Abstract

The rise of misinformation and lies on social media is one of the unrest that occurs in society which has a negative impact on social life, this incident is because there are still many people who are not wise when using social media to communicate with fellow citizens. The purpose of this writing is to examine the ethics of communication that can be applied by social media users in accordance with the views of the Qur'an so that these social media users get many positive impacts in their lives. writing this article using the method of literature study or library research type of text book analysis. Textbook analysis is reading a number of textbooks for reference. The books used are books on interpretation, books on communication ethics, and books on social media, plus related journals. The results of this writing are obtained in using social media must follow good procedures or rules or commonly referred to as ethics. Communication ethics that are in accordance with the teachings of the Qur'an, namely Qaulan Karima (Q.S Al-Isra verse 23), Qaulan Sadida (Q.S Al-Ahzab verse 70), Qaulan Baligha (Q.S An-Nisa verse 63), Qaulan Layyinan (Q.S Thaha verse 44), Qaulan Maysiura (Q.S Al-Isra verse 28). These communication ethics must be used by social media users so that good relations are established between fellow users and bring good and keep away from bad for its users in personal life and social life. Abstract

Tarjuman Tafsir al-Mustafid is one of the Quran interpretations written in Arab Jawi (an old Malay-style writing) which is considered as the earliest and the most complete Quran interpretation in Indonesia. This interpretation was written by Sheikh Abdur Rauf al-Singkili, during the reign of Queen Safiyatuddin. There are two views about the writing source of this interpretation, first as the translation of a Baidhawi interpretation and second as the translation of Jalalain and Al-Khazin books. The method applied in the writing of this interpretation can be analyzed from its interpretation and meaning. In term of its interpretation, this book used tahlili (analysis) as it explains the verses in sequence and their content from various aspects, while in term of its meaning it used ijmali (global) as its explanation is in accordance with the meaning of the verses it describes. Abstract

Secularism is an understanding that only prioritizes material things and separates the life of the world and the hereafter, even this understanding always fights for the right to be free from various rules of religious teachings, they believe that all decision activities which are entirely located and made by humans, are not there may be a role and interference of religion in it. Secularism is an ideology that initially developed in the Western world and then continues to spread to almost all corners of the world, including the Islamic world and Indonesia in particular. This paper examines the relationship between religion and the state from the perspective of Islamic thought. This study aims to describe how the relationship between religion and the state in the Islamic view. The method used in obtaining data is descriptive method through library research. The principle of secularism in this case is that both theism and atheism cannot be proven by experience, so that it is outside the thought of secularism. Theology provides an interpretation of an unknown world while secularism does not want this kind of world and its interpretations at all. Thus secular is the nature of releasing this world from religion. For that we need a process, and this process is called secularization. Indonesia as a pluralistic country, on the one hand has a majority Muslim population even though other religions grow and develop dynamically in this archipelago. So that in a practical order it gives birth to a secular statehood concept where Islam is not used as the main principle in structuring the life of the nation and state. Abstract

The village government is an element of government administration whose job is to serve the needs of the community. The village government has the duty and responsibility to manage the community in order to create a prosperous society. Based on Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning villages, it is stated that the village government is obliged to provide and improve services to the community and in carrying out its duties, the village government is obliged to carry out good administration and implement the principles of transparent village governance. Among the roles that must be carried out by Village Officials is serving the administrative needs of the community such as obtaining KTP, KK, Birth Certificates, resident certificates, letters of good behavior and so on. This study aims to describe and reveal village government services that occur in the Bandar Khalipah Village government office, as the main issue of how the role of the Village Government is in improving the distribution of Direct Cash Assistance services in Bandar Khalipah Village, Percut Sei Tuan sub-district, what are the obstacles faced by the Village Head in improving services at the Bandar Khalipah Village office in improving services to the community at the Bandar Khalipah Village Office, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. This research uses qualitative research and data collection is done through observation, documentation and interviews. And the results of the research and conclusions: this shows that the performance of the Bandar Khalipah Village government is quite good in terms of productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility and accountability in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations and is supported by human resources and facilities and infrastructure adequate in carrying out the task. This can be seen in terms of service to the people of Bandar Khalipah Village. This can be realized because the Bandar Khalipah Village government is very obedient to regional regulations or policies and the direction of the Village Head. Abstract

The Guidance and Counseling Instructor's Role in Supervising Private Vocational School Students at School Students' bad behavior known as truancy includes not attending school without permission, missing certain class hours, and returning home after school has begun. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the causes of truancy among students and the consequences of such behavior at school. It is common knowledge that truancy results in learning failure. The descriptive qualitative method was utilized in this study. According to the findings of the research that was carried out, the behavior of truancy is influenced by both internal and external factors like a lack of motivation and interest in learning, juvenile delinquency, and friends who like truants but don't like certain teachers or lessons. They frequently receive calls from counseling teachers as a result of truancy, and they miss lessons, which can result in lower grades or, the most serious outcome, expulsion from school. Abstract

Education as a place for students to gain knowledge with the teaching given by the teacher in order to build the personality of students so that they have good character and noble character. The teacher as a teaching provider does not only provide lessons in the classroom, but also as a character building for students to be able to have a noble attitude in the surrounding environment. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The purpose of this study is to find out and examine how the role of education plays a role in shaping student character. The results of this study indicate that the role of education is very good. This can be seen from students who have good personalities. However, there are a number of things that need to be improved, such as the activeness of the teacher in giving moral messages to students in learning. keywords: role, education, character

Abstract

Indonesia is a democratic country that considers elections to be a benchmark in democracy. One form of democracy in Indonesia, for example, is holding elections to represent the voices of the people. The existence of the KPU as an election organizer is also required to be professional, accountable and have high integrity, because it has a very important strategic value. To assist the KPU in holding general elections, JUBERJURDIL requires members of the District Election Committee (PPK). The method used in this study is to use qualitative methods by using observation, interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the Medan City KPU in compiling the registration of the sub-district election committee (PPK) for the 2024 elections has been fairly good. The General Election Commission was formed in order to assist the KPU to carry out elections in 2024 in an orderly manner. Medan City KPU invites Medan City residents to register themselves to become members of the Medan City PPK. Keywords: Performance, KPU, PPK, Election

Abstract

Clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) in household arrangements is an effort that aims to cultivate PHBS in the family scope. Basically good behavior starts from the home environment and family habits in the household. This study aims to determine the application of household PHBS in Kenangan village. The research design used cross sectional with a sample of 78 people, the sample was taken using a simple random sampling technique with an analytical survey design. The data analysis used is by using Chi Square statistical test. Based on the results of the research analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the average female respondent is a housewife so that she can carry out clean and healthy living behaviors properly. The results from respondents regarding smoking habits are quite high in the region. Almost all residents in the area are very good at implementing good and healthy homes. A good and healthy house has adequate ventilation. The results of data analysis showed that the application of exclusive breastfeeding, hand washing with soap, and smoking habits had a positive correlation with age and level of education with a p-value <0.05. Then the relationship between the characteristics of the respondents and the application of trash bins, good latrine conditions, and good housing conditions has a positive correlation with age with a p-value <0.05. It is recommended for health workers to activate health cadres in the Kenanga sub-district in Percut Sei Tuan sub-district, for the community, namely increasing individual, family and community health care by living a clean and healthy life. Abstract

Understanding, examples, and phenomenological methods are used in this study to apply the phenomenology method. which a group of people in his life consciously and individually experience. The research for this thesis aims to discover Medina's perspective on the social deviations of Islamic aqeedah. Medan MUI is of the opinion that the deviance from Islamic aqeedah is a matter that is connected to the principles underlying Islamic teachings. As a result, unity is required in aqeedah, the fundamental understanding of the faith. The touching goes against and contradicts the fundamentals of Islamic teachings that have been qath'i, such as those related to faith and others. Abstract

The Tartil method is a method in which to read the Al-Qur'an directly (without spelling) and practice the habit of reading tartil when reading the Al-Qur'an. In the ability to read the Koran it is important for Muslims to know about the laws of tajwid science such as makhrorijul letters. The purpose of this study was to find out the differences between the control class that did not use the tartil method and the experimental class that used the tartil method. This study uses a quantitative research with an experimental design model and the Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design, in this design there are two groups selected randomly.The results of the study showed an increase in students' Al-Qur'an reading ability in the control class which was taught by not using the tartile method by obtaining a difference between the pre-test and post-test results of 11.88. There is an increase in the ability to read the Qur'an in the experimental class taught using the Tartil method with a difference between the pre-test and post-test results of 18.45. There is a significant difference in the increase in Al-Qur'an reading ability in Islamic boarding schools Ta'limul Qur'an Tsani which is taught not using the tartile method and which is taught using the tartile
