Abstract

This study aims to find out the satisfaction of dental clinic patients at Padang Luar Community Health Center and IV Koto Community Health Center, then compare satisfaction.. This research uses five dimensions of satisfaction, reliability, empathy, tangible, assurance and responsiveness, with comparative descriptive research, analyzing and comparing the satisfaction of dental clinic patients at the Community Health Center. In Padang Luar and IV Koto. The population of this study are patients from the two health centers. The data collecting applies questionnaires.The respondent are the patients of dental clinic. Data processing by SPSS 25. Based on linear regression, it shows that the dimensions of empathy and tangibles have a significant positive influence (<0.05), while the dimensions of reliability, assurance and responsiveness does not have a significant effect (>0.05) on patient satisfaction at the Padang Luar Health Center dental clinic. Patient satisfaction at the IV Koto Health Center dental clinic actually shows different results. The dimensions that have a significant influence (<0.05) are reliability, tangible, and assurance, while empathy and responsiveness do not have a significant influence (>0.05 ). The results of the comparison of dental clinic patient satisfaction at the two health centers using the Mann Whitney test method showed that there were no significant differences.

Abstract

This study discusses the Air Traffic Controller dictionary where this dictionary will discuss all the initials that have developed in the world of air police, which so far all information about the rules in regulating flights is only in written form (Manual Dictionary). The purpose of this study is to help air transportation speed directors recall some of the existing definitions in the world of aviation, so that it is hoped that there will be no more misunderstandings between pilots and air transportation speed controllers. The method used by the author is the waterfall method, where the flow is Analysis, Design, Implementation and testing. The Unified Modeling Language design will help readers understand this research. The results of this study illustrate that the application can run on an Android mobile device.

Abstract

This research departs from the phenomenon of pricing carried out by the fauzi collection shop in Sintang which sets a selling price of 35 thousand. This shop is experiencing very rapid development. The existence of this shop has a very good impact so that it can be felt by the middle to lower economic community. Thus, this journal has a research focus, namely: (1) How is the mechanism for determining the selling price at the Sintag collection fauzi shop? (2) How is the Islamic economic review of the mechanism for determining the selling price? (3) What is the impact of setting the selling price. This research uses a qualitative descriptive analytical approach and type of field study research. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis includes data reduction, data display, and verification / conclusion drawing. The results of the discussion show that the mechanism for determining the selling price at the all-round shop 35 fauzi collection Sintang is based on capital, employee wages, rental space, electricity costs, and distribution costs. In setting prices, there are six procedures carried out by the all-round shop 35 fauzi collection Sintang, namely choosing objectives in pricing, determining demand, estimating costs, analyzing costs, prices and competitor offers, choosing pricing methods, setting the final price. The type of strategy used is competition based pricing / competitive pricing strategy. The Islamic economic review of the selling price setting mechanism carried out by the owner of the all-round shop 35 fauzi collection Sintang is in accordance with Islamic economics, prices do not harm sellers and buyers. The price is in accordance with the benefits of the goods provided. The impact of pricing carried out by the owner of the all-round shop 35 fauzi collection Sintang is a positive impact that can be felt by the middle to lower class people.

Abstract

Education is an essential part of an individual's life, and a significant initiative is the freedom of learning independent campus program. This government policy grants students the freedom to study outside their major for three semesters. However, this freedom has led to various issues, causing stress among participating students. One factor that can help address this stress is academic self-efficacy. This study aims to investigate the relationship between academic self-efficacy and stress levels among students in the among students participating in the freedom of learning independent campus. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a negative relationship between academic self-efficacy and stress levels. The study involves 156 students participating in the program. Data collection used an academic self-efficacy scale and a stress level scale. The data analysis technique used is the Pearson correlation. Based on the data analysis, the correlation coefficient (rxy) = -0.609 (p < 0.05) was obtained. The results indicate a negative relationship between academic self-efficacy and stress levels. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2), it is found that academic self-efficacy contributes 37.1% to stress levels. Meanwhile, 62.9% of the factors influencing stress levels in students are due to other factors

Abstract

Strategi dakwah adalah teknik-teknik tertentu yang digunakan untuk mencapai sasaran dakwah secara efektif dengan tujuan mencapai hasil yang optimal. Sedangkan, Public Relations merupakan suatu rangkaian kegiatan yang diorganisasikan sebagai suatu rangkaian program terpadu, dan semuanya berlangsung secara teratur yang bertujuan untuk menanamkan dan memperoleh citra yang positif, kepercayaan, dan penghargaan dari publik internal maupun eksternal. Citra positif merupakan salah satu yang terpenting bagi eksistensi sebuah organisasi. Adapun strategi dakwah melalui public relations untuk mempertahankan citra positif di Masyarakat merujuk pada rencana dan metode untuk menyebarkan ajaran Islam secara efektif. Tujuan dari strategi ini adalah untuk mengedukasi, memotivasi, dan menginspirasi orang dalam memahami dan mengikuti ajaran agama dengan cara yang relevan dan menarik. Dengan demikian , Bagaimana strategi dakwah Public relation dalam mempertahankan citra positif di Masyarakat?. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategies and challenges associated with using the digital platform for da'wah media to effectively reach Generation Z (Gen Z). The study adopts a qualitative approach and employs a literature review methodology. Primary sources used in this study include scholarly journals, books, and relevant social media platforms that cater to the interests and preferences of Gen Z. The collected data is analyzed by identifying emerging trends, strategies, and challenges in utilizing digital da'wah media for Gen Z. The findings reveal that Gen Z possesses distinctive characteristics in terms of accessing and consuming information, displaying a preference for visual, interactive, and easily accessible content through mobile devices. Consequently, an effective digital da'wah strategy for Gen Z should take these characteristics into account by focusing on content that is engaging, creative, and aligned with their interests. Challenges encountered in utilizing the digital platform for da'wah media among Gen Z include competing with entertainment content, a lack of digital literacy, and the potential dissemination of inaccurate information. This study offers recommendations for preachers and da'wah institutions in order to effectively and responsibly utilize digital platform media to reach Gen Z. These recommendations include the development of captivating and appealing content, the utilization of appropriate social media platforms, and the promotion of digital literacy among preachers.

Abstract

Generation z is a generation that is familiar with technology and popular culture, including k-pop. This is an opportunity for da'wah to reach this generation in preserving Islamic values in a creative and interesting way. One of them is using k-pop content. The role of da'wah has an important role in the spread of Islam Rahmatan lil'Alamin, especially for young people of generation Z. The spread of da'wah on social media by utilizing k-pop content is quite interesting to study. The formulation of the problem is: (1) what is the role of k-pop da'wah content in generation Z. (2) how does generation Z respond after seeing k-pop da'wah content posts. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative research with a netnography approach. The analysis used in analyzing the problems in this study is thematic analysis and content analysis to find out virtual interactions with some followers of generation Z or even other account users (no followers) and how generation Z responds after seeing k-pop da'wah content posts. The results of this study show that da'wah through k-pop content is not only carried out conventionally but can be done through various media. This shows that da'wah through k-pop content is effective in attracting the attention of generation Z in a way that is easy to understand and remember. So that some followers or other account users can strengthen their beliefs, form a good character, and live a life in accordance with the guidance of Islam spread through k-pop content.

Abstract

Da'wah is very important to create a harmonious, peaceful, and of course in accordance with Islamic teachings. Da'wah messages and means are important components of the da'wah process. All materials derived from the Qur'an and Al-Hadith, which serve as the main source and guide of Islamic religious teachings, are included in the da'wah message. Young preachers among teenagers make innovations by preaching through the TikTok application and as a target is Generation Z by presenting interesting da'wah themes related to the problems faced by teenagers. There are several problems that can be formulated from the explanation of how the message of da'wah aqidah, morals, and shari'ah is. This study conducts descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The purpose of the descriptive qualitative approach is to describe the video content on the tiktok accounts of young preachers. With the characteristics and traits of generation z that are more open to differences and more accepting of diversity, making generation.

Abstract

This review examines the existing literature on performance management and its impact on improving organisational productivity. Various studies show that the implementation of an effective performance management system has a significant influence on employee motivation and performance, which in turn increases organisational productivity. Important elements of effective performance management include clear goal setting, regular monitoring, constructive feedback, and rewards and incentives. In addition, employee involvement in the performance management process was also cited as an important factor in increasing their sense of belonging and commitment to the job. The review also highlighted the role of effective leadership and the utilisation of technology as important elements in successful performance management implementation. The results of this literature review suggest that a holistic approach that includes all these elements can significantly improve organisational productivity.

Abstract

Inovasi merupakan faktor kunci dalam pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan startup, terutama dengan semakin meningkatnya peran teknologi dalam strategi inovasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) untuk menganalisis 32 artikel ilmiah yang membahas tren inovasi, faktor pendorong, dan dampaknya terhadap startup. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa startup semakin beralih ke transformasi digital, dengan pemanfaatan teknologi seperti AI, IoT, dan blockchain dalam pengembangan produk dan model bisnis. Faktor internal seperti kapabilitas tim, budaya inovasi, dan manajemen pengetahuan berperan penting dalam inovasi, sementara faktor eksternal seperti kolaborasi dengan ekosistem startup, regulasi pemerintah, dan akses terhadap modal turut mempercepat adopsi inovasi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa startup yang berhasil mengintegrasikan inovasi berbasis teknologi dan strategi bisnis berbasis platform memiliki keunggulan kompetitif dan peluang pertumbuhan yang lebih tinggi. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan regulasi di negara berkembang yang dapat menghambat inovasi startup. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan kebijakan yang lebih mendukung inovasi serta eksplorasi lebih lanjut tentang strategi inovasi berbasis teknologi untuk keberlanjutan startup di berbagai sektor industri.
