Abstract

The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) in corporate data security presents both opportunities and challenges, particularly in ensuring employee compliance with security policies. This study aims to analyze the influence of corporate policies on employee adherence to AI-driven data security measures, focusing on how well-implemented policies can enhance awareness and compliance. Using a quantitative survey approach, data were collected from 200 employees working in companies that integrate AI into their security systems. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to examine the relationship between corporate policies and employee compliance, with employee perceptions of AI serving as a moderating variable. The findings reveal that clear policies and comprehensive training programs have a significant positive impact on employee compliance with data security regulations. Furthermore, employee perceptions of AI moderate this relationship, indicating that those with a more positive understanding of AI are more likely to comply with established security policies. The study concludes that AI implementation for data security must be supported by strong corporate policies, effective training systems, and clear communication between management and employees. Companies must ensure that AI adoption not only strengthens data security but also addresses ethical and privacy concerns to foster trust and compliance among employees.

Abstract

The Health Center Management Information System (SIMPUS) is a service for managing patient data starting from the registration stage, examination to patient treatment. The application of SIMPUS needs to be evaluated in order to improve the quality of health services which can be done using the PIECES and HOT-Fit approaches/methods. The PIECES method consists of six assessment indicators including performance, information, economy, control, efficiency and service. The HOT-Fit method consists of four assessment indicators including human, organization, technology and benefits. The aim of the research is to evaluate the implementation of SIMPUS using the PIECES method and the HOT-Fit method at the Limboto Community Health Center. This type of research is descriptive with quantitative methods. The population is all health workers who use the SIMPUS application at the Limboto Community Health Center, totaling 62 health workers. The number of samples is the same as the population, namely 62 people, which was obtained using exhaustive sampling techniques. The data was analyzed descriptively and then presented in the form of a frequency distribution table. The results of the research show that the evaluation of the application of SIMPUS using the PIECES method was obtained by the majority of respondents (53.2%) stating that it was not good, while the majority of respondents (64.5%) also stated that it was not good for the HOT-Fit method. It is recommended that the Limboto Community Health Center improve the quality of SIMPUS by focusing more on routine evaluations, improving HR skills, strengthening integration between applications, as well as improving infrastructure and system security.

Abstract

In today's digital era, influencer marketing has become one of the main strategies in e-commerce, including on the Shopee platform. This study aims to analyze the effect of influencer marketing strategies on consumer purchasing decisions at Shopee, with a focus on the effectiveness of Live Shopping, Product Reviews, and Discounts / Promo Codes. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive and correlational approach. Data was collected through a survey of 385 respondents who had made a purchase after seeing an influencer promotion. The results showed that the Live Shopping strategy has the greatest influence on purchasing decisions with a correlation of r = 0.82, followed by Product Review (r = 0.71) and Discount/Promo Code (r = 0.74). Influencer credibility was also found to be a key factor in influencing consumer trust, with 70% of respondents stating that they only purchase products from influencers they deem trustworthy. Regression analysis showed that the combination of influencer marketing strategies can explain 72.3% of the variation in consumer purchasing decisions (R² = 0.723). These results are in line with Source Credibility Theory, Media Interactivity Theory, and Time Constraints Theory, which explain how trust and interaction influence purchase behavior. The implications of this study suggest that brands and sellers in Shopee should be more active in utilizing influencers with high engagement as well as optimizing interactive features such as Live Shopping to increase sales conversions.

Abstract

Fraud can occur even within educational institutions (universities) and research organizations. Budget management in universities has become a primary concern for decision-makers at both the university and faculty levels. At the end of 2019, the world was struck by the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic. To control the spread of COVID-19 on campus, Universitas Tadulako implemented restrictions on campus activities, combining Work from Home (WFH) and Work from Office (WFO) arrangements within the Rectorate, Faculties, and other administrative units. Each work unit scheduled employees for on-campus activities. Teaching and examinations were conducted online, and student activities were temporarily held virtually. This study employs a survey research design, utilizing a quantitative approach with a verificative research method. The research respondents consist of leaders from each work unit who serve as budget users at Universitas Tadulako, totaling 136 work units. The findings indicate that the government’s internal control system has a significant simultaneous effect on fraud prevention at Universitas Tadulako. Specifically, the control environment significantly influences fraud prevention, risk assessment significantly impacts fraud prevention, control activities do not have a significant effect on fraud prevention, information and communication do not significantly affect fraud prevention, and monitoring has a significant impact on fraud prevention at Universitas Tadulako.

Abstract

The success of developing a da'wah strategy is supported by various factors, one of which is a da'wah strategy that hits the target. The most effective da'wah strategy used in marginalized communities is through coaching in the form of direction, mentoring and mentoring in understanding Islamic teachings, providing an understanding of the Islamic religion and its straightforward explanations based on the Qur'an and al-Hadith, establishing cooperation with religious organizations (Islam) and ulama/kyai in the context of developing da'wah through da'wah strategies, namely the al-hikmah method, the bi al-lisan method, the al-mujjadi billati hiya ahsan method and the bill-things. Marginal communities or the fringes are a group of people who are marginalized, especially from an economic aspect. This occurs as a result of the impact of development policies that are too top down (coming from government authorities) without properly considering what the lowerclass people really want and need. Not to mention the problems that exist within the lower classes of society who are unable to adapt and involve themselves in the development process. This inability is caused by education and skills factors that are far from adequate.

Abstract

This study used a qualitative type of legal research. His approach is through Normative Theological, Juridical Normative and Sociological approaches. Data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. Data processing and analysis techniques use qualitative methods. The way the wife claims her economic rights (Mut'ah, Nafkah iddah and Nafkah Madhiyah) in divorce cases in the Biak Religious Court is cumulated in divorce cases or reconvention lawsuits are filed in talaq divorce cases. Especially for Hadhanah cases, a separate child custody lawsuit can be filed. Factors that prevent the wife from being able to prosecute her optimally in the Biak Religious Court are caused by 3 things, namely: The ability of the husband because he does not work, the wife's demands are too high because the wife's lifestyle / prestige is high and there is no evidence of letters or witnesses explaining the amount of the husband's income so that the husband's income cannot be proven by the wife. The impact of the wife's unfulfilled economic rights is that the husband's arbitrariness occurs and is very detrimental to the wife in undergoing the mass of iddah because she is burdened with the necessities of life. ?
