Abstract

The development of digital technology and the increasingly competitive world of work require students to have good work readiness. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital literacy and soft skills mastery on the work readiness of final-year students of the Management Study Program at Satyagama University. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research sample consisted of 120 final-year students selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study indicate that digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on student work readiness. Mastery of soft skills also has a positive and significant effect on work readiness. Simultaneously, digital literacy and soft skills contribute significantly to improving the work readiness of final-year students of the Management Study Program at Satyagama University. This study confirms that the ability to use digital technology and mastery of interpersonal skills are important factors in facing the demands of the modern world of work.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and entrepreneurial motivation on the interest in starting an independent business among Satyagama University students. Financial literacy is an important skill for students in managing finances, understanding business risks, and making the right economic decisions. Meanwhile, entrepreneurial motivation plays a role in encouraging students' courage, creativity, and desire to create an independent business. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to active students of Satyagama University. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression to determine the partial and simultaneous effects between variables. The results showed that financial literacy and entrepreneurial motivation have a positive and significant effect on the interest in starting an independent business. The better the students' understanding of financial management and the higher their entrepreneurial motivation, the higher the students' interest in starting an independent business. This research is expected to be a consideration for universities in improving entrepreneurship education and student financial literacy.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has encouraged students to utilize social media as a marketing tool for their businesses. This study aims to analyze the role of digital literacy in optimizing social media marketing among student entrepreneurs at Satyagama University. The research method used was a quantitative approach, distributing questionnaires to students who have active businesses and use social media for promotion. The results show that digital literacy skills have a positive effect on digital marketing effectiveness, particularly in content creation, consumer communication, and increasing market reach through social media platforms.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has transformed the marketing patterns of student entrepreneurial products into more modern and digital-based media. This study aims to analyze digital literacy-based marketing management strategies to increase consumer interest in purchasing student entrepreneurial products at Satyagama University. The research method used a quantitative approach through the distribution of questionnaires to Satyagama University students involved in entrepreneurial activities. The results show that digital literacy skills, social media utilization, and digital marketing strategies have a positive influence on increasing consumer interest in purchasing student products.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase public understanding of the importance of family financial management through safe savings and investment instruments as emergency funds. The activity was carried out in the Kapuk Subdistrict, West Jakarta City, targeting housewives and people of productive age. The problems faced by the community include low financial literacy, a lack of understanding of emergency funds, and the prevalence of illegal investments that are detrimental to the community. The implementation method was carried out through lectures and question-and-answer discussions regarding the concept of emergency funds, safe types of savings, and low-risk investments such as deposits and money market mutual funds. The results of the activity showed that participants understood the importance of separating emergency funds from consumptive needs and began to recognize legal investment instruments supervised by the government. This activity is expected to increase public awareness of the importance of conducting wise and sustainable family financial planning.

Abstract

The development of digital technology encourages students to utilize social media as a means of building a professional personal brand. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital marketing management and technological literacy in shaping the self-image of Satyagama University students in the digital era. The research method used a quantitative approach through the distribution of questionnaires to active students at Satyagama University who use social media for communication and self-promotion. The results show that technological literacy skills and an understanding of digital marketing have a positive influence on students' ability to build a creative, professional, and competitive personal brand.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the skills of housewives in West Cengkareng Village in recording the finances of their side businesses in a simple and structured manner. Frequently encountered challenges include a lack of understanding of business bookkeeping, mixing personal and business finances, and the lack of routine transaction recording. The activity was conducted through lectures and Q&A sessions, covering recording income and expenses, cash flow management, and preparing simple profit and loss statements. The results of the activity demonstrated an increased understanding among participants regarding the importance of financial record-keeping in supporting the sustainability of side businesses and improving family financial management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between financial literacy and the consumer behavior of Satyagama University students. The research method used a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires to active students of Satyagama University. Data were analyzed using descriptive and correlation analysis to determine the relationship between financial literacy levels and student consumer behavior. The results showed that financial literacy has a negative relationship with consumer behavior, where students with better financial literacy levels tend to have more rational and controlled consumption behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze pocket money management based on the level of financial literacy among students at the Indonesian Master Vocational School (SMK Master Indonesia). Financial literacy is a crucial factor in shaping adolescents' financial behavior, particularly in their daily use of pocket money. The research method used a quantitative approach, distributing questionnaires to students at the Indonesian Master Vocational School as respondents. The results show that students with a high level of financial literacy tend to have better abilities in managing expenses, saving, and distinguishing between needs and wants.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven the increasing use of financial technology (fintech) services among students, particularly in digital payment transactions, savings, and investments. This study aims to determine the influence of financial technology on the financial behavior of Satyagama University students. The research method used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to Satyagama University students as research respondents. The results show that the use of financial technology has a positive influence on student financial behavior, particularly in terms of ease of financial management, transaction efficiency, and increased awareness in managing expenses. Although there is a tendency for consumptive behavior if fintech use is not properly controlled.
