The spread of information and communication technology media is intended to facilitate the needs of modern society, especially religious knowledge. Networked communication media is increasingly spreading to almost all circles. Social media networks are increasingly spreading to almost all circles. Networked social media apart from being a means of communication and information, is also a benchmark for today's society's culture. The notion that "today's society is 'obsessed' with technological sophistication", so that people experience a dilemma in life, which tends to exist in the media or leave it. The fact that the use of social media reduces physical interaction even tends to social antipathy. Therefore, the obligation of da'wah must be synergized dynamically; da'wah through the internet with cultural propaganda. That the effectiveness of da'wah for the technological community is the harmony of cultural da'wah with the conditions of virtual society, especially the industrial generation. The development of a tourist destination area is one thing that must always be considered and implemented, because the development of a tourist destination area determines what the future of the tourist destination area will be like. Taman Wisata Iman is a potential tourist destination that needs to be developed. This is because the features of the religious tourism park itself are very different from pine forests in general. The presence of houses of worship for five religions in Indonesia makes this religious tourism park a place of worship or a resting place for tourists. Each building in Taman Wisata Iman has its own meaning. For example, in Islam, residents are given a replica of the Kaaba for pilgrimage rituals. The large statue of Adam and Eve celebrates the beginning of human life on earth. Apart from worship at the Usko tourist park, visitors can enjoy camping, outdoor activities, children's playgrounds and shopping for souvenirs at the Usko tourist park. Usko tourism park also often organizes events to support tourism development, such as charity events for park maintenance in pine forests, scout weekend camps and many more. The purpose of this study is to analyze and become material that supports the development of attractions at Taman Wisata Iman Sitinjo. In this study the implementation activities and the impact of the implementation are described in a narrative manner using qualitative methods. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. Methods of data analysis with data reduction, presentation and triangulation. The results of the study show that the role of the community and government in the development of the Sitinjo Iman Tourism Park as a tourist destination is very impressive. This was revealed through interviews with managers and employees of the Dair Regency Tourism Office. Year after year, this relatively minimal development repeatedly makes visitors bored and don't want to visit. The number of support services that are not paid attention to also makes visitors rate Taman Wisata Iman reviews on websites and personal blogs as lacking, which leads to a decrease in tourist interest. In the future, the authors hope that the management and government will pay more attention to the Iman Tourism Park tourist attraction by adding other tourist objects so that tourists don't get bored easily, and also pay attention to support services so that they can be repaired or improved immediately. The Regional People's Representative Council is a people's representative institution in the regional area and has the position of being an organizing element in regional government in provinces and districts/cities in Indonesia. DPRD has the task and authority as the party that carries out the formation of regional regulations in collaboration with the local regional head, as well as overseeing the implementation of regional regulations and the management of the APBD. DPRD members are required to join one of the factions, which has the task of coordinating member activities and maximizing the performance of DPRD members. The faction also has the responsibility to provide an evaluation of the performance of members and provide reports regarding the results of the evaluation to the public. Political recruitment is regulated in article 11 paragraph 1 of Law No. 2 of 2008 concerning political parties which states that one of the functions of political parties is as a means of political recruitment in the process of filling political positions through a mechanism that takes into account gender equality and justice. The aim of this research is to find out how the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) performs its function as a place for political recruitment in delivering for every member of the public who wants to occupy government positions or as party administrators by going through the stages of selection from the aspect of political recruitment. The process of writing this is by applying qualitative methods with secondary data sourced from previous research journals. Members are the most important factor in political parties, they function to market political parties to the public. In addition, cadres conduct party education to the community, and empower the community to understand the importance of politics in the life of the state. Currently, many people do not understand the role and importance of political parties in government. Meanwhile, the position and function of political parties in government is very important so that qualified and integrity cadres are needed to lead Indonesia. One of the duties and functions of DPRD members, namely members of the district DPRD, includes the obligation to absorb and collect constituent aspirations through regular working visits, accommodate and follow up on public aspirations and complaints, and provide moral and political accountability to constituents in their constituency. The research used in this study is a qualitative approach. As for what is meant by qualitative research, namely research that intends to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by research subjects holistically, and by means of descriptions in the form of words and language, in a special natural context and by utilizing various scientific methods. This research resulted that the members of the North Sumatra DPRD members of the Golongan Karya faction in fighting for the aspirations of the people were carried out by members of the parliament as the people's representatives in the legislature using several methods. The role of DPRD members is to oversee the running of government and to be a connector of people's aspirations for the government. The purpose of this study was to examine: the effect of using film as a teaching material in the learning process for 8th grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Medan. The population in this study were 8th grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Medan city. The sample in this study consisted of 9 students. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, questionnaires and documentation methods. The data analysis technique uses descriptive inferential statistical techniques which describe the collected data by means of depicting percent and using a simple regression formula to find the truth of the hypothesis, then it is concluded in a qualitative and qualitative descriptive way. The results showed that there was a positive effect on the Integrated IPS subject scores after using film media, which was indicated by an increase in semester scores after applying film media. Increasing the value of this semester will automatically increase the average value obtained by only 29.88 with a standard deviation of 6.948 and then increase to 84.40 with a standard deviation of 6.481 after using film media. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the use of film media as teaching material in learning has an effect on the learning process, especially in the field of Integrated IPS. Political ethics is not only related to the behavior of politicians, but also related to the practice of social, cultural, legal, political and economic institutions. It can be said, political ethics is related to all aspects of people's lives. The behavior of politicians is only one dimension of political ethics. Political ethics has three dimensions, namely goals, means and political action. The goal dimension prioritizes the attainment of social welfare and a peaceful life based on freedom and justice. Judging from the type of research, there is also the type of research used in this research, namely bibliography research or library research, which is research that is carried out by collecting information or making objective records that mean the object of research or collecting information that has the character of a bibliography, or analysis carried out to unravel a problem which is basically based on critical and in-depth analysis of relevant literature materials. This research results that the relationship and existence of political parties with political ethics is very urgent. The PDI PDI Perjuangan Party is determined to make itself a modern party that maintains its identity as a People's Party by sticking to the principles of sovereignty in the political field, being independent in the economic field, and having a personality in culture. Article 14 of the DPRD Rules of Procedure explains that a fraction is a grouping of DPRD members according to the configuration of political parties produced by general elections (elections). Meanwhile, the requirements for political parties have been regulated in the Political Party Law, as in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of 2008, the Political Party Law explains that, “a Political Party is established and formed by at least 50 Indonesian citizens aged 21 years with a notary deed”. This research is based on concerns about the phenomena that occur today, becoming an event that strikes our minds. Several incidents cause us to think back and relate these events to the educational process so far.This research will examine moderation and tolerance in Islamic education. So that we can know the limitations that have been stated in the Al-Quran and Al-Hadith. Because Islam has been born with hospitality, Islam is spread in a peaceful way and there is no element of coercion. This research is a literature study that aims to examine moderation and tolerance in the letter Al-Kafirun. Tolerance has existed since the time of the prophet and what is happening now is that violence or radicalism does not come from Islam, but from human understanding in dealing with differences. The purpose of this writing is to find out the progress of madrasa teachers as educators in producing the behavior habits of students who are formed in an ikhsani character in dealing with the demands of the times in the digital era. In this study the method used was a qualitative case study method, while the method of collecting information was carried out by observation, documentation and interviews. Information analysis techniques by reducing, presenting, and concluding. The objects in this study were students and teachers at MTs Al-Khairiyah Badamusalam.The results of this study indicate that the role and strategy of the madrasa teacher applied at MTs Al-Khairiyah Badamusalam Serang City is very large in familiarizing students' spiritual character, this is indicated by the good character of students, but a small number of students still have bad character. Therefore, teachers must optimize their roles and strategies in teaching and guiding students.
