Abstract

This research is motivated by the low critical thinking skills of students with an average value of 60.58. Students tend not to assess learning patterns and strategies so students also do not have plans to make improvements to the way of learning to deal with further learning. This study aims to improve students' critical thinking skills after being given an action in the form of a learning journal assignment. The stages are in the form of planning, implementation, and reflection cycles. If the first cycle has not been achieved in accordance with the targeted increase, then continued with the second cycle. The results showed a significant increase from before being subjected to action by 60.58 increased in the first cycle of 71.63 and increased beyond the target of 78.43. Theoretically the increase in critical thinking skills is due to the character of the learning journal task that can develop academic abilities, and be able to express feelings, thoughts and expectations about learning.

Abstract

In Indonesia there are 373,000,000 pregnant women, while those who experience anxiety in facing childbirth are 107,000,000 people (28, 7%). Objective: To determine the relationship of husband's support to the level of anxiety in maternity mothers in Indonesia. Methods: The research design is descriptive correlation method using a cross sectional approach. Sampling using accidental sampling, there were 193 respondents from the total sampling results involving. The research instrument uses a  via Google form. Results: Most of the respondents domiciled in Banten province as many as 101 respondents (52.3%). The age of the respondents was in the age range of 20-35 years as many as 177 respondents (91.7%). The majority of respondents' education is Middle School (SMA or equivalent) as many as 96 respondents (49,6%) and on the job characteristics the majority of respondents work as many as 101 respondents (52.3%). Most of the respondents received good husband support as many as 114 respondents (59.1%) and most of the respondents had mild anxiety during childbirth as many as 76 respondents (39.4%). Results: Chi-square test and correlations test obtained p-value <0.0001 and R value 0,563, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected. With sufficient degree of strengeth  Conclusion: which means that there is a significant relationship between husband's support and the level of anxiety in maternity mothers.

Abstract

Corona virus or covid-19, this virus infects the respiratory tract which causes patients with high fever, cough, runny nose and shortness of breath. Recently, research has found new symptoms, namely attacking the digestive system which causes diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. On March 2, 2020 as many as 12,776 and 930 cases of death were reported in 34 provinces of Indonesia. On March 19, 2020 as many as 214,894 people were infected with the corona virus or covid-19, around 8,732 people died and 83,313 people recovered from the corona virus or covid-19. Covid-19 transmission through doplet such as from person to person or direct contact with sufferers. Various efforts have been made to reduce the transmission of the covid-19 virus, one of which is increasing healthy living and by carrying out the 5M movement (Wearing Masks, Washing Hands, Keeping Distance, Crowds, and Limiting Mobilization) and maintaining body immunity (Kemenkes RI, 2020). Methods: This research uses descriptive correlation with Cross-Sectional Design approach. In this study, the technique of collecting samples used total sampling with a total of 180 Indonesian respondents. In this study, it is used to test the statistic using the chi square test. Results: The results of the Chi Square test obtained a p-value of 0.001 < 0.001 which means that there is a relationship between knowledge and behavior with the supporting factors. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between knowledge and behavior of the community towards the implementation of 5M and its supporting factors.

Abstract

Learning motivation is a desire or desire that grows within the individual to obtain good results, especially in the learning process. In a pandemic situation like this, it has had such a big impact, especially in the education sector. The online learning policy has been implemented in Indonesia, with approximately 28.6 million students from elementary to high school/vocational school in various provinces. Realizing the importance of learning motivation, it is necessary to have social support from the closest people because the support provided can affect the increase in student learning motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between social support and students' learning motivation in participating in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic at Yarsi Medika Vocational School in 2021. The type of research used in this study was quantitative research with a descriptive correlation design and this study used a cross-sectional approach, the research sample is students of SMK Yarsi Medika class XI as many as 127 respondents and the sampling was done by "simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used is univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of the univariate test obtained social support in the low category as many as 70 people (55.1%), and learning motivation in the low category as many as 79 people (62.2%). The results of the Chi square test were obtained (P-value 0.000 ≤ 0.05), which means that there is a relationship between social support and students' learning motivation in participating in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic at Yarsi Medika Vocational School. It is hoped that schools, especially teachers who teach, make more modifications in learning techniques so that students do not get bored quickly and students' motivation to learn remains good even though they are learning online.

Abstract

The body dissatisfaction can  be interpreted as the perspective of someone who believes that their appearance doesn’t meet the criteria of personal standards, which is caused by a negative perceptions. It could a factor an individual feeling not convidence. Self-confidence is a good attitude because it is supported by a sense of confidence, so that someone who has confidence can face a problem without being afraid to make mistakes. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between body dissatisfaction with adolescent self-confidence in victim at Al-Gina Vocational School in 2021. This type of research used quantitative methods with a cross sectional approach, the sample in this study is class XII, totaling 119 respondents and using simple random sampling technique. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used were univariate, bivariate, chi-square, and correlation test. The result of the research known as the chi-square test obtained p-value 0.000 £ 0.05, which means there is a relationship of between body dissatisfaction with adolescent self-confidence in victim of body shaming at  Al-Gina Vocational School in 2021. The Conclution is that there is a relationship between body dissatisfaction and adolescent self-confidence in victim of body shaming.

Abstract

Based on the preliminary study, it was found that 8 out of 10 people already know about Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) and already know how to implement good and correct protocols to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 and 2 other people don't know. For this reason, it is necessary to increase public knowledge about COVID-19 in the application of health protocols. Research Objectives: to determine the relationship between the level of public knowledge and the application of health protocols during the pandemic in Kp. Sepatan Rt.01 Rw.01. Knowledge. Research Methods : This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive analytical quantitative research design. The instrument used is a questionnaire and the analytical test used is the chi square test.. Research Results : Based on the results of the analysis of the chi square test, it produces a value of Sig = 0.000 on the variable level of knowledge. Then it can be concluded "Ha accepted" (Sig 0.000 <0.05). Conclusion: There is a relationship between the level of knowledge with the application of health protocols in Kp. Sepatan Rt.01 Rw.01.. Suggestion: Hopefully it can be useful for readers.

Abstract

High blood pressure isa disease that is often found in adults. Hypertension is a problem for health and one of the risk factors that occurs in the community and is difficult for someone to realize because the disease doesn’t have specific symptoms. Some people often underestimate hypertension and some people believe that hypertension is not a serious disease and doesn’t require special treatment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of drinking papaya juice (Carica Papata) on reducing blood pressure in Pasir Ampo Village in 2021. The type of research use in this study is a quantitative study with a quasi experimental design, the sampel in this study were residents of the pasir ampo village as many 30 respondents with treatment group of 15 respondents an a control group of 15 respondents. The measuring instrument use aresphygmomanometer, stetoskop and observation sheet. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is univariate and bivariate. The results showed that drinking papaya juice and average systolic value of treatment group was 134,66/84,66 mmHg and with an average blood loss of 10 mmHg to 20 mmHg with p-value (0,001) < ɑ (0,05) so Ho is rejected, meaning that there is an effect of giving papaya juice (Carica Papaya) to decrease blood pressure.  The results of this study can be concluded that there effect of giving papaya juice (Carica Papaya) to reducing blood pressure of hypertension sufferes in the Pasir Ampo Village. It’s recommended for people with hypertension to drink papaya juice as an alternative non-pharmacological therapy.

Abstract

At the same time, the number of employees who have good discipline, morale, work assignments, punctuality and work efficiency will increase. This will support the achievement of quality targets for health services, employees and the community. Public health center discipline is said to be good, if there is an increase in discipline it becomes an important part of human resource management (HR), as an important factor in improving work. Research Objectives : to find out whether there is a influence of Work Discipline on the Quality of Health Services in 2021 and to find out whether there is a influence of the Performance of Officers Puskesmas on the Quality of Health Services in 2021. Research Methods : used in this study is a quantitative descriptive correlation to determine influence of Work Discipline and the Performance Puskesmas of Health Center Officers on the Quality of Health Services in 2021. Sampling was carried out using the Total Sampling technique, namely all Puskesmas employees, based on data at the Jatiuwung Health Center in 2021 with a population of 51 respondents. Based on the results of the T Test (Partial) research, it was found that the Variable influence of Work Discipline (Variable X1) and Officer Performance Puskesmas (Variable X2) on the Quality of Health Services (Variable Y) with a value of 0.000, and 0.024, which value is greater than = 0.05 and it can be concluded that all variables, namely the influence of work discipline (X1), officers' performance Puskesmas (X2) have a significant effect on the quality of health services (Y). Meanwhile, based on the results of the F (simultaneous) test that has been carried out, the value is 0.000 where the value is = 0.05, it can be concluded that these variables have a significant effect simultaneously.

Abstract

Waiting time is one of the most important aspects that can affect the level of patient satisfaction in the services received, especially in health facilities. The higher the service provided will be an advantage for the health center. The research design used by the researcher is an analytic survey using a cross sectional design, accidental sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents who seek treatment at the Mauk Public Health Center, Tangerang Regency. The statistical test used is the Wilcoxon test. Wilcoxon test, obtained p-value 0.000 > 0.05, which means that there is an effect of waiting time on patient satisfaction at the Mauk Public Health Center, Tangerang Regency. With very low influence strength values ​​on both variables.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. The subject of this research is the community in Periuk Village. The data collection method used in this research is the method of interview (interview), observation, and documentation. This research was conducted on seven respondents who live in Periuk Village. The purpose of this research is to find out the community's insight regarding covid-19, the response that arises among the community when they hear things related to covid-19 and covid-19 patients. The background to the problem in this research is that many of our people still lack insight into COVID-19 and the negative responses that people make when they hear about Covid-19 patients in their area. The conclusions of the research results obtained are: first, the majority of people in Periuk Village already have sufficient insight about covid-19. Second, the majority of the responses that arise among the community towards Covid-19 patients are very good. Third, there is a sense of caring for each other, mutual help from the community for people with COVID-19 while still carrying out the protocols that have been recommended by the government.
