Abstract

The problem of cavities is still a lot of complaints by both children and adults and cannot be allowed to be severe because it will affect the quality of life where they will experience pain, discomfort, disability, acute and chronic infections, eating and sleeping disorders and have a high risk of being treated. in the hospital, which causes high medical costs, disruption of daily activities and reduced learning time at school. . The method used in this study is a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research instrument used was a questionnaire in the form of a google form link, the sample in this study used an accidental sampling technique totaling 100 respondents with an age range of 6-12 years, and data analysis using the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study were based on the Wilcoxon test results obtained p-Value 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted, which means that there is an effect of dental health education on knowledge and dental care behavior.

Abstract

Adolescence or adolescence is the time of rapid changes in terms of physical, cognitive and psychosocial or behavioral growth. Some problems also occur in teenagers, one of which is on the health of the reproductions. Objectives: The purpose of this research is to know the influence of knowledge on the behavior of maintaining the hygiene of the external genitalia organ in the students of Sman 12 Tangerang regency. Method: The method used is The method used is quantitative. The research design used in this study is a correlation description. The design that researchers use is cross sectional. The research design used in this study is a correlation description. The design that researchers use is cross sectional. The population in this study was 76 students of SMAN 12 Kabupaten Tangerang. Sampling techniques use Total sampling. Results: The majority of 17-year-old respondents were 29 students (38.2%), the majority of whom were in class XII with 36 students (51.3%). Most of the respondents had a good level of knowledge in maintaining the cleanliness of the genetalia as much as 39 respondents (51.3%). While on the behavior in maintaining the hygiene of the organ portion of Genetalia A majority of respondents has a good behaviour of 45 respondents (59.2%). The results of the chi-square statistical test were obtained that the P-value value was 0.040 which means that the < 0.05 conclusions: There is a significant relationship between the students ' knowledge with the behavior of maintaining the hygiene of the external genitalia organ. In addition, the results of the calibration test were obtained that the value of the calibration of 0.263 can be interpreted as a medium relationship. It is expected from teenagers maintain the hygiene and health of genital organs especially external parts.

Abstract

This study entitled "The Effect of Economic Growth and Total Population on the Level of Open Unemployment in the City of Mataram". In this study, the researcher tried to analyze how the influence of the variables of economic growth and population on the level of unemployment in Mataram City. This type of research is quantitative research, namely research that aims to determine the effect of independent variables in the form of economic growth variables and population on the level of unemployment in Mataram City from 2012-2019. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software, it can be obtained partial and simultaneous regression results, namely the independent variable economic growth and population have a significant effect on the level of unemployment in Mataram, while the test results of the coefficient of determination are 0.677, meaning that the variability of the independent variable is 67, 7%. Meanwhile, 32.3% is influenced by other variables which are not researched. As for the variables that are not invested, the number of jobs and others.

Abstract

Online lectures or commonly referred to as online are a form of using the internet that can increase the role of students in the learning process. The term online is an acronym for "In the Network" so online lectures are one of the online learning methods or are carried out through the internet network. Some of the requirements for implementing online lectures include: the organizers of online lectures, positive mindsets for lecturers and students in the main function of the internet, the design of a learning process system that can be learned by all students and a feedback mechanism from the organizers. Stress that arises during the COVID-19 pandemic can be in the form of fear and anxiety about personal health. Adolescents feel burdened with academic pressure, are anxious about not being able to follow online learning well, the workload is felt to be piling up, unable to do assignments and the network is not supportive during online learning (WHO, 2019) Objective: This study was conducted to determine the relationship between online learning and student anxiety during the covid pandemic at STIKes Yatsi Tangerang Research design: The research design used by the current researcher is a quantitative study with a descriptive correlation research design, which is a study used to express a relationship between variables that have two or more variables. The relationship between online learning and anxiety in final year students during the Covid-19 pandemic Result: The univariate analysis in this study aims to see the proportion and frequency distribution of student characteristics, namely age and gender. Respondents in this study were final year students at STIKes Yatsi Tangerang. it is known that from 109 students aged <22 years 83 respondents (76.1%) while age>22 years 26 respondents (23.9%) and male 38 respondents (34.9%) female 71 respondents (65 ,1%) Conclusion: Based on the age characteristics of the respondents in table 5.1.1 that the age of the dominant respondents in this study is age <22 years as many as 83 respondents (76.1%) of 109 respondents Suggestion: hopefully lecturers can have a good video or the way it is delivered is as attractive as possible during online learning in order to reduce anxiety in students so that they can take part in learning lessons as expected in the learning objectives

Abstract

Verbal violence is violence such as bullying, referring to children, ridiculing, embarrassing, berating and frightening using harsh words (Indrayati & Ph, 2019). Violence through words can arise when the mother is busy and her child asks for attention but the mother is silent or even utters harsh words such as naughty, stupid, fussy, annoying, and other harsh words that can offend the child. It is these words that will always be remembered by children, if they are spoken continuously (Telaumbanua, 2017). Research Objectives: To determine the relationship between parental verbal abuse and aggressive behavior in adolescents at SMAN 14 Tangerang district in 2021. Research Methods: This study was a quantitative study with a quantitative research design with a descriptive method. The population of this study were adolescents aged 16-17 years, the sampling technique used total sampling with a total sample of 97 respondents. The instrument used is a questionnaire sheet containing several questions. The data analysis technique used univariate analysis. Research results : Based on bivariate analysis using chi-square that p-value 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected so that it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between parental verbal abuse and aggressive behavior in adolescents at SMAN 14 Kab. . Tangerang. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the level of knowledge of eating patterns with risk factors for Diabetes Militus at SMAN 14 Tangerang district in 2021. Suggestion: It is hoped that it can be useful for readers.

Abstract

Dysmenorrhea is a common cause of absence of someone in the office and school to go to the doctor, which causes a decrease in performance at work and study. Although dysmenorrhea is not life threatening, this can have an effect on the quality of life, adolescent activities can be disrupted due to dysmenorrhea so that they cannot carry out activities, this can interfere with adolescent learning activities at school. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving cinnamon aromatherapy to adolescents. Using quantitative methods with pre-experimental research design, the population in the study amounted to 150 adolescents aged (15-21 years) and 30 respondents who experienced dysmenorrhea or menstrual pain in Sukamantri Village, Tangerang. The sampling technique was a purposive method. The instrument used is a questionnaire sheet and the provision of intervention. The results of the study analyzed the average value of the data, namely, the pretest was 3,3667%, while the posttest experienced a decrease in the average value, namely 1,9667%. This means that it can influence giving cinnamon aromatherapy to adolescents who experience dysmenorrhea.

Abstract

Adolescents often have health problems, namely the formation of unhealthy daily habits, one of which is sleep habits. The number of sleep disorders in adolescents will continue to grow along with changes in lifestyle and various other activities that will worsen the quality of sleep in adolescents. Many factors affect sleep quality, including lifestyle factors (smartphone use). Gadgets are technological tools that are currently developing rapidly. Technological developments require teenagers to use gadgets every day, the high use of gadgets at night will lead to insufficient healthy sleep needs in adolescents so that the quality and time of sleep are reduced. Sleep in adolescents has a different side compared to other ages, so many factors cause sleep disorders in adolescents, including lifestyle changes, namely the use of smartphones. Smartphone use can affect a person's sleep quality. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between smartphone addiction and sleep quality in adolescents Objective to determine the relationship between smartphone use and sleep quality in adolescents in Kuta Bumi Tangerang Housing Research Methods: This study was quantitative, using a descriptive research design with a Cross Sectional approach. Sampling using Stratified Random Sampling in Kuta Bumi Tangerang Housing. Research Results statistical results using the Continuity Correction test then obtained a P Value, 0.039 smaller than a = 0.05, meaning the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected, namely there was a relationship between smartphone use and sleep quality in adolescents. Conclusion there is a relationship between smartphone use and sleep quality in adolescents in Kuta Bumu Housing, Tangerang.

Abstract

The level of subjective well-being of adolescents can be used to identify problems that occur in adolescents from an early age and make preventive actions so that quality adolescents are formed. Social support and mother-child interaction are also very important in identifying problems that occur in children, but with adolescents who have intact parents and both work very little time to interact with children. The less interaction with children and less good, the lower subjective well-being, but if the interaction between children is good it can increase subjective well-being higher. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between social support and mother-child interaction in improving the subjective well-being of adolescents in working parents' families. The results of the research data analysis used were univariate and bivariate analysis using the chi square test and the correlational rank spearmanas evidenced by the statistical test results that there was a relationship between social support and subjective well-being, p value 0.000 with r 0.284 means that there is a low close relationship. Then there is a relationship between mother-child interaction with subjective well being, p value 0.000 with r 0.324 means that there is a low close relationship.

Abstract

Hypertension is a serious condition and can increase the risk of heart, brain, kidney, and other diseases. Hypertension is the leading cause of premature death worldwide with 1 in 4 men and 1 in 5 women, more than 1 billion people experiencing the condition. Hypertension monitoring application (MH) is expected to control hypertension and increase knowledge in hypertensive patients. Objective: This study aims to examine the effect of hypertension monitoring application on knowledge of hypertension and blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Research design: quasi-experimental (Pre and Post Test without control). Data analysis: Data analysis in this study used univariate and bivariate analysis. Results: From the results of the intervention to 99 respondents, the average value of the pre test and the post test  with a value (P value) <0.05. Conclusion: There is a significant effect of the Hypertension Monitoring Application (MH) on Knowledge About Hypertension and Blood Pressure in Hypertensive Patients in Tangerang Raya.

Abstract

Gandrung is one of the traditional dance arts in the Banyuwangi Regency. Gandrung Banyuwangi dance in the performance there are three parts, namely Jejer Gandrung, ngrepen or repenan, paju or maju Gandrung, and seblang-seblangan. This dance is performed in various events such as circumcision, weddings, tourism events, and in commemoration of the anniversary of the Banyuwangi district city, and is used as local content for the school level. The values ​​contained in the Gandrung dance are the values ​​of struggle, beauty, point of view on life, symbols, culture, and responsibility. Efforts to preserve the Gandrung dance culture so that it does not become extinct are using comprehensive training in schools and studios (Sanggar-sanggar) in Kemiren village, even from kindergarten, elementary to high school. The aims of this study are: (1) to describe the origins of the Gandrung dance, (2) to describe the form in the Gandrung dance movement, (3) to describe the values ​​contained in the Gandrung dance, (4) to describe the efforts to preserve the Gandrung dance. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. To achieve this goal, data were collected using participatory observation, documentation studies, and interviews. The data analysis technique used is an interactive analysis model. The research was conducted in Kemiren village, Glagah sub-district. Banyuwangi district as the object of research is the people of Kemiren village, Gandrung dancers, Kemiren village officials, and the Banyuwangi Culture and Tourism Office. The findings of the study indicate that the origin of the Gandrung dance was started during the colonial period of the Dutch government, where Gandrung was performed by a man named Marsan and replaced by a woman named Temu. The Banyuwangi government even began to oblige every student from elementary to high school to take part in Banyuwangi's Gandrung art extracurricular as an effort to preserve the Gandrung dance. The Banyuwangi Regency Culture and Tourism Office also has a program by actualization which is carried out once a year and its implementation itself at the Gandrung Sewu event. Based on the results of this study, it can be suggested that further research can be carried out, for example, the community understands more about the meaning content contained in each culture owned by the Banyuwangi district and how to maintain and preserve regional culture in a sustainable manner, so it cannot be crushed by the flow of globalization.
