Jurnal Penelitian dan Pengukuran Psikoogi (JPPP) is an open access journal in psychology published by The Faculty of Psychology Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ). JPPP is a bi-annual peer reviewed journal that publishes original and meaningful contributions to the field of psychology in Indonesia. The journal aims for experimental, theoretical, measurement development and theoretical review articles in all areas of psychology. In particular, we expected to received article with advances statistical analysis in measurement, psychometric, and modelling study in psychology.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of work-family conflict on the performance of female public elementary school teachers. This study uses quantitative approach, expose facto method. The technique used in this study sample was purposive sampling technique. Researchers adapted teacher performance research instruments developed based on Depdiknas theory. Work-family conflict instruments use the theory of Dawn S. Carlson and Larry J. Williams. The level of teacher performance item reliability of 0.81, and work-family conflict of 0.71. Final respondents from this study as many as 50 people. Hypothesis test is done by using regression analysis. The result of regression analysis showed that the significance value of 0.012 is smaller than the significance level of 0.05, then there is a significant influence of work-family conflict on the performance of female elementary school teachers. The result showed negative effects which indicates that the higher work- family conflict the teacher's performance in this study will decrease. Then the results of this study is a significant difference between work-family conflict on the performance of female public elementary school teachers. The magnitude of the resulting from regression analysis by 12.3%, while 87.7% are influenced by other factors that are not included in this study.

This research was conducted to determine the role of empathy toward teacher's self-control in teaching at public elementary school. This research uses quantitative method. Adaptation from QCAE instruments (Cognitive and Affective Empathy Questionnaire) and self-control instruments were constructed based on Averill's theory is occupied as Empathy instruments. The sample of this research is 72 respondents, public elementary school teacher. The method used in this research is regression analysis. The result is positive influence. This shows the higher level of empathy teachers will have impact on the higher self- control. Presentation the influence result is 9,7% and rest influenced by other factors.

This study aims to determine the effect of job demands on workplace well-being in public special school teachers. There are 126 subjects of this study who were selected by using the purposive sampling technique. This study uses quantitative method. Data collecting technique used instruments which were adapted by researcher based on The Workplace Well-Being Index and The Job Demands-Resources Questionnaire. The hypothesis was tested using the linear aggression analysis of one predictor. The result of the data analysis showed the score of F count = 32,479 > F table = 3,94 with the score of p = 0,000 (p < 0,05). This means that there is a significant effect of job demands on workplace well-being in public special school teachers and the effect is 20,8%.

This study aims to understand the influence of teacher personality on teacher attitudes toward inclusive education. The variables studied were the big five personalities as an independent variable (X) and teacher attitudes toward inclusive education as a dependent variable (Y). The method used is quantitative research, with cluster sampling technique. Participants of this study were teachers from inclusion public elementary school in Jakarta (N = 133). The instrument used to measure teacher personality is Big Five Inventory (BFI), while Multidimensional Attitudes toward Inclusive Education Scale (MATIES) was used to measure teacher attitudes toward inclusive education. Processing methods of data analysis in hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis. Results of this study showed there is no influence of teacher personality on teacher attitudes toward inclusive education (p < Î±; 0,113 < 0,05). Therefore, in this study Ho is accepted and Ha rejected.

This study aims to determine the effect of empathy on teachers work motivation in special needs school. The population of this study are the teachers of special needs school. This study uses a quantitative method with the sample amounted to 81 respondents. This study uses two scales which are the scale of teacherâ€™s work motivation and empathy scale. Both of the scale were arranged by researcher based on work motivation theories of Louis George and Tara Sabhapathy. Empathy scale based on empathy theories of The QCAE (a Questionnaire of Cognitive and Affective Empathy). The hypothesis test used in this study using a regression analysis one predictor. Based on the analysis of data, obtained F count 11.272 > F Table 3.96 with p = 0.001 (p < 0.05). Its means there is a significant influence of empathy on teacherâ€™s work motivation in special needs school. The result shows a positive influence which means if thereâ€™s a high level of empathy in special need schoolâ€™s teachers, then the level of work motivation will be high.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of personality traits of musical performance anxiety among musicians. As well as to find out which personality trait has the most effect of musical performance anxiety. This is a quantitative study with psychological scale. Researcher adapt the scale of performance anxiety inventory for musicians (PerfAIM) revised edition from Barbeau (2017) and adopt the big five inventory (BFI) scale from Ramdhani (2012). The item reliability for MPA are (0,97), openness (0,97), conscientiousness (0,95), extraversion (0,93), agreeableness (0,85), and neuroticism (0,88). Respondents of this study are 87 musicians. Hypothesis tested using regression analysis. The results shown that neuroticism has the higher effect of MPA which is 31,9%. And the effect is positive.

This research aimed to determine the influence of work-family conflict to the family functioning between working mother. The research using quantitative. The sample were 100 working mother (n = 100) by using the method purposive sampling . The data using a questionnaire with an instrument work- family conflict scales (40 item) and family assessment device (52 item). Statistical data is done by using Rasch Model in the form of software Winstep and SPSS 23.0. Results of research indicate that there is influence of work-family conflict to the family functioning between working mother. The value of Fhit> Ftabel (59,08> 3,94) and R square value equal to 0, 376.

This study aims to examine empirically whether there is influence between psychological climate to organizational commitment. The subject were 221 lecturer of State University of Jakarta (UNJ) selecting using incidental sampling technique. This type of research is a quantitative research, data collection techniques using research data obtained through survey instruments/questionnaire adaption from previous researchers. Instruments made have been tested for validity and reliability, and belonging to the reliable criteria. Research hypothesis testing was performed using linear regression analysis of the predictors, with the psychological climate as a predictor variable. The analysis shows a correlation coefficient of 0,000, less than the significance level (0.05). This value is interpreted that there are significant psychological climate to organizational commitment. The coefficient of determination shows rxy2 value of 0.301, meaning that there is a 30,1% variance tendency of psychological climate on. So this research indicates that the lecturer will indicate the optimal organizational commitment if it has high psychological climate.

The purpose of this study was to know the relations between teacher efficacy with psychological well-being among junior high school teacher with survey method and adapted psychological scale to collect the data which is Ryffâ€™s Psychological Well-being Scale from Carol D. Ryff (1989) with reliability is 0.95 and The Teacherâ€™s Sense of Efficacy Scale (TSES) from Tschannen-Moran and Anita Woolfolk Hoy (2001) with reliability is 0.80. The psychological scale has been given to 88 samples of respondent which is junior high school teacher with cluster random sampling technique. Researcher also used analytical correlation and Winsteps 3.73 also SPSS 16.0 version as application for testing the hypothesis of this research. The result of correlations analysis shown that r value 0.213 and probability score (sig) is 0.047. Conclusion this research result there is significant relationship between teacher efficacy with psychological well-being among junior high school teacher.

This study aims to determine the effect of job stress on job satisfaction sales at PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk. This research is a quantitative research. The sample of this study amounted to 120 sales Indihome. The study used a non-probability sampling method with a cluster sampling technique. The method of data analysis using linear regression analysis test, before the hypothesis test is tested assumption of normality and linearity. The results showed that there is no significant relationship between job stress on job satisfaction.
