Abstract

Self-confidence or self-confidence is an attitude that is owned by individuals who can develop well, but can also experience a decline which can make it difficult for the individual to even not want to do something. Therefore, the support and role of parents is very important to foster and increase children's confidence in learning and the importance of parenting for children. Objective: To determine the relationship between parenting styles and children's self-confidence in learning at school. Methods: This study uses a descriptive correlation design, the sampling technique uses a proposionate startified random sampling. The sample in this study were 109 respondents. Using univariate and bivariate analysis and the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test. Results: Based on the chi suare test (P value 0.004 <0.05). There is a significant relationship between the variables of parenting style and self-confidence. Conclusions and Suggestions: Most of the respondents belong to the dominance of democratic parenting with optimistic self-confidence. Providing information is intended to increase knowledge in child care or choose parenting, so that it can support and increase children's self-confidence in learning.

Abstract

This study entitled "Implementation of Management Control Systems in Increasing Productivity and Overcoming Barriers to Online Body Care Business at PT. Sastro Utama Media Grup “. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the implementation of the management control system has been going well or not, to know the extent of the application of the management control system at PT. Sastro Utama Media Grup to increase productivity, and 3. To find out what are the obstacles in the application of the management control system at PT. Sastro Utama Media Group. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and documentation. The main informants in this study are the Owner and HRD at PT. Sastro Utama Media Grup. Data analysis techniques in this study were data reduction, data presentation, and interesting reports. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of a management control system has been implemented but has not been maximized It can be seen from some staff who are placed in divisions that do not match their backgrounds and incidents of concurrent positions, PT. Sastro Utama Media Grup does not prepare budgets that are issued either monthly or annually, obstacles in online business that are often faced are more competitive competitors and a lack of understanding of digital marketing, obstacles in the application of a management control system are not having an internal audit team and no supervision carried out by external audit, absence of management information systems, absence of accounting information systems, and the absence of an internal control system.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Family Financial Management Strategy in the Covid-19 Period. (Family Recipient of Social Cash Assistance in Turida Family)”. The purpose of this study was to determine the financial management strategies of the families of cash social assistance recipients and to find out what are the obstacles in the financial management of the families of cash social assistance recipients in the Turida village which is the research location. This type of research is qualitative research with hermeneutic phenomena approach and data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the families or households receiving cash social assistance have not fully managed family finances properly, because 3 out of 10 informants were able to separate their expenses based on a priority scale, while 7 other informants did not record or manage their finances, they only spent money. according to the needs and desires without priority, this can be seen from several obstacles experienced by the beneficiary housewives, such as the level of education, income, length of household and number of family members so that family financial management strategies can be carried out by beneficiary housewives. social cash, among others 1) Determine the priority scale in meeting needs, 2) Make a financial plan to differentiate between needs and wants, 3) make an ideal expenditure budget, 4) Make savings wisely when shopping and check daily expenditure budgets by making daily and monthly spending records , 5) Be wise in taking debt, 6) Doing something that can increase income, such as opening a small business.

Abstract

Menstruation is a natural process that occurs in women. Menstruation is regular bleeding from the uterus as a sign that the uterine organs have matured. Based on the incidence of menstrual pain in Indonesia, which is 54.89%, half of women in Indonesia experience menstrual pain/dysmenorrhea. Objective: To increase the knowledge of webinar participants regarding dysmenorrhea and its non-pharmacological therapy. Method: Health education is done using zoom meeting with 87 participant. Results: An increase in knowledge about dysmenorrhea and red ginger therapy can overcome dysmenorrhea after being given health education.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a dangerous infectious disease that is characterized by fever and bleeding. Dengue fever is transmitted through the bite of the Aedesaegypti mosquito that lives in and around the home environment caused by dengue virus. Poor behavior such as hanging clothes carelessly and the environment which includes ventilation with breeding place and resting place. Therefore Dengue Fever is still a dangerous disease that results in death. Purpose: From this Riview Literature to determine the incidence rate of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) regarding family members' behavior and the environment, so as to solve problems that have occurred in the Community. Research methods: The method used in this study is to search for journal articles in a database using keywords according to topic. Results and Conclusions: There are behaviors that are categorized as not good, such as the habit of hanging clothes carelessly, causing a high incidence of  vDengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). As well as the home environment which includes Ventilation, Breeding place and Resting Place. behavior towards cleanliness and the environment is very important to prevent the occurrence of diseases caused by bad behavior and unclean environment. suggestion: Provision of education about transmission and prevention of dengue fever should be further increased to reduce the occurrence of sufferers of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF).

Abstract

 This study aimed to determine the process of transparency and accountability in the financial management of the BKM at Montong Are Urban Village West Lombok. The method used in this research is using qualitative methods. Qualitative method is a method of research used to examine the condition of natural objects, in which the researcher is a key instrument, data collection techniques are combined, data analysis is inductive, and qualitative research results further emphasize the significance of the generalization. The conclusion of this study is BKM Lestari Montong Are capable of running the Transparency and Accountability in good financial management.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education on the emergence of interest in becoming entrepreneurs in students of the Vocational School (SMK) majoring in accounting in Banyuwangi. By using intervening variables perceived feasibility and perceived desirability as well as adding role models as moderating. The survey method using a questionnaire was used in this study. the research sample is there are vocational students in Banyuwangi accounting department. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) with warpPLS software version 3.0. the results of the study show that first, entrepreneurship education in vocational students majoring in accounting influences their interest in becoming entrepreneurs. Second, entrepreneurship education undertaken does not increase the interest of students to become entrepreneurs when through perceived feasibility and perceived desirability. Third, the role model added cannot strengthen the relationship between entrepreneurship education conducted with an interest in becoming entrepreneurs who through perceived feasibility and perceived desirabilty, but the role model is proven to strengthen the direct relationship between entrepreneurship education and interest in becoming entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Nursing services are the main thing that must be considered, maintained and improved in accordance with applicable nursing service standards, so that consumers can experience satisfactory nursing services. The purpose of this study was to identify journals related to the importance of the quality of nursing services on patient satisfaction in the inpatient room. This study uses a literature review research design or literature review study literature review. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between the quality of nursing services and patient satisfaction. And among the several journals as many as 30 patients showed 26 people (86.7%) were very good. and in the unfavorable category, the results obtained from 60 patients as many as 28 people (46.7%). Many factors can influence patient satisfaction, one of which is attention, acceptance, communication and responsibility. The hospital is expected to maintain or improve its nursing services in order to minimize patient complaints and improve skills and work professionalism.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic is still a threat to all countries, including Indonesia. Various efforts have been made to control its spread. The implementation of micro-based Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) is one of the Government's efforts to control the spread of COVID-19. The micro-based PPKM is implemented by the Government, because the number of COVID-19 cases continues to increase in various regions, including West Lombok Regency, NTB Province. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide education about the transmission and prevention of the spread of COVID-19, due to decreased public awareness in implementing health protocols. This activity was carried out in Tempos Tourism Village. The activity stage is the preparation stage, the activity implementation stage, and the reporting stage. At the implementation stage, education was provided about COVID-19 and also the distribution of masks to visitors. The result of this activity is that through education on the transmission of COVID-19 during the micro PPKM period, visitors understand the rules that apply during the micro PPKM period and also the implementation of the 6M health protocol, namely wearing masks, washing hands, keeping distance, reducing travel, increasing immunity and obeying the rules.

Abstract

Traces of past human life activities can be seen in cultural remains such as artifacts, features and ecofacs. The cultural remains found today are also referred to as archaeological resources. We have to explore the potential of these archaeological traces or remains so that we can bring them back as a learning resource. Banyuwangi Regency is rich in archaeological heritage that can be used as an alternative source of learning from existing books. This study tries to analyze these relics and present them into the history learning of senior high schools in Banyuwangi. The results show that the archaeological remains in Banyuwangi are very complete from prehistoric times to modern history. However, the history teacher at senior high school did not explore these relics with various obstacles, ranging from difficulties in integrating materials and financial problems which were large enough to invite students to places that had archaeological remains. This study provides an overview of the subject matter that can be integrated according to the 2013 curriculum and the findings of archaeological remains in Banyuwangi as a learning resource.
