints regarding the performance of the application. This study aims to evaluate PLN Mobile in UP3 Sidoarjo using the Electronic Government Maturity Model framework, namely the five pillars of Information Dissemination, Communication, Transactions, Interoperability, and Participation. This research method uses a qualitative case study to provide an in-depth description of the evaluation of customer service evaluation through the PLN Mobile application within the framework of the e-government maturity model in UP3 Sidoarjo. The results showed that several pillars, especially Transactions and Interoperability, have not been well fulfilled by PLN Mobile in UP3 Sidoarjo. The lack of integration with other services causes some services to be inaccessible through the application, forcing customers to come to the office. Therefore, the goal of PLN Mobile in improving service quality has not been fully achieved.
