Abstract

One of the nutritional problems in pregnant women, namely chronic energy deficiency. The lack of regular energy is the condition of pregnant women who suffer from the lack of long-lasting food (chronic) with various health disorders. Pregnant women should be pregnant to fulfill nutritional intake not to occur chronic energy deficiency (this study's purpose is the relationship between knowledge and dietary habit with chronic energy deficiency incidence in pregnant women in the Talise Public Health Center. The type of analytical research surveys using a cross-sectional approach. This research has been implemented in the puuskesmas Talise city in Palu from June until Juli 2020. The results showed that of the two independent variables, they were not related to chronic energy deficiency. The results of statistical tests for knowledge P-value = 0.775, dietary pattern P-value = 0.463. In this study, conclusions are expected to provide healthcare workers with more attention to the healthy food consumption fan that healthy during pregnancy and conduct self-examination to prevent pregnant women at risk of a shortage of chronic energy deficiency. It is recommended that mothers keep looking for information about mothers' nutritional value during pregnancy and consume food and beverages that are of adequate nutritional needs during the inevitable hamilager of less chronic energy during pregnancy.

Abstract

Audiovisual media are media for information delivery with audio (sound) characteristics and visual  (picture. By selecting audiovisual media of health counseling, these media offer interesting counseling in which audiovisual media can facilitate information delivery or message from communicator to communicant. This research aims to determine the effect of audiovisual media on the science and behavior of malnutrition of an infant's mother at Desa Guntarano Tanantovea district of Donggala Regency. This quantitative research population is 35 people when all population members are used as a sample. Sample selection used the Non-Probability Sampling technique. Data analysis used simple linear regression with value α= 5%. Research findings show a significant effect between audiovisual media toward science and behavior of malnutrition of infant's mother with sig score 0,000 and 0,000 (Sig<0,05). It is suggested for mothers to be more active in seeking information about prevention so that infant's mother's malnutrition does not happen.

Abstract

The research problem is children's ability to recognize color has not developed as expected.  This aims to improve children's ability to recognize colors through painting. Subjects and research setting are 20 children of group B at TK Satu at Bulubete, consisting of 10 boys and ten girls registered in the 2019/2020 school year. This research uses Kemmis and Mc. Taggart design was carried out in cycles. The data collection technique is observation, assignment, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively. In pre-action data, the ability to mention color, BSH category is 10%, MB 15%, and BB 75%. The ability to show color, BSH category 10%, MB 20%, and BB 70%. The ability to group colors, category BSB 5%, BSH 15%, MB 15%, and BB 65%. After using the painting method, the child's ability to recognize color has increased from cycle I to cycle II. The BSB, BSH, and MB categories' ability to name color from 60% to 85% (25%). The ability to show the BSB, BSH, and MB categories colors from 55% to 85% (30%). The BSB, BSH, and MB categories' ability to group colors from 65% to 85% (20%). There is an increase in children's ability to recognize color from cycle I to cycle II with an average of 25% in the BSB, BSH, and MB categories and 15% of children in the BB category. The results of this research prove that the painting method can improve children's ability to recognize color in group B TK Satu Atap Bulubete.

Abstract

This study aims to describe/describe: 1) the role of LKP Yelfi Salon in empowering the people of Kampal Village 2) knowing the empowerment process that LKP Yelfi Salon has carried out of Kampal Village. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were all of LKP Yelfi Salon's management, totaling seven people consisting of 4 administrators and three instructors. This research was conducted from April to May 2020. The data collection techniques used were: 1) interviews, 2) observation, and 3) documentation. While the research instruments used were interview guidelines, observation sheets, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation, and verification of conclusions, data sources. Triangulation is carried out to explain the validity of the data using sources. The results showed that the empowerment to improve the standard of living and community skills carried out by LKP Yelfi Salon through hair beauty course activities was carried out well. In its implementation, through an approach to the community, showing problems, providing problem-solving, showing the importance of change, implementing empowerment, until the assistance supplied by LKP Yelfi Salon can help the organization to rise and improve their standard of living and their families, and make the community able to live independently. Communities are also formed to be more aware of the surrounding environment. They can take advantage of the opportunities around them while continuing to hone the skills they already have.

Abstract

PT. Pertamina (Persero) Fuel Terminal Donggala as a communicator provides understanding and understanding to the community in the company environment showing its existence or presence as part of the community in the Donggala area to grow and develop in line with the development of PT. Pertamina (Persero) Fuel Terminal Donggala. PT. Pertamina (Persero) Fuel Terminal Donggala has a goal to affect corporate social responsibility (CSR) recipients positively. The research objective was to identify and analyze the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of PT. Pertamina Fuel Terminal Donggala. The results showed that the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program at PT. Pertamina Fuel Terminal Donggala runs optimally by the PT. Pertamina focuses on four pillars, namely green Pertamina, intelligent Pertamina, independent Pertamina, and healthy Pertamina.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the implementation of natural disaster tackling in Kota Palu by analyzing job performance at the Office of the local disaster tackling institute of Kota Palu. To measure the Office's job performance of the local catastrophe tackling institute of Kota Palu, some suitable aspects are used, namely productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. Research findings show that those aspects are expected to become measuring the standard of valuation of job perfomance of the organization of the local disaster tackling institute of Kota Palu.

Abstract

Research objectives are to examine and analyze the effects of: (1) Integrated marketing communication on image (2) Integrated marketing communication on satisfaction (3) Marketing communication on hotel guest loyalty, (4) Image on loyalty, (5) Satisfaction with loyalty, (6) ) Integrated marketing communication towards loyalty through image, (7) Integrated marketing communication towards loyalty through satisfaction. This research was conducted at a 4-star hotel in Makassar City. The population of this research is hotel guests. The sample is 234 respondents. The research data were analyzed using a structural equation modeling (SEM) program. The results showed that: (1) Integrated marketing communication has a significant influence onThis image shows that marketing communication that is applied directly can improve image (2) Integrated marketing communication has a significant effect on satisfaction, this shows that the higher the integrated marketing communication, the satisfaction will increase as well (3) Integrated marketing communication has a significant effect on loyalty, This shows that there is a good integrated marketing communication that will make hotel guests loyal (4) Image has a significant effect on satisfaction, this shows that image can directly create satisfaction (5) Satisfaction has a significant effect on loyalty, this shows that direct satisfaction can create loyalty (6) Integrated marketing communication has an indirect and significant effect on loyalty through images, this shows that integrated marketing communication can increase loyalty through images. (7) Integrated marketing communication has an indirect and significant effect on loyalty through satisfaction, this shows the higher the integrated marketing communication implemented by the hotel.will create hotel guest loyalty through satisfaction.

Abstract

The results of the management analysis show that the School Operational Assistance funds received by SMK Bina Potential Palu in 2016 amounted to Rp. 278,250,000, while the realization of the use of BOS funds was Rp. 278,250,000, this implies that the use of BOS funds at SMK Bina Potential Palu has been realized optimally and effectively. However, based on research, shows that there are several components whose use is outside the budget plan prepared by the school. So there are some components that experience minus their use. According to information obtained from SMK Bina Potential Palu, the delay in distributing BOS funds became an obstacle in meeting school operational needs, so schools had to use funds collected from student tuition fees.

Abstract

Chayote (Sechium module) is a type of vegetable that can be used for various types of food. It is not native to Indonesia but comes from Thailand. It has a fairly complete nutritional content and is also low in purine content. Besides it can be processed as a vegetable, it can also be processed as biscuits. The results of the laboratory test analysis of the content: uric acid level on rats average before intervention (3.84 mg/dL), and mean uric acid level in the day the 8 of intervention (3.26 mg / dL). Differences in treatment levels: before and after the 8th day (p-value = 0.110). This research was conducted at the Laboratory of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, University of Tadulako. This type of research is a laboratory experimental research using paired t-test statistical tests based on the analysis of uric acid levels in rats (Rattus norvegicus) in 2 interventions (treatments). It is expected that the public will make more use of the chayote (Sechium edule) because there are many nutritional contents in chayote which are very beneficial for the health of the body, especially for gout sufferers.

Abstract

According to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 44 of 2009, Hospital is a health service institution that organizes complete individual health services that provide inpatient and emergency services. This research aims to determine the effect of the inpatient services quality at Anutapura Hospital on patients satisfaction. This is quantitative research with a cross-sectional study design. The sampling was conducted by using the proportional method to 68 inpatients of Anutapura Hospital, Palu. The analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that the variables that have a positive and insignificant effect on patient satisfaction are physical evidence variable with a coefficient value of 0,057 and a sig value of 0,731> 0,05, a reliability variable with a coefficient value of 0,216 and a sig value of 0,119> 0,05, responsiveness with a coefficient value of 0,295 and a sig value of 0,100> 0,05, a guarantee with a coefficient value of 0,279 and a sig value of 0,099> 0,05, and attention with a coefficient value of 0,404 and a sig value of 0,096> 0,05. This research suggests that the agency should be able to improve services in terms of room provision, service support equipment such as seats for the patient's family who visit and can consider the needs of the community who come for treatment.
