Abstract

This research entitled "Analysis of Investor's Substitution of Water Meter at Regional Water Company of Central Lombok Regency", the purpose of this research is To analyze the feasibility of customer water meter turnover to the increase of income made by Regional Water Company of Central Lombok Regency. This research uses Discount Payback Period (DPP), Net Present Value (NPV), and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) analyzer. The type of research used is descriptive with data collection method that is case study concerning installation of customer water meter at PDAM Regency of Central Lombok, and technique of data collecting done by interview and documentation. Payback Period calculation results obtained shorter payback period ie 2 years 6 months 8 days from 5 years economic life. Net Present Value calculation results obtained results Rp3.840.112.160, -. This means that the investment plan of water mater in PDAM of Central Lombok Regency is profitable and feasible to be implemented. While the results of calculations using Internal Rate of Return method obtained by 86%, where the IRR results greater than the Cost of Capital is 20% so that investment can be accepted.

Abstract

Students will successfully achieve their learning outcomes if they have a desire to learn. This desire is called motivation. A student's speech ability can be seen if the assessment techniques used are appropriate, because assessment is important in the learning process, especially speaking learning to know and understand students in the development of their skills or speaking skills. Objective: knowing the relationship between motivation and learning behavior with online methods to the perception of learning English proficiency in the covid-19 era in students level 3b and 3d Stikes Yatsi year 2020. Method: The method that researchers use is descriptive research of correlation. The selection of samples using the total sampling method is all Students level 3b and 3d at STIKes YATSI which amounted to 115 people. Data analysis is done using chi-square. Results: p-value in the relationship of motivation to the perception of learning English proficiency by 0.099 > 0.05 which means no relationship. While in learning behavior with online methods of learning perception of English speaking skills obtained p-value of 0.282 > 0.05 which means there is no relationship.Conclusion: students who have high learning motivation have the will to obtain good grades so as to achieve these goals students learn well and diligently.

Abstract

This research is entitled Review of Sharia Business Ethics at UD. Bank Sampah Bintang Sejahtera. The method used in this study is a qualitative-descriptive approach because it describes what symptoms exist, which occur in the field in the form of written or spoken words from the practice of buying and selling waste at UD. Bank Sampah Bintang Sejahtera, the source of data in this study is the primary data source obtained from managers, employees, and business partners then secondary data sources such as books, magazines or related internet. With the method of collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data is discussed inductively so that an accurate picture of what actually happened. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that in running its business UD. Bank Sampah Bintang Sejahtera can already be said to follow the existing rules regarding Islamic/Sharia business ethics.

Abstract

1 between 20 teenagers in the world experience vaginal discharge every year. The number of women in the world in 2013 was 6.7 billion people and around 75% had experienced vaginal discharge. And it was found that 5 out of 10 teenagers in RT/RW 007/007 did not know about vaginal discharge and how to deal with it. Research objective to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of adolescents on the incidence of flour albus in Lebak Wangi Village, RT/RW 007/007, Tangerang Regency. This type of research is descriptive analytic with cross sectional approach, total sampling technique with 40 respondents, statistical test used chi square. Based on the results of the chi square test, the P value is 0.036 <0.05, which means that there is a significant relationship between knowledge of flour albus and the incidence of flour albus. While the results of the chi square test, the P value is 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a significant relationship between adolescent attitudes and the incidence of flour albus.  There is a relationship between knowledge of flour albus and the incidence of flour albus. And there is a relationship between adolescent attitudes and the incidence of flour albus.

Abstract

The development experienced by a child is a series of regular changes from one stage to another. Development to the next stage of overall development. Parents are tools for children to adapt to the environment, understand the world around them and the general pattern of social life in that environment. This is because parents are the first basis for the formation of children's character. The formation of parenting patterns is closely related to the personality of children as adults. Objective: To determine the relationship between parenting styles and the level of development of children aged 4-6 years. Method: The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The research sample from the community who attended was 105 respondents. Results: chi-square test results The relationship between parenting patterns and prevention of the level of development of children aged 4-6 years p-value = 0.011 < 0.05 means that there isignificant relationship between parenting patterns and the level of development of children aged 4-6 year. Conclusions and suggestions: The results of the study there is significant relationship between parenting patterns with the level of development of children aged 4-6 years. It is hoped that parents can find out more about the development of children aged 4-6 years so that they can provide the right stimulus in every stage of the child's development.

Abstract

Preschool is a period in a child's development, in essence not all children can go through a period of growth and development ideally, therefore children encounter disturbances in the process of growth and development and various other conditions. his ageThe research method used in this research is descriptive correlation then the researcher uses a cross-sectional approach. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling based on data in Cikande Village, Serang Regency in 2021, so that 145 respondents were obtained. The data analysis technique used is the chi square test using SPSS 25.The results of the study found that respondents who had good parenting were 112 people (77.2%) while for respondents who had poor parenting were 33 people (22.8%) and who experienced appropriate child development were 74 people ( 51.0%) while for respondents who experienced inappropriate child development as many as 71 people (49.0%). Chi square test results It was found that there was a relationship between parenting patterns and the development of basic abilities of pre-school age children in Cikande village because the p-value obtained was 0.000 < (0.05)It is hoped for health workers to always check the development of children through early detection or DDTK (Early Detection of Growth and Development) , and provide counseling or counseling on parenting patterns.

Abstract

The future of a nation lies in the hands of its young generation, including those who are still toddlers, toddlers as a golden age or "golden age" i.e. if at that time children  under five are not properly nurtured, then the child will experience emotional, social, mental, intellectual and moral development disorders which can later affect their attitudes and behavior in the future, The World Health Organization (WHO) in 2018 reported that the prevalence data for children under five with growth and development disorders was 28.7% and Indonesia was included in the third country with the highest prevalence in the Southeast Asia region/Sout ZZh-East Asia Regional (SEAR). Research Objectives: to find out the relationship between parenting styles and gross motoric development of children under five at the Posyandu Dadap Indah, Tangerang Regency in 2021. This type of research is quantitative using a descriptive correlation design with a cross sectional approach, the sampling technique used is total sampling based on the data. at the Dadap Indah Posyandu, Tangerang Regency in 2021, so that 44 respondents were obtained. The data analysis technique used is the Chi square test using SPSS 20. The research shows that the dominant parenting pattern of positive parenting is 35 respondents (79.5%), and gross motor development of children according to 33 respondents (75%) with Chi-square statistical test analysis p-value 0.018 <a 0.05, the results of the analysis of the Spearman correlation coefficient with a significant value (2-tailed) = 0.017 < 0.005, the correlation value of 0.358% is categorized as moderate correlation. There is a relationship between parenting patterns and gross motor development of toddlers aged 1-3 years at the Dadap Indah Posyandu, Tangerang Regency.

Abstract

Reproduction is the most important part of the life cycle. Many new cases of infertility caused by exposure to cigarette smoke. Pregnant women who are exposed to cigarette smoke can damage reproductive organs, such as the cervix, ovaries and fallopian tubes. The use of herbal plants can be a solution in the treatment of infertility. One of the plants that might be used is bajakah tampala, which contains flavonoids, tannins and saponins.

Abstract

Insomnia is a complaint of difficulty sleeping, difficulty maintaining sleep, waking up too early, and not having a good type of sleep. Listening to murottal Al-Qur'an in peace will get the grace of Allah SWT by reducing the level of insomnia in students. Research Objectives: To determine the effect of listening to the murottal al-qur'an on the reduction of insomnia in students at grades 3a and 3c at STIKes Yatsi Tangerang. This research is a quantitative research using pre-experimental research design, one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were 14 respondents with the technique used in sampling, namely purposive sampling by distributing online questionnaires that were valid and reliable. From the results of the bivariate test analysis using the paired t-test, the results from the pre-test and post-test showed a significant value or p-value of 0.00 (<0.05), which means that there is an effect of listening to murottal Al-Qur'an. on the reduction of insomnia in college students at levels 3a and 3c at STIKes Yatsi Tangerang.

Abstract

Background Covid-19 is a disease caused by a new type of Corona virus from Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (Sars-Cov-2) which was found in Wuhan, the capital city of Hubei Province, China at the end of 2019. The Covid-19 case in the East Sepatan District was cases confirmation of 270 souls. Research method in this study used a cross sectional approach. The population is the people of East Sepatan District with a population of 96,924 and a sample of 398 respondents is obtained. The sampling technique in this study was using quota sampling. Research result the p value of the level of knowledge and behavior is 0.000<0.05 while the result of the p value of the level of knowledge and anxiety is 0.000 <0.05 then Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and community behavior towards the anxiety of the spread of Covid-19 in East Sepatan District.
