Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the extent to which digital literacy influences social studies learning on the critical thinking skills of class VIII students at SMP Muhammadiyah 22 Kisaran. This research is a quantitative research with data processing in the form of numbers. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, normality test, linearity test and t-test. Based on the results of the study that obtained a tcount of -1.543 while the ttable value was at a significance level of 5% with N = 30, a ttable of 2.048 was obtained. Then the digital literacy variable has a significance level of 0.134 > 0.05, which means it is not significant. So the value of tcount < ttable is -1.543 <2.048 then Ha is rejected and H0 is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is no effect of digital literacy on social studies learning on the critical thinking skills of class VIII students at SMP Muhammadiyah 22 Kisaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komisi dan Bonus Terhadap Kinerja Agen Asuransi di PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga Cabang Setia Budi Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda dan menggunakan program SPSS 24. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan metode skala likert serta sampel sebanyak 65 Agen di PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga Cabang Setia Budi Medan (RO Al-Fatih Agency) yang telah bersertifikat AASI (Asosiasi Asuransi Syariah Indonesia). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dari perhitungan R Square sebesar 0,568 atau sebesar 56,8%. Hal tersebut memperlihatkan bahwa kinerja agen dipengaruhi oleh kedua variabel komisi dan bonus sebesar 56,8% Sisanya sebesar 43,2% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak disertakan di penelitian ini. Uji parsial (Uji t) pada penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang mempengaruhi kinerja agen asuransi di PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga Cabang Setia Budi Medan adalah variabel komisi sebesar 3.883 (X1) dan variabel bonus sebesar 3.100 (X2). Dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) juga menunjukkan bahwa Komisi dan bonus berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja agen asuransi di PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga Cabang Setia Budi Medan, dapat dilihat berdasarkan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu 0,000<0,05 dan juga diperoleh nilai F hitung>F tabel yakni 40.803>3,15.

Abstract

This aims study to determine the role of social media as a promotional media agent in increasing understanding of sharia insurance with a case study on family takaful agents in Medan city. This study uses a qualitative method that is descriptive. Then the data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observations (observations) and questionnaires with the Likert scale method with a total of 12 customer respondents who commented on social media agents who were informants in this study. The results of this study indicate that utilizing the role of social media as a promotional medium helps agents to increase understanding of sharia insurance, especially for customers. In fact, based on the results of interviews, Medan city family takaful agents argued that social media not only helps in promotion to increase understanding of sharia insurance, but can also generate new customers. Then to be able to measure the understanding of sharia insurance for family takaful customers it is measured through a questionnaire with four indicators, namely first, consumer knowledge with the results of very understanding criteria of 58.3%, understanding criteria of 33.3% and criteria of sufficient understanding of 8.3%. Second, previous or past experience with the results of very understanding criteria of 58.3%, 33.3% understanding criteria and 8.3% sufficiently understanding criteria. Then the third is information in the category of sufficient understanding of 100%. And fourth, social/environmental with sufficient understanding criteria of 100%. Abstract

One of the elements that can determine the success of an agency or organization is a leader. A leader must be able to manage school administration well so that educational goals are achieved. Leadership in profit and non-profit organizations is a spirit to turn the wheels of empowering the organization. This means that the central role in the organization is never separated from a leader to move the potential that exists within the organization. The shift in the concept of leadership paradigm in this modern age almost equates leadership with power, which can have consequences for the emergence of power malpractice that manifests corruption. As for education, as stated by Edward Sallis that the element of leadership is an important aspect of Total Quality Management in the world of education. Therefore, every leader in an educational institution, be it Elementary School or Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, must really understand their duties and responsibilities well. Leadership in the world of education is one of the things that is very urgent in advancing and improving and improving the achievements of educational institutions. So the key to the success of a school educational institution lies in the concept of complete leadership, complete leadership refers to all school components such as teachers, supervisors and administrators. The principal has an important role in directing as a leader, b ut does not appoint and strengthen the level of leadership integrity. Every educational institution has a different leadership style. Of course, the principal at SD Nurul Hasanah has his own leadership style for managing the Nuruh Hasaniah school in order to improve the quality of education. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach by directly working to monitor the leadership strategy of Nurul Hasaniah Elementary School. Abstract

This article contains the concept of development in Islamic education in the era of society 5.0. Talking about education is certainly one of the ideals of all human beings to increase their dignity as a moral human being. Through education we get a variety of knowledge consisting of social, economic, religious and so on. Education that is no less important is Islamic education, because in Islamic education we are taught how to be good human beings. In this era of society, we are supported by very adequate facilities and infrastructure, of course with the presence of gadgets that we can use to learn and teach without having to spend extra energy. With just a cellphone and internet quota, students can access all forms of education through electronic media. The presence of changing times certainly makes its own development for Islamic education. Berbicara mengenai pendidikan tentu merupakan salah satu cita-cita dari seluruh manusia untuk meningkatkan harkat dan martabat sebagai manusia bermoral. Melalui pendidikan kita mendapatkan berbagai ilmu pengetahuan yang terdiri dari sosial, ekonomi, agama dan lain sebagainya. Pendidikan yang tak kalah pentingnya adalah pendidikan Islam, karena dalam pendidikan Islam kita diajarkan bagaimana menjadi manusia yang baik. Di era society ini, kita di dukung oleh sarana dan prasarana yang sangat memadai, tentu dengan hadirnya gadget yang bisa kita manfaatkan untuk belajar dan mengajar tanpa harus mengeluarkan tenaga yang ekstra. Cukup dengan bermodal handphone dan kuota internetan, para pelajar sudah bisa mengakses segala bentuk pendidikan melalui media elektronik. Abstract

One of the essential stages in the world of education is Higher Education. UIKA Bogor is one of the private universities in Bogor City. FAI is the largest faculty in terms of the number of students at UIKA Bogor. The number of applicants is an important element in determining the size of the number of new students admitted. The purpose of this research is to find out how real the effect of the number of applicants is on the number of new students at FAI-UIKA Bogor based on data 2014/2015 to 2020/2021. The method used is simple linear regression. By using the Minitab 19 software, the results showed that the number of applicants had a significant effect on the number of new students. Every increase of 1 registrant will increase the number of new students by 0.4476. The variable number of registrants can explain 83.27% of the data diversity. Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of an encyclopedia of medicinal plants in the City of Subulussalam and the feasibility of an encyclopedia of medicinal plants in the City of Subulussalam as a source of learning material for class X plant diversity. The research method was used the Research and Development (R&D) research method with the Borg and gall development model which has been modified to 8 steps from 10 steps that should be, namely 1) Potential problems, 2) Data collection, 3) Product design, 4) Product validation, 5) Design revision, 6) Product validation, 7) Product revision, and 8) Final product with media feasibility conclusion. Based on the results of the validation analysis by material expert validators, media experts, and biology teacher, it is known that the results of material expert validation have a percentage of 97.22%, media expert validation has a percentage of 100%, and validation by biology teacher has a percentage of 98.21%, it can be concluded from the three validation results by biology lecturers and teacher that they can be categorized into very suitable criteria for use as a learning resource. In a field trial with a limited scope and a wider scope, it is known that the results of a limited scope trial have a percentage of 91%, and a wider field trial has a percentage of 96.67%, it shows that the encyclopedia of medicinal plants is very suitable to be used as a learning resource for participants educate. Abstract

One of the most important components in improving education is employees, or people who work and are paid for their work. However, employee rights are often not fulfilled properly, leading to poor performance. will greatly affect the survival of the institution in the long run. Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the aud teacher in stimulating children's language development in Kindergarten Ikhlasul 'Amal Medan. In this study, the authors found that in Ra, the teacher's role in teaching focuses on children's "Calistung", the teacher uses reading books, or fairy tale books to teach children to read and write in teaching children. This research uses a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The approach taken is literary in nature and is included in the category of approaches used in library research. The method given by the teacher in learning is a system of writing, reading, spelling. Furthermore, the children will be given the task to improve their writing and reading. Abstract

The child’s madhiyah income is past income for the child which was not paid for by the father when the father and mother were still in a marriage bond. And the maintenance of this child’s madhiyah is usually required to be paid at the time or after a divorce occurs. This study aims to determine the relevance of Roscoe Pound’s theory of legal realism in the 2019 Supreme Court Plenary Session on the maintenance of madhiyah children. The research method uses a type of library research or library research, with a qualitative approach. The result of his research is that Roscoe Pound’s legal realism thinking prioritizes practical goals. According to Pound, legal practice and its impact on society are more important than the legal texts themselves. Supreme Court Decision No. 608/K/AG/2003 concerning refusal to provide for a child’s madhiyah is considered to be injurious to the value of justice. Until finally the plenary session of the Supreme Court chamber in 2019 decided that a child’s madhiyah maintenance could be brought to court. From the results of the research above, there is a correlation between Roscoe Pound’s legal realism theory and the 2019 Supreme Court chamber plenary session regarding the maintenance of madhiyah children.
