Abstract

It is undeniable that women have been involved in the ministry, although their involvement is often debated to date. There are various reasons used to justify the group that disagrees, but also many arguments are given to support the involvement of women in services. This paper seeks to raise the role of women in the ministry of the church based on the New Testament. Hopefully this research is to clarify the understanding of Christians on the role of women in church services. In the midst of the struggles related to the position and dignity of women at that time, the New Testament records the involvement and role of women that cannot be taken lightly in the ministry. This can be seen from the Bible, how women were involved in the time of the Lord Jesus, the Acts of the Apostles which records the role of women in church ministry accompanying the apostles; as well as in Paul's letters where not a few women were partners with the Apostle Paul in the ministry.

Abstract

The doctrine of creation has become a focal point of debate between modern science and theologians. Thus we see that in today's developments, biblical theology has been confronted with theories that reject the historical and scientific value of the book of Genesis. Using descriptive qualitative methods, with a literature study approach, it can be concluded that evolutionism is contrary to the teachings of the Bible, it is based on the first, that there is no strong exegetical basis to make room for the evolutionary assumption that there is a measurable span of time in the process of creating the universe Second, the Bible's statement "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth" ... within six days "(Genesis 1: 1, Exodus 20:20) is an indisputable biblical fact as an act of omnipotence and the majesty of God created the world from nothing. came into being by His word. Third, the doctrine of creation must be the foundation of Christian faith which is tested in the authority of the powerful Word of God (2 Tim. 3:16) and the world created by God and everything in it becomes an arena for scientific activity in the trajectory of human history that must be based on the Bible. Fourth, the creation statement Genesis 1: 1 is a refutation of various scientific theories and human philosophical views that contradict Bible truth (Gen. 1-2, Ps. 33: 4-9).

Church history is a journey of the past of the Church that has occurred after the coming of Jesus Christ. Abstract

In general, researchers who discuss the Apostle Paul's teaching about spouses only base it on one verse, namely 2 Corinthians 6:14 and ignore the text of the title in this verse. The verses before and after, namely 2 Corinthians 6:11-18 have not been studied, that's why researchers are interested in discussing them. Even though this verse is very fundamental for young Christians to know, not all Christian youths read or hear this topic preached intensely in church or in various other Christian services. Likewise, Christian parents don't all read this verse or hear it preached, so parents don't teach their children the principles and standards of God's word for their children in finding a life partner. As a result, it often happens that there are believers who leave their faith in the Lord Jesus because of mistakes in choosing a life partner. The purpose of this research is to find the basic principles of the Apostle Paul's teaching about choosing a life partner based on 2 Corinthians 6:11-18, so that both Christian youths and Christian parents can make this teaching of the Apostle Paul the basic principle and standard. in choosing a life partner according to God's Word. The method used in this research is qualitative with a literature study approach. The results of research on the teachings of the Apostle Paul about life partners based on 2 Corinthians 6:11-18 are life partners that God wants are balanced, namely having faith and maintaining holiness until the holy wedding day.
