Abstract

This study aims to explore the types of services available for students with disabilities in higher education, analyze the factors influencing institutional readiness, and identify the major challenges faced by universities in providing these services. The research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method based on PRISMA guidelines, analyzing 20 empirical articles published between 2020–2025 from five leading academic databases. The findings reveal that universities have provided various services, including academic support, assistive technology, physical accommodations, and socio-emotional assistance. However, the implementation of these services remains highly dependent on institutional policies, human resource capacity, infrastructure, and inclusive campus culture. Major challenges include insufficient staff training, limited access to assistive tools, administrative bureaucracy, and persistent social stigma against disability. The implications of this study highlight the potential of its findings as a strategic basis for formulating or strengthening inclusion policies at the higher education level. Moreover, it underscores the urgency of continuous professional development for academic and administrative staff in adopting inclusive teaching strategies responsive to the diverse needs of students. Additionally, the high level of stigma and resistance within campuses suggests the need for institutional cultural transformation through sustained educational and advocacy programs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the role of family in the formation of LGBT identity through a literature review approach. An individual's sexual and gender identity is formed through a long process influenced by various factors, one of which is the family environment, as the primary foundation of self-development from an early age. A harmonious and affectionate family with open communication patterns has been proven to positively shape a child’s gender identity. Conversely, family disharmony, unbalanced parenting, the absence of parental figures, and the lack of character and sexual education within the family can increase the risk of identity confusion in children and make them more vulnerable to seekinadsg validation outside the family environment. This study analyzes scientific articles that discuss the relationship between family dynamics and LGBT identity, which are then categorized into several main themes, such as parenting patterns, emotional attachment, education within the family, and family-based interventions. The results of this review are expected to serve as a foundation for designing prevention and assistance strategies based on family involvement to support the healthy development of children's sexual and gender identity, following Indonesian social and cultural values.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze community interventions for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Cimahi City through collaborative and participatory training to support business sustainability. The focus of the study is directed at identifying structural and functional problems faced by MSMEs in the context of collaboration and participation, as well as exploring how community-based training contributes to building business capacity and resilience. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) involving MSME actors and community facilitators in Cimahi City. The results of the study showed three main findings: (1) The identification of various business problems stemming from the low intensity of collaboration and lack of active participation of MSMEs in community activities; (2) The mapping of solutions based on local needs, including through the implementation of collaborative training, strengthening business networks, and optimizing the role of the community as a shared learning space; and (3) Proven community contribution in encouraging the sustainability of MSME businesses through the process of collective learning, sharing experiences, and increasing managerial capacity and business innovation. The impact of this study shows that collaborative and participatory training approaches facilitated by the community have high effectiveness in strengthening the sustainability of MSMEs. This intervention model can be replicated in other regions as a systematic and sustainable local empowerment-based development strategy.
