<![CDATA[The research aims to find out how the effect of the rental price on the rental volume in the Gunawangsa Apartment. The data examined is in the form of the Gunawangsa Apartment occupancy report for the period 2019 to 2020. The method that researchers use is quantitative method using secondary data. The data analysis used is a simple linear regression analysis using one independent variable namely the rental price and one dependent variable namely the rental volume. Data collection techniques using documentary techniques. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect between the rental price on the rental volume but has a negative linier pattern. the results of a simple linier regression analysis with Y = 87.627 – 5.38000000X showing a negative linear pattern, meaning that lower rental prices can increase rental volume and vice versa.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to explain the effect of selling price and sales volume on the sales of Toko Jaya Aik, either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative research with a causal approach. The Toko Jaya Accounting Report 2018-2019 with a 2-month sample was used as a research taxi. Data was collected by means of internet literature research and literature research observations. Multiple linear regression analysis, F test, and T test were used for data analysis in this study. The results showed that the selling price had a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously on Toko Jaya's bottom line. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keterampilan gerak dasar one foot balace (X) dengan keterampilan dasar menendang (Y) siswa SMA di Kota Bandung pada masa pandemic covid – 19. Populasi dan sampel dilakukan terhadap 138 siswa SMA di Kota Bandung kelas X yang berusia 15-16 tahun. Data di observasi dengan instrumen yang dikembangkan oleh Gallahue. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis korelasi dengan hasil nilai korelasi antara one foot balance dan keterampilan menendang yaitu 0,80 yang dimana hasil tersebut membuktikan bahwa keterampilan gerak dasar one foot balance memiliki hubungan yang kuat atau positif dengan keterampilan gerak dasar menendang. Ketika siswa melakukan gerakan one foot balance dengan baik maka keterampilan menendang akan semakin bagus. Untuk itu latihan kesimbangan berdiri satu kaki sangatlah diperlukan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan menendang siswa. ]]>

<![CDATA[Background Problems: Recognising the pivotal role of holistic development and positive youth development in empowering young individuals, physical education emerges as a crucial component for fostering comprehensive growth in children. Research Objectives: This study seeks to provide valuable insights to enhance the implementation of physical education programmes in schools, aiming to facilitate positive growth among teenagers in both physical and psychosocial dimensions. Methods: Employing a play-teach-play (PTP) treatment, this research engaged students from Public Junior High School in Sidamulih. The study population comprised four classes of class VIII students, totaling 94 participants. The students were divided into two groups: Class VIII B (experimental group, n = 23) and Class VIII D (control group, n = 23). These groups were given the PTP treatment, and the independent sample t-test was used to compare changes in Positive Youth Development (PYD) between the two groups at the statistical level. Findings/Results: The study revealed a significant difference in PYD growth between teenagers participating in the play-teach-play programme and the control group. These results underscored the efficacy of the PTP strategy in promoting healthy teenage development within the realm of physical education. Conclusion: This research provides compelling evidence supporting the effectiveness of the play-teach-play (PTP) approach in fostering positive youth development (PYD) during adolescence. The data emphasises the impactful role of student-centred learning methods in adolescent development. The study's findings underscore the importance of incorporating such approaches into instructional strategies to empower students to achieve their academic potential fully. This contributes significantly to the evolving body of knowledge and practices in the field of education.]]>

<![CDATA[The most successful teams are teams that can play efficiently and perform well. Performance is essential in sports, whether individual or group because all players with good performance will bring their team as winners. This study aimed to determine the performance of players who participated in the Indonesian Basketball League. The research method used is a descriptive correlation. The study was conducted on all teams participating in the 2017 Indonesian Basketball League. The instrument used to measure performance uses software from Fibalivestats. All data were processed using SPSS 20 for windows. The results of data processing show that the results of calculating the effectiveness of players who have excellent effectiveness from all games with a total of 182 from the Pelita Jaya team, the results of the calculation of effectiveness are based on positions which are divided into five positions, Point Guard positions total effectiveness 149 from the Jakarta Aspac team, Shotting Guard positions The total effectiveness of the Pelita Jaya team is 156, the Small Forward position has a total effectiveness of 176 from the Satria Muda team, the Power Forward position has total effectiveness of 116 from the Aspac Jakarta team. The Center position has total effectiveness of 182 from Pelita Jaya. The result of the highest team efficiency is the Pelita Jaya Jakarta team, with a total efficiency of 1218 and 1330 points. The results of this study show a significant relationship between player performance and team achievement.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tanggapan peserta didik terhadap LKPD yang berbasis etnomatematika dalam pembelajaran matematika pada topik bangun ruang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, yang bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kepraktisan LKPD berbasis etnomatematika. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Sedayu dengan sampel penelitian ini adalah 16 peserta didik kelas VIID dan 32 peserta didik kelas VIIE SMP Negeri 1 Sedayu. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu LKPD berbasis Etnomatematika dan lembar angket respon peserta didik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan model Miles & Huberman. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kepraktisan, LKPD berbasis Etnomatematika dikatakan praktis ketika rata-rata dari skor penilaian memenuhi kriteria dengan minimal praktis. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan LKPD berbasis Etnomatematika yang memuat indikator kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada materi bangun ruang pada uji coba skala kecil menunjukkan kriteria sangat praktis dengan skor rata-rata 75,18, kemudian pada uji coba skala besar dikatakan sangat praktis berdasarkan rata-rata 74,25. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan LKPD berbasis Etnomatematika untuk materi bangun ruang efektif dalam konteks pembelajaran matematika. Kata Kunci: LKPD, etnomatematika]]>

<![CDATA[Body shaming, terutama terhadap perempuan di Indonesia dengan standar kecantikan yang tidak realistis, berdampak negatif pada kesehatan fisik dan mental. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana keberagaman karakter dalam buku ilustrasi dapat mengatasi body shaming. Metode penelitian mencakup wawancara, observasi, dan studi literatur. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa desain karakter yang relatable dan penggunaan warna, gaya semi-realis, serta teknik digital painting dalam buku ilustrasi dapat menyampaikan pesan dengan efektif dan membantu pembaca mengatasi dampak body shaming. Media visual, terutama buku ilustrasi, berperan penting dalam mendukung penerimaan diri dan mencintai diri sendiri. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan desain karakter untuk mengatasi body shaming.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh belum adanya wadah informasi sekolah TK Aisyiyah 76 yang lengkap dan dapat diakses melalui internet. Perancangan desain website dibuat sebagai upaya untuk menciptakan wadah informasi utama yang detail dan dapat diakses melalui internet dari TK Aisyiyah 76. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah perancangan desain atau UI/UX website TK Aisyiyah 76. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan teori metode Design Thinking sebagai alat untuk menganalisis data penelitian. Pengumpulan data diakukan melalui kegiatan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dengan memberikan gambaran instansi, menentukan media komunikasi visual dan data komputer, serta analisis SWOT (Strenghts, Weakness, Opportunities, dan Threats). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa membuat desain atau UI/UX website TK Aisyiyah 76 sebagai media utama untuk wadah informasi sekolah yang lengkap dan dapat diakses melalui internet. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aspek biomekanika yang mendasari teknik topspin dalam tenis meja melalui pendekatan tinjauan literatur naratif. Teknik topspin merupakan keterampilan penting yang meningkatkan akurasi, kecepatan, dan kontrol arah bola, memberikan keunggulan kompetitif bagi pemain. Kajian ini mengulas mekanisme gerakan, sudut pergelangan tangan, distribusi beban tubuh, serta koordinasi antar anggota tubuh yang memengaruhi transfer energi dan efisiensi pukulan. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor biomekanis utama, seperti pola gerakan, pemanfaatan momentum, dan keterampilan pemain yang memengaruhi performa teknik topspin. Selain itu, kajian ini menekankan pentingnya pelatihan berbasis biomekanika untuk meningkatkan kualitas pukulan sekaligus mengurangi risiko cedera. Penggunaan teknologi analisis video juga diusulkan sebagai alat bantu bagi pelatih dan pemain untuk mengoptimalkan teknik berdasarkan data objektif. Hasil tinjauan ini memberikan wawasan yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam pengembangan program pelatihan yang lebih terstruktur dan berbasis ilmiah, yang diharapkan dapat mendukung peningkatan performa atlet tenis meja secara berkelanjutan.]]>

<![CDATA[Football is one of the most popular sports for people all over the world. In a football game, there are several basic techniques that must be mastered by the players, one of which is shooting technique. This study aims to draw conclusions regarding the most effective biomechanical techniques of shooting in football, as well as provide recommendations for training and improving football players techniques. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review type method. Data processing in this study was carried out by means of selection and content analysis and data analysis techniques using thematic analysis. The data obtained from previous research was analyzed based on the main themes relevant to the biomechanics of movement in football shooting techniques. Based on the results of the study, several factors were found to influence the biomechanics of shooting techniques in soccer, including the angle of inclination of the kick, knee angle, foot structure, anaerobic fatigue, forward swing length, and muscle explosiveness. And one form of training program that can be used to improve shooting results is circuit training.]]>
