This research discusses the use of the SIPOL application as a form of digital transformation carried out by the KPU in the registration process as a candidate for the 2024 Election. The use of SIPOL for preparation for the 2024 Election is the second year it has been used. Previously, SIPOL was also used in 2017 to prepare for the 2019 Election. As a result, this research found that the use of SIPOL for the 2024 Election was better than the use of SIPOL for the 2019 Election. It was also found that the use of SIPOL aims to increase public participation in the 2024 elections. Additionally, SIPOL contributes to transparent and accountable elections. However, in its implementation, researchers found that the use of SIPOL still encountered many problems, for example the recording of a person's Population Identification Number (NIK) by a political party to be registered as a party member. Furthermore, some political parties still faced challenges in accessing SIPOL. SIPOL is also considered to be unable to help the public monitor political parties in fulfilling the requirements regulated by law. This research aims to explain the application of SIPOL in the registration stages of candidate participants in the 2024 election and to identify opportunities and challenges associated with using the SIPOL application. This research uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method. Data collection was carried out through the interview method accompanied by literature analysis and reporting in online media.

This study aims to investigate the influence of transfer pricing, tunneling incentives, thin capitalization, and capital intensity on tax avoidance practices in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period of 2018-2022. The context of this study lies in the complexity of global taxation and increasing concerns over tax avoidance practices that have prompted the need for a deeper understanding of the factors influencing corporate behavior in this regard. The research method employed involves the use of statistical regression to measure the relationship between these variables. The analysis results show that tunneling incentives have a significantly negative effect on tax avoidance practices, while thin capitalization and capital intensity significantly influence tax avoidance practices positively. Meanwhile, transfer pricing does not have a significant effect on tax avoidance practices. These findings suggest that tax avoidance practices tend to be carried out by companies employing thin capital structures and having significant business activities to invest their assets in fixed assets. In this context, the study provides valuable insights for regulators and practitioners in designing policies aimed at reducing tax avoidance practices. By understanding the factors influencing the company's decision in this regard, more effective prevention and control measures can be implemented. In conclusion, this study emphasizes the importance of paying attention to the interaction between transfer pricing, tunneling incentives, thin capitalization, and capital intensity in the context of corporate tax avoidance to develop a holistic and effective policy approach.

This research aims to deepen the moderation messages expressed by Ustad Salafi on the YouTube platform, as well as analyze how the reality of religious moderation is constructed through the perspective of Jean Baudrillard's simulacra theory. The research method applied involved content analysis of videos uploaded by Ustad Salafi, as well as interviews with viewers and followers. The use of Nvivo software makes it easier to code and analyze the collected data. The findings of this research indicate that Ustad Salafi seeks to promote messages of tolerance and peace, by mixing religious principles with the local cultural context. The messages of moderation conveyed through this digital platform have a significant impact in shaping religious discourse and supporting a more inclusive understanding of Islam, especially in the context of Indonesia's multicultural society. This research also highlights the complex dynamics between Ustad Salafi's online persona and the moderation messages he conveys. This shows the importance of understanding how digital media influences people's perceptions of religion and culture, as well as the complexity in the process of forming opinions and beliefs. Thus, this research makes a valuable contribution in understanding the role of digital media in influencing contemporary society's thinking and behavior regarding religious moderation.

Traffic offences are a serious issue in Indonesia, creating complex challenges for the justice system and social costs. Although Law No. 22/2009 has defined the rules, the high number of accidents and offences indicates the ineffectiveness of law enforcement. This study aims to investigate the impact of traffic offences on legal justice, the effectiveness of sanctions, and the shifting presumption of innocence in Indonesia. The research methodology included both quantitative and qualitative approaches, involving analyses of accident data and interviews with authorities. The results showed a high number of offences, a lack of effectiveness of Law No. 22 of 2009, and the phenomenon of "peace in place." The implementation of ETLE cameras became an alternative, despite internet access constraints. Perma No. 12/2016 changed the judicial process, moving from a presumption of innocence to a presumption of guilt. This shift provides uniform sanctions without considering individual circumstances. The limitation of violators' rights in ticket hearings violates the principle of justice. The implementation of e-ticket technology shows advantages, but the dependence on the internet and the potential for misuse are obstacles. The shift to the presumption of innocence in the Perma raises doubts about the fairness of the justice system. Improving fairness requires a re-evaluation of the application of sanctions, technological improvements, and a deeper understanding of the rights of offenders. These recommendations are expected to improve the justice system related to traffic offences in Indonesia.

Getasan Village has strategic potential and sufficient resources to advance Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The village's vision and mission, enshrined in Village Regulation No. 2/2019, focuses on the development of MSMEs. Although most MSMEs in the village still operate on a small and home-based scale, they remain a pillar of the local economy. However, challenges such as limited capital, lack of management knowledge, less supportive infrastructure, as well as limited market access hinder the growth of MSMEs. To address this, Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa) are considered a potential solution. Law No. 6/2014 on Villages provides a legal foundation for the establishment of BUM Desa. With the synergy between BUM Desa and MSMEs, local economic potential can be maximized. The research used participatory observation methods and a qualitative approach. The results show several patterns of effective synergy between BUM Desa and MSMEs, such as capital strengthening, infrastructure development, skills training, and joint promotion. These measures are expected to improve the competitiveness and growth of MSMEs and provide positive impacts for the government and community. The formulation of BUM Desa's strategy in utilizing local economic potential and mobilizing MSMEs is also detailed to provide direction for further development.

Resilience in the face of change, adversity and uncertainty is an attitude that illustrates the spirit of militancy. The research team observed that there is no standard concept of militancy and its application in organizational life. The terms militant and militancy are often interpreted negatively in Indonesia, as they are associated with radicalism and terrorism (Purwastuti, 2011). In fact, in the Big Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI), militant means "high spirited, passionate and hard-nosed", while militancy means "toughness in fighting (facing, difficulties, fighting, and so on)". The purpose of this research is to find formulations and develop concepts about militancy from the perspective of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, especially in human resource management. The benefits of this research are expected to emerge a steady concept of militancy from which a measuring instrument and intervention program can be developed to improve militant attitudes in industrial and organizational settings. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with data collection methods, namely interviews. Respondents in this study are academics and practitioners who are involved in military psychology and practitioners in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, especially in the field of human resource management (HRM). The results of this study are expected to be the basis for improving the quality of human resources in the organization through increasing the attitude of militancy in its human resources.
