Abstract

This paper will examine how the Indonesian Muslim community which consist many streams of religious and social organizations to respond the crisis that involved recently in the Gaza Strip involving Hamas Islamism group. The main issue highlighted in this paper is whether Hamas has network in Indonesia? How the influence of Hamas network in Indonesia towards the development of Islamic fundamentalist thought in Indonesia? Is the Muslim community in Indonesia has the same view in addressing the conflict in the Gaza Strip?This article will use two approaches; the theological and political approach. Theological approach is used to see similarity of the doctrine espoused byHamas with some Islamists in Indonesia. Moreover, this approach is also used to distinguish between Hamas ideological doctrine with the view of other Islamist groups grown today. While political approaches used to answer the question how the political support of the Indonesian people against the Israeli Palestinian conflict, in particular the conflict between Hamas and Israel. Based on review of the above problems, it can be found that from an ideological perspective, Hamas has a strong network in various countries, including Indonesia. Whereas the model of Indonesian Muslims support to the Gaza crisis, at least occurs in three forms: pan-Islamism, diplomatic support and humanitarian support

Abstract

This study aims to determine the criteria and aspects of optimizing the role of zakat and infaq. This research's further objective is to build a model that can be used to determine criteria and priority aspects to become input for related parties to improve the role of zakat and waqf. This study combines descriptive qualitative and quantitative research using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method. In building models and calculations, experts are involved in producing results following conditions in the field. This study indicates that zakat and waqf have played a role in encouraging national economic growth. Aspects that become alternatives in optimization are aspects of policy/legality / institutional, technical aspects of operations/databases, human resources/management aspects, aspects of auditing/control, socialization/community literacy, and cooperation aspects. The criteria used in selecting alternatives are effective criteria (collection and distribution) and efficient criteria (cheap, fast, and applicable). The ANP model connects alternatives and criteria and calculates that the order of priority from the highest to the lowest is 1. Policy, Legality, and Institutions (47.28%); 2. Human Resources / Management Aspects (13.94%), 3. Socialization Aspects (12.66%); 4. Cooperation Aspects (12.54%); 5. Operational / Database Technical Aspects (8.27%) and; 6. Audit / Control Aspects (5.29%).

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi seperti penggunaan media untuk menyampaikan, menyampaikan pendapat, andai satu sama lain, serta menemukan dan berbagi informasi, namun hal ini juga memiliki kelemahan. Efek positifnya, media sosial dapat digunakan untuk mempercepat penyebaran informasi, namun dampak negatifnya penyebaran adalah paham radikal, ujaran kebencian, hoax, dan lain-lain yang dapat mengancam pertahanan negara dan kedaulatan negara Republik Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan model yang kompleks dan jumlah sampel yang terbatas sehingga dalam analisis datanya menggunakan software Smart-PLS. Smart-PLS menggunakan metode bootstrap atau perkalian acak. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku pemuda dalam penyebaran paham radikalisme memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap ketahanan individu pemuda.T-Statistic > 1,98 sehingga menghasilkan nilai yang positif. Ini menggambarkan bahwa semakin baik perilaku pemuda dalam penyebaran paham radikalisme, maka akan semakin baik pula ketahanan individu yang bertanggung jawab dalam penyebaran paham radikalisme agar tidak membuat, dan didukung oleh paham radikalisme.

Abstract

This article examines how to implement the values of multiculturalism in the Islamic education curriculum as an attempt to counter narrative of radicalism in various educational institutions. This study is regardly important due to currently in the development of educational curriculum, the issue of intolerance and split religious understanding has come to the attention of the government as well as society of Indonesia. This study is a qualitative by using multicuralism theory of James A. Bank's. The study confirm that multiculturalism-based learning which contains of values of togetherness, humanity, tolerance, culture and local wisdom should be adopted as an alternative to counter radical narrative in the different educational institutions.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine how Hamas as an Islamic movement which adheres to the Muslim Brotherhood ideology came into the political public sphere from 2006 until today. Can Hamas maintain the purity of its religious doctrine when the movement engages in a political election in Palestine? This research uses a qualitative method and adopts the theory of political normalization by Antony Bubalo and Greg Feely to analyze how Islamists movement runs into a secular democratic system by participating in the election, establishing political parties, and contributing within a parliamentary and presidential system. From a theological perspective, this research shows that violence involved by an Islamist group in particular due to their theological interpretation. Meanwhile, from a political perspective, Hamas tries to adapt its approach with the political condition and runs with the contextual realm as well as other political groups from different ideological backgrounds.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh indikator makroekonomi terhadap kinerja keuangan bank syariah di tengah kondisi pandemi Covid-19. Indikator makroekonomi yang digunakan adalah inflasi, suku bunga, Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) dan nilai tukar Rupiah terhadap Dolar Amerika. Objek penelitian menggunakan rasio komposit 14 Bank Syariah di Indonesia yaitu, rasio CAR, NPF Net, BDR, ROA, NOM, BOPO, FDR dan STM. Rasio tersebut dinilai mampu menginterpretasikan aspek permodalan, kualitas aktiva produktif, rentabilitas dan likuiditas bank syariah. Data berupa time-series bulanan Januari-November 2020, sehingga diperoleh 132 objek observasi, pengolahan data menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil regresi parsial diperoleh output inflasi dan suku bunga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap NPF Net, ROA, NOM, BOPO dan STM, serta indikator IHSG berpengaruh signifikan terhadap BDR. Berdasarkan regresi simultan diperoleh hasil variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap NPF Net (kualitas aktiva produktif), dan seluruh rasio faktor rentabilitas (ROA, NOM dan BOPO) serta rasio STM (likuiditas). Namun, indikator makroekonomi secara simultan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap CAR, BDR (kualitas aktiva produktif) dan FDR (likuiditas). Secara umum, disimpulkan bahwa selama masa pandemi Covid-19, indikator makroekonomi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas bank syariah, namun berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap aspek permodalan, aspek kualitas aktiva produktif (BDR) dan aspek likuditas (FDR) bank syariah.

Abstract

Kesehatan adalah modal berharga bagi setiap manusia. Pemerintah Republik Indonesia telah bertangggungjawab terhadap kesehatan dengan dibentuknya BPJS Kesehatan. Namun BPJS Kesehatan yang sekarang ada dirasa tidak sesuai dengan syariat. Hal tersebut dikarenakan banyak praktik operasional BPJS Kesehatan yang tidak sesuai dengan Fatwa DSN-MUI. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesyariahan praktik operasional BPJS Kesehatan dengan fatwa DSN-MUI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif analitis dengan teknik pengumpulan data secara dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis yang digunakan menggunakan teori yang dikembangkan oleh Michael Huberman dan Mattew Miles. Sehingga hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah praktik operasional BPJS Kesehatan berdasarkan fatwa DSN-MUI terbagi menjadi dua pembahasan yaitu pembahasan keuangan dan non-keuangan. Pembahasan keuangan yakni mengenai pengelolaan iuran, denda, dana dan investasi. Sedangkan pembahasan non-keuangan yakni mengenai akad awal, pelayanan fasilitas kesehatan dan keberadaan dewan pengawas syariah. Dari hal tersebut diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kedua praktik operasional BPJS Kesehatan tidak sesuai dengan syariat Islam berdasarkan fatwa DSN-MUI. Agar dapat sesuai syariah maka BPJS Kesehatan harus mengikuti fatwa DSN-MUI yang telah ada.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the root cause in planning of the implementation digital transformation of local government financial transactions to expand the role of zakat. This study modify the element of zakat as an instrument in regional fiscal financial policy. Government policies that impose restrictions on social interaction among the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak have convinced people to switch to the trend of digital transactions. The electronification activity for each transaction is one of the government's strategies in achieving the financial inclusion level target in 2024 of 90%. This study used a qualitative descriptive analysis using the Fishbone Diagram Analysis method with the 4M approach, there are Method, Manpower, Material, and Machine. Based on the analysis and mapping of the problems, it is concluded that there are still areas that need to be strengthened the plan of the regional government financial transaction electronification program in expanding the contribution of zakat, there are in the areas of government’s policy and regulation, human resources, infrastructure as well as synergy and coordination.

Abstract

Pandemi telah mempercepat transformasi digital di semua industri, termasuk lembaga keuangan. Kemunculan fintech dan bank digital telah memperkuat pentingnya menyediakan layanan perbankan digital yang mudah, tidak merepotkan dan nyaman terutama oleh bank tradisional. Perkembangan teknologi digital telah merubah pola kebiasaan masyarakat dalam menggunakan layanan perbankan termasuk perbankan syariah. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan jumlah produk bank syariah dengan menggunakakan layanan digital dalam rangka memberikan pelayanan terbaik untuk memenuhi ekspektasi masyarakat. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yaitu dengan menguraikan dan menganalisis data dari hasil temuan di lapangan yang terdapat pada sumber yang diterbitkan instansi yang berwenang dan peneltian sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa layanan perbankan digital yang dipasarkan oleh bank syariah merupakan upaya mewujudkan produk bank syariah lebih kompetitif sehingga dapat meningkatkan inklusi keuangan syariah di masyarakat.
