Jurnal Majalah Ilmiah UPI YPTK adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Universitas Putra Indonesia, YPTK, Padang Sumatera Barat, Indonesia. <![CDATA[The study aimed was to analyze the effect of Investment Opportunity Set, Free Cash Flow, and Debt to Equity Ratio as partially and simultaneously on Firm Value. The data used are secondary data in the form of financial reports and annual reports from 2013 to 2017. Sample research method used in this research is purposive sampiling and statistical test used to test the hypothesis is by using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that investment opporuntiy set has a positive and significant effect on firm value, free cash flow has a positive and significant effect on firm value, and debt to equity ratio insignificant to firm value, investment opportunity set, free cash flow, and debt to equity ratio together affect the firm value.]]>

<![CDATA[Lecturers are academic staff who are in charge of planning and implementing the learning process, guidance and training, and are able to bring students into activities held by the University, both official and non-official. Selection of favorite lecturers chosen by students can encourage lecturers to communicate more with students to be able to invite students to take part in groups or organizations involving students and lecturers. However, in reality, Universitas Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang is still not actively conducting this election. To overcome these problems, a Decision Support System was designed to determine the student's favorite lecturers by using the simple additive weighting method. The Decision Support System for Determining Favorite Lecturers of Student Choice is a system that is able to increase the ease of decision making in determining lecturers who have student attractiveness so that students are more active and more competent in the guidance of the selected lecturers. In this system the lecturer's assessment is based on 5 criteria. The criteria used are responsibility, discipline, attitude, initiative, and presence. To get the final conclusion as an alternative decision to determine the lecturer of this choice requires the calculation process stage on each variable that has been determined based on the criteria. The position of the decision support system in this study is as a decision supporter, not replacing the role of the decision maker, so that the decision maker has the right to fully refer to the decision support system or not. The research results from the calculated simple additive weighting method can be concluded that the favorite lecturer of the student's choice is lecturer 2 with a score of 1.00 which is the result of the highest ranking and can be used as an alternative for determining the favorite lecturer of the student's choice.]]>

<![CDATA[With the technology that is currently developing, especially in the online sales business, an online sales website is designed on the Wishy Store Distro by designing customer relationship management in attracting customer shopping interest in the products sold by providing and supporting the best service to customers. . The customer relationship management features that are presented and designed include, among others, customers can get a discount for a certain amount of purchase, customers can get free shipping for a certain number of purchases, customers can contact the Wishy Store Distro admin to ask about products for returns for shipping errors or defects. products, customers can create and send statuses about products being sold and can give likes to fellow customers or other users who have posted statuses on the feed page. The design of Customer Relationship Management on the Wishy Store Distro uses PHP as the programming language with MySQL as the database, Sublime Text 3 and Notepad ++ as the script editor.]]>

One of the fields currently contaminated by technological developments is the field of education, especially in Indonesia, where at first the learning system was still manual-based and is currently developing into an online learning system. It is clear that various levels of schools and universities have used technology to support their learning process and apply it. One of the uses of technology in the field of education is learning management systems (NGOs) such as e-learning. The use of e-learning as a learning medium has a function to improve the quality of student learning and help improve student understanding in learning. However, there are still many schools that have not implemented e-learning in their teaching and learning process, such as high school (SMA). Therefore, the design of this e-learning application web design is expected to help several schools that require an online learning system that is user friendly so that schools can be better prepared to follow current development trends.]]>

<![CDATA[The application of information technology is currently widely used by agencies in carrying out various operational activities. This study tries to apply the PIECES Framework to the analysis of information systems. To implement it, it is necessary to test responses from users on an information system. The system to be tested is the information system of Mako Battalion 131 Braja Sakti. The information system used to support the performance of soldiers where the responsible in this case is part of the operations staff. In their service, the operations staff collect data from each company. The data is inputted into the online-based ANEV DATA system. The system will later be used in processing soldier certification data. PIECES focuses on 6 focus areas of analysis, namely performance, information and data, economy, control and security, efficiency, and service. The purpose of this study is the application of the PIECES Framework in analyzing the quality of the implementation of information systems to ensure the success targeted by the operations staff. This study uses interviews and observations as well as the distribution of questionnaires as a method of data collection. The results of this study indicate that the use of ANEV Data as an information system to improve performance gets an average result at the Performance level of 5.20, information and data level of 4.76, economic indicator level of 5.20, Control indicator level of 4.85, and efficiency level of 4.16. and service satisfaction of 7.16. The value of the operation staff is very satisfied using the ANEV Data information system.]]>

<![CDATA[The problems faced by teenagers in recent times have focused more on various delinquency committed by teenagers ranging from drug problems, brawls, bullying cases and other problems. The increasing number of problems faced by adolescents indicates the lack of attention from parents and society to the development of adolescent character. Facing this problem, one solution that can be used is to strengthen the character of youth through character education. Character education is considered the best choice in preparing future generations because it can be both preventive and curative. In this community service program, the training method is used to convey the basics of character education. This Character Personality Training Program aims to invite teenagers to recognize their potential and be able to interact well with their social environment. This training program was given to 30 teenagers who are members of the Padang Japang Mosque Youth Association (IRMPJ). The results of the training show that there is an understanding of adolescents about the importance of understanding themselves and having good character in socializing. Besides that, a continuous program is also needed so that the stages of the material provided can be carried out perfectly.]]>

<![CDATA[Forecasting methods can predict the values of a variable based on the known value of that variable or other related variables. In the quantitative category forecasting method, especially the time series model, several smoothing methods are known, namely average and exponential smoothing. A trended series is defined as a time series that contains a long-term component that represents growth or decline in the series, and whose average value changes up or down over a period of time. The average method is that a number of values that are given an equivalent weight (or smoothed) are included in the calculation of the average. A double moving average, also known as a linear moving average, is designed for time series data with a trending pattern or a linear trend. The time series data used is poverty line data by area of residence in West Sumatra based on the ability to meet basic needs (basic needs approach). With this approach, poverty is seen as an economic inability to meet basic food and non-food needs as measured from the expenditure side. So the poor are people who have an average monthly per capita expenditure below the poverty line. So that the double moving average time series method is used. This study aims to determine the monthly per capita public expenditure forecast in West Sumatra.]]>

<![CDATA[Dalam pengkajian sebuah karya seni, kajian pertama yang dilakukan adalah kajian praikonografis. Kajian ini adalah kajian yang mengambil teori Erwin Panofsky, dimana kajian ini merupakan kajian primer yang melihat bentuk asli dari objek seni yang sifatnya faktual dan ekspresif. Di daerah Minangkabau salah satu senjata yang memiliki nilai sejarah ialah kurambiak / karambiak atau biasa disebut kerambit. Kurambiak memiliki banyak filosofi atau makna bagi masyarakat Minangkabau. Dimulai dari bentuk hingga pemakaian kurambiak yang masih dalam penelitian kualitatif dalam informasi dari kaba (kabar) oleh pemangku adat. Dalam penelitian ini penulis akan memakai suatu metode pengkajian tiga tahapan yang di kemukakan oleh Erwin Panofsky dalam bukunya “Meaning in The Visual Art”. Tiga tahapan tersebut adalah Pra - Ikonografis, konografi dan Ikonologi. Pada tahapan Pra-Ikonografis terbagi menjadi dua bagian yaitu elemen desain dan prinsip desain. Penelitian ini berfungsi untuk menjaga atau melestarikan warisan budaya Minangkabau dan menjadi acuan untuk membahas warisan benda seni secaravisual.]]>

<![CDATA[Obesitas merupakan kelompok penyakit tidak menular yang menjadi kesehatan dunia dan muncul sebagai epidemi baik di negara maju ataupun berkembang. Konsumsi gula yang berlebihan diketahui merupakan faktor risiko obesitas dan dapat berujung pada penyakit Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 (T2DM)dengan angka mortalitas yang tinggi. Salah satu upaya untuk mengurangi kebiasaan mengkonsumsi gula berlebih dalam upaya mencegah obesitas sesuai anjuran pemerintah adalah penyuluhan tentang pentingnya pembatasan konsumsi gula bagi kesehatan. Upaya ini juga telah dilakukan melalui Program Pembangunan Kesehatan Masyarakat, PPKM) kepada masyarakat Desa Sumberlerak, Kabupaten Boyolali, Jawa Tengah, Indonesia, menggunakan poster sebagai media sosialisasi. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan masyarakat di desa tersebut terkait hubungan konsumsi gula berlebih dengan risiko dan gejala klinis dari obesitas dan DM. Pendekatan partisipatif berupa penyuluhan dengan media poster buatan mahasiswa telah dilakukan diikuti evaluasi berupa pengisian kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kuesioner yang telah dilakukan, PPKM berupa penyuluhan menggunakan poster sebagai media komunikasi dapat meningkatkan kesadaran tentang bahaya konsumsi gula berlebih pada masyarakat Desa Sumberlerak, Kabupaten Boyolali Jawa Tengah.]]>

<![CDATA[Pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda Indonesia mempunyai dampak yang signifikan di bidang pendidikan. Semua pembelajaran tatap muka berubah menjadi pembelajaran secara daring. Salah satu sekolah yang terkena dampak adalah SD IT Permata Padang khususnya siswa kelas 1 pada semester 2. Sekolah tidak siap dalam menghadapi perubahan dari pembelajaran tatap muka menjadi pembelajaran daring, sehingga pembelajaran yang diberikan oleh guru tidak maksimal diserap oleh siswa. Orang tua kurang puas dengan teknis pembelajaran yang berubah-rubah setiap minggu. Untuk mengurangi permasalahan diatas, dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat pada awal tahun ajaran baru untuk guru, orang tua dan siswa kelas 2 yaitu memberikan materi tentang aplikasi pendidikan anak yang disebut dengan ICANDO. Kegiatan dimulai dari tahap persiapan yaitu melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak sekolah dan orang tua siswa. Kemudian tahap pelaksanaan yang dilakukan secara daring menggunakan media zoom meeting yang diikuti oleh 2 orang wali kelas dan 54 orang siswa yang masing-masing didampingi oleh orang tua. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah tingginya ketertarikan guru dan orang tua untuk menggunakan aplikasi ini sebagai penunjang pembelajaran anak. Guru menjadi dimudahkan dalam mengelola absensi, materi, tugas dan nilai. Orang tua juga dimudahkan dalam memantau perkembangan pembelajaran anak]]>
