Abstract

Abstract Public services are an important part to consider in the development of autonomy because in addition to being in accordance with the basic reforms in the field of government, as well as directly related to the welfare of the community, service to the community has become the main objective in the implementation of public administration. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the public's perception of enjoying health services, then this type of research is a quantitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. In determining the population and samples, the quota sampling technique was used by determining the number of respondents based on the quota sample set as many as 30 people who were taken by accident. The results of the research are that the current health service at the Lambu Health Center is basically a national task that is the responsibility of the government, both at the central, regional and sub-district levels to the village/village. In order to carry out the function of health services to the community at the sub-district level, health workers at the Lambu Health Center have done well. Furthermore, the conclusion is the public perception of health services at the community health center in the Lambu sub-district based on the answers from respondents who answered very well 30.00% then respondents who answered well 65.00% then respondents who answered quite well 5.00% and respondents who answered no good 0.00%. Related to services, of course, it has advantages and disadvantages which lie in the willingness to provide assistance to the community without being asked to be corrected, even though the weaknesses referred to are not solely based on health workers. Abstract

This study aims determine to the effect of the control system on company's performance at PT Global Jet Express Surabaya and the influence internal control on the performance of the Global Jet Express Surabaya company and the influence of the management control system and internal control on the company's performance at PT Global Jet Express Surabaya. This study is a kind of descriptive study, and there is a quantitative study. PT. Global Jet Express South Surabaya has approximately 155 employees. A sample of this study was an employee of Global Jet Express, an office in southern Surabaya. NS. A total of 35 people in the accounting department, staff working in the budget area, and the department. In this study, we used a targeted sampling technique, that is, a method of determining samples from a specific point of view. Data collection method by questionnaire. The data analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results data analysis, we can conclude that there is a significant positive impact between the control systems on the performance of PT Global Jet Express Surabaya. There is a positive and significant impact between the internal control over Global Jet Express Surabaya's performance and the joint positive and significant impact between the management control system and internal control over PT Global Jet Express Surabaya's performance.

Abstract

This study describes analysis for implementing multigrade teaching policies at the primary school level in Probolinggo district, East Java Province. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of teacher shortages in remote areas due to difficult geographical conditions in Probolinggo district. So that the multigrade teaching policy is taken as a solution in overcoming the shortage of teachers. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The case study approach is carried out considering that the multigrade teaching policy is only carried out in certain areas that have special conditions. The research is conducted in Probolinggo district, East Java province. The results show that the multigrade teaching method is considered appropriate to solve the problem of teacher shortages in Probolinggo district. However, improvements are still needed in the implementation of policies and management

Abstract

This study aims to describe whether the reporting and calculation of PT. Tasindo Jaya Utama is in compliance with the Income Tax Law No.36 of 2008. The data studied were the results of interviews from PT. Tasindo Jaya Utama is related to income tax. Data collection techniques used are: field research, documentation, observation, interviews. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The data source used in this study is primary data. The result of this research is a comparison of the tax calculations from PT. Tasindo Jaya Utama with the author's calculations referring to the Law no. 36 of 2008, there is no difference in the income tax article payable and for tax deposits and reporting of PT. Tasindo uses Annual SPT and SSP, deposits and reports are made before the tax due date. PT. Tasindo Jaya Utama has made a deposit reporting and calculation in accordance with Law no. 36 of 2008.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the relationship between marketing communication strategy of Brodo footwear on Instagram and willingness to buy of students in (STIE Pemuda). Using stratified proportional and purposive sampling techniques, the sample of this research is 95 students of STIE pemuda attended in year 202 and 2013. Data collecting is done by using two techniques, library research and field research. Data collecting is done by distributing questionaires consist of 20 closed-ended questions. Data analysis is done by using single and cross table analysis as well as hypothesis test using Spearman (Spearman's Rho Rank- Order Correlation) formula. The result shows that there is a certain and low relationship between marketing strategy of Brodo Footwear and the willingness to buy among students of (STIE Pemuda).

Abstract

Environmental Accounting is the policy of incorporating environmental costs into the business practices of companies or government agencies. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a transparent and ethical behavior that supports the welfare of the community and the environment, which is integrated or applied through social activities within the organization. This research was conducted at PT. Garam (Persero) Kalianget by using Karanganyar village as one of the clarification villages as recipients and managers of CSR provided by PT. Garam (Persero) Kalianget. The results showed the application of environmental accounting at PT. Garam (Persero) Kalianget. good and optimal, this can be seen from the results of the analysis carried out by researchers using 4 aspects of environmental accounting that have been carried out well and also in the disclosure of realized costs is very transparent. For waste management, PT. Garam (Persero) Kalianget has met the feasibility standard.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis pengaruh digital marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian di Alfamart dan Indomaret. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Kuantitatif. Variabel penelitan yang digunakan berupa variabel bebas atau independen dan variabel terikat atau dependen yaitu digital marketing dan keputusan pembelian. Sampel dalam penelitian meliputi seluruh konsumen pada Alfamart dan Indomaret yang berada di Pulau Jawa dengan memiliki kriteria-kriteria tertentu. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer yang digunakan diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner dengan 100 responden dan diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 22 dan data sekunder diperoleh dari laporan tahunan perusahaan alfamart dan indomaret. Data yang diperoleh dianalisa menggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Normalitas, Uji Heterosedastisitas, Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana, Uji T (parsial) dan Uji koefisien determinan dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan dalam strategi digital marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian di Alfamart dan Indomaret.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the development of research on employee training and performance. This type of research uses a qualitative approach where the source of data is used in this study is secondary data. Secondary data is data obtained in the form of documents and written reading materials that have a close relationship with the problems discussed. Meanwhile, in the data collection method, the author uses library research or literature studies. The sample of this research is articles published in 12 nationally accredited journals for 8 years of observation from 2013 to 2020. The sample used is 14 articles that discuss employee training and performance. This study classifies articles based on the dependent, independent, and moderating variables. The most researched topic is from the dependent variable is employee performance, the most studied independent variable is training. The results of this study are the independent variable training dominates this training by 27 percent, and the dependent variable in this study that dominates the employee performance by 56 percent.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze ways that can be done in increasing the participation of student cooperative members during the covid-19 pandemic. The impact if the issue of low member participation is not immediately resolved, namely a) the business made by student cooperatives will not develop; b) business made by student cooperatives will be unable to compete with other businesses; c) members will take an exit decision, namely leaving the cooperative because of dissatisfaction with the membership benefits received. This research is a qualitative with a case study method at the Student Cooperative of Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that increasing the participation of student cooperative members during the covid-19 pandemic can be done by: 1) providing cooperative insights to student cooperative administrators regarding the concept of marketing management in cooperatives; 2) improve the quality of marketing services in student cooperatives and 3) improve marketing weaknesses in student cooperatives through cooperative marketing strategies.
