Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of improving the learning outcomes of short story writing. The research was conducted in the form of Classroom Action Research. The respondents of this study were 26 students of class IXA SMP Negeri 2 Pakem. The success indicator is that 85% of students complete the KKM score of 72. The data is obtained through tests as the main data, as well as observation and distributing questionnaires at the end of the cycle as supporting data. The results of the study before the application of smart media, students' learning completeness only reached 46% and after the application of smart media it showed a significant increase of 88%. Based on the results of the study, it can be found that the use of PoCer media is able to improve student learning outcomes in writing short story texts.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has become the center of attention of the government and society at this time, so that many policies in various fields get new policies, especially in education. Education is closely related to the formation of a crowd, especially face-to-face learning. So that education policy should really be a concern of the government because it relates to the future of students. One of the government policies is the implementation of Distance Learning (DL). With DL, schools need to innovate to answer these challenges. SMK Negeri 1 Banyuanyar facilitates students in DL by Google Classroom (GC) with the Blended Learning Learning Model. This research is classroom action research using a qualitative approach. From the results of observations obtained data that from 35 students who took part in the mathematical learning of exponential and logarithmic materials there were 15 students who had not yet completed, so that classical student completeness was still 43%. So that the implementation of the Blended Learning Learning Model using the LMS Google Classroom Mathematics subject matter of exponentials and logarithms in 10th grade of ACP students of SMK Negeri 1 Banyuanyar can be carried out smoothly even though there are several obstacles.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the Efforts to Improve Students' Speaking Ability With a Communicative Approach for Class XI Natural ScienceSenior High School I Sukosari for the 2017-2018 academic year. Classroom action research is an option and is carried out to solve learning problems in two cycles. The stages of the cycle are passed through two stages with two meetings in each cycle. The data obtained through the results of learning and observation. The analysis technique was carried out in a quantitative descriptive manner. The initial condition is that only 10 students or 47% have completed, in the first cycle there are 14 students or 67% whose scores have been completed, after the activities in the second cycle have increased, there are 20 students or 95% who have completed so that in the second cycle there is only 1 student. or 5% who have not reached the minimum completeness criteria value.

Abstract

This study aims to improve learning discipline and to find out optimally about the problems that occur in students which have an impact on decreasing enthusiasm for learning. The study was conducted for 2 cycles, involving 25 grade VIIC students of SMP Negeri 2 Pakem. The success indicator set is 85% of students with learning discipline. The data were obtained through classroom observation as the main data, and the distribution of questionnaires at the end of the cycle as data support. The results showed; before the application of the strengthening approach, only 60% of students were disciplined in learning, after the reinforcement guidance approach in cycle 1 reached 72%, a significant increase in learning discipline in cycle 2 reached 92% of active students according to the success criteria

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how much the play approach can improve sprint learning outcomes for fifth grade students at the Kemirian 1 State Elementary School, Tamanan District, Bondowoso Regency. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). According to Suwarsih Madya (2012), action research is a real-world practice intervention aimed at improving practical situations. CAR is a dynamic process, with four steps: 1). planning, 2) implementation 3). observation, and 4). reflection. In the implementation of this research is done in a participatory and collaborative. The research was conducted for several cycles, and each cycle was conducted twice face-to-face, each face-to-face taking 35 minutes. This research was conducted at the Kemirian 1 Public Elementary School (SDN) which is located at Jl. Karang Melok Kemirian Village, Tamanan District, Bondowoso Regency. The reason for choosing the research location at SD Negeri Kemirian 1 is that the researcher is a PJOK teacher at SDN Kemirian 1 so as to facilitate the process of carrying out research. This research was carried out. This research was carried out for 3 months, from September to November 2019 Data collection techniques carried out in this study were carried out through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is a descriptive quantitative percentage and qualitative descriptive technique Based on the results of the analysis and discussion that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the play approach can improve sprint learning in fifth grade students at SDN Kemirian 1, Tamanan District, Bondowoso Regency.

Abstract

The outbreak of the corona virus (Covid-19) has felt an impact and has distructed all aspect of life included the education now. The most impact is the long-term effect lost learning in educatio. This aims study is describing the implementation of Distance Learning Using the Whatsapp Application for VI Grade Students in SDN Cumedak 02 Kec. Sumberjambe Kab. Jember 2019/2020. To finding out the effectiveness of distance learning using the WhatsApp application for VI Grade Students in SDN Cumedak 02 Sumberjambe Jember 2019/2020. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, In this study the subjects were teachers and students of grade VI SD Negeri Cumedak 02 Sumberjambe Jember There were 32 students in the class. In this study Data collection techniques are observation. Questionnaires, and interviews during the distance learning process. Data analysis is used qualitative descriptive to present observation sheets and quantitative to describe the results of interviews with respondents. The results showed that the implementation of learning using the WhatsApp application for grade VI students at SD Negeri Cumedak 02, Sumberjambe Jember was unsuccessful. I It can be concluded that the use of social media can be less effective in online learning for Grade VI.

Abstract

The purpose of this action research is to 1). Improving the pedagogic competence of teachers, especially in the learning process through academic supervision. 2). Knowing the right steps in carrying out academic supervision in order to improve the pedagogic competence of teachers. This type of research is school action research because this research is carried out to solve problems in the classroom and is carried out in accordance with the steps in school action research. Classroom action research is carried out by starting with a systematic study of a problem. The results of the study are used as the basis for solving problems. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Banyuputih Situbondo which is located at Jalan KH A Zaini Dahlah Binding Sumber Banyuputih Situbondo for 3 months, from September to November 2018. The research subjects were teachers who taught class X SMK Negeri 1 Banyuputih Situbondo with a total of 14 teachers consisting of 9 PNS teachers and 5 non-permanent teachers (GTT). SMK Negeri 1 Banyuputih as an object as well as a subject in providing academic supervision treatment. The data collection technique in this research is through academic supervision which includes . 1). Supervise learning administration. 2). Supervise the implementation of learning in class Looking at the data from the Action research, the pedagogic competence of teachers in the implementation of the learning process has increased through academic supervision. Cycle I achieved an average pedagogical competence of 66% (enough) and in cycle II there was an increase in the average pedagogical ability of teachers to 76% (good). With the academic supervision activities there was a significant increase in the initial conditions of the school when compared to the final state in cycle II. The accuracy of teachers entering the classroom increased to 78%, the use of learning media increased to 72%, varied methods increased to 76%, and learning strategies also increased to 76%

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the findings of the class, to improve the learning outcomes of Citizenship Lessons (PKn) after the role-playing learning method was applied through the role-playing method (Role Playing) with the cooperative learning model of learning in fifth grade students of SDN Tegal Besar 04 Kaliwates District Academic Year 2016/ 2017. This study uses a quantitative approach obtained from the results of formative test scores. From these results can be used to measure the level of success of learning. From the results of the formative test scores, it can be seen the success rate of using the role playing method in increasing student motivation. The quantitative data is made in accordance with the assessment guidelines that have been made by the teacher. After the teacher gives an assessment and then analyzes the questions. The benefits of this research are expected to increase thinking creativity, motivation and student learning outcomes, and teachers at SDN Tegal Besar 04 Kaliwates District are expected to be used as development materials to improve the teaching and learning process in order to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

The objectives that can be conveyed in this study are to improve English learning outcomes through the application of a think-pair-share cooperative learning model for Class VIII.B students of SMP Negeri 1 Bondowoso. The research used by the author in this study is Classroom Action Research (CAR). Classroom action research can be defined as an action research carried out by the teacher as well as a researcher in the classroom or together with other people (collaboration) by designing, implementing and reflecting collaborative and participatory actions that aim to improve or improve the quality of the learning process in the classroom. class through a certain action in a cycle (Kunandar.2010). This classroom action research is carried out in the form of cyclical activities consisting of four stages in each cycle. One cycle consists of 2 meetings This research was carried out in class VIII.B of SMP Negeri 1 Bondowoso with the address at Jalan Letnan Karsono No. 3, Purbosari, Kotakulon, Kec. Bondowoso, Bondowoso Regency, Postal code 68212. This research was carried out for three months, from September to November 2018. The subjects of this school action research were class VIII.B students of SMP Negeri 1 Bondowoso in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 academic year, totaling 25 students. The data collection technique used in this study was a test. This test is intended to obtain data about student learning outcomes after being given classroom action research. Through the learning outcomes test, all the data that has been collected is then analyzed to get a clear picture of the level of success that has been achieved, while the analytical technique used in this classroom action research is a quantitative descriptive technique. Based on the results of research that has been carried out starting from the pre-cycle, Cycle I and Cycle II, it can be concluded that the application of the think-pair-share type of cooperative learning model can improve English learning outcomes for class VIII.B students of SMP Negeri 1 in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. this can be seen from: 1). Completeness Learning, from 25 the number of class VIII.B students of SMP Negeri 1 Bondowoso in the pre-cycle student learning completeness of 44.00% in the first cycle increased to 68.00% while in the second cycle it increased again to 84.00%. 2). Absorption capacity, from 25 students in class VIII.B of SMP Negeri 1 Bondowoso in the pre-cycle, the amount of absorption was 63.00, in the first cycle it increased to 69.00, while in the second cycle it increased to 76.00

Abstract

The aims of this research are 1). to find out the stages of implementing academic supervision in improving the pedagogic competence of teachers 2). To find out the success of academic supervision of supervisors in developing teacher pedagogic competencies. 3). To find out the obstacles in the implementation of academic supervision of supervisors in developing teacher pedagogic competencies. By looking at the formulation of the problem, this research is a type of qualitative research based on field research with a naturalistic descriptive approach, which is an approach in research that describes the condition of the object and research subject with a reasonable picture or what it is (Suharsimi Arikunto. 2001). Because this research is qualitative with a naturalistic descriptive approach, the research is carried out in natural conditions (natural setting). Sources of data are natural situations, researchers collect data based on observations of fair situations, as they are, and researchers are the key instrument that conducts observations and interviews themselves (Sugiyono, 2013). The object of this research is the teacher of SD Negeri 1 Jeruk Soksok 1 as the target school which is located at Jalan Jeruk Soksok, Binakal District, Bondowoso Regency, Postal Code 68251. This research was carried out for 3 months, from September to November 2019 The type of data, because this research is a field research (Field Research), namely research conducted in the field or the field of occurrence of symptoms (Sutrisno.2000). So the type of data needed and used is the type of field data presented descriptively. While the data sources needed are primary data sources and secondary data sources obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis in this study followed the model of Miles and Huberman (Sugiyono. 2002). The steps of data analysis in this study are as follows (H. M. Arifin.2003) 1). Examine the data that has been collected from the results of observations, interviews and documentation. 2). Carry out data reduction by taking data that can be processed further. 3). Arrange data in relevant units. 4). Doing categorization while coding (coding) e. Conducting data validity checks f) Interpreting data and drawing conclusions inductively by way of thinking based on specific facts, then directed to drawing general conclusions Based on the description in the data that has been discussed in chapters three and four, the authors can conclude the results of the research that the authors did as follows: 1). The implementation stage was carried out well which included three stages of pre-observation (initial meeting), observation (observation of the learning process), and post-observation (evaluation and giving feedback) 2). The implementation stage of supervision can be said to be successful with indicators that most teachers can make learning administration properly and correctly, besides that teachers in the teaching and learning process are able to utilize media, facilities and technology available in schools and the surrounding environment 3). Implementation barriers. Obstacles to the implementation of supervisory academic supervision can be categorized into two aspects, namely structure and culture.
