Abstract

Phlebitis is an inflammation of the vein caused by chemical or mechanical irritation characterized by redness, pain, swelling, heat, and hardness at the puncture site or along the vein. Based on a preliminary study from the Nosocomial Infection Control surveillance team at the Pakuhaji Hospital, Tangerang Regency, it can be seen that the incidence of phlebitis in December 2021 was 3.7 per mil. The incidence of phlebitis in January to December 2021 was 176 cases. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of phlebitis incidence with the implementation of infusion in accordance with the SOP in the Internal Medicine Room in 2022. Research design The design of this study was Pre experimental with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Research results: Wilcoxon Sign Test results show that the Z value for the variable incidence of phlebitis and infusion is -0.3.78b with p value Asymp. Sig. (2-tailde) of 0.705 (> 0.05), it can be concluded that "Ha/HI is rejected" meaning that there is no difference between the implementation of infusion and the incidence of phlebitis. Conclusion: there is no effect between the implementation of infusion in accordance with the SOP and the incidence of phlebitis in the Internal Medicine Room.

Abstract

In the age of 0-6 years or preschool age the formation of character will occur both the attitude, behavior and personality of a child. The level of mother's knowledge influences the process of providing stimulation that can increase the growth and development of children by giving love by caressing, joking and the like that is fun for children, doing varied play activities. Method: use a comprehensive strategy through the internet, in a research journal database using the help of a google search site with e-Resource access. Literature sources used in the period 2015-2020. Based on the 20 journals analyzed, there are similarities regarding the level of knowledge, role and parenting of the mother in providing stimulation to the child's fine motor development which can be concluded that knowledge and parenting in the role of the mother are interrelated because the mother as an educator must have the necessary knowledge broad in providing stimulation to the development of their children, especially in fine motor with the aim to train small muscles that will develop optimally.

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is still the biggest health problem in the world, one of which is in developing countries including Indonesia. Based on the background of the problem obtained is the lack of public knowledge of tuberculosis, because this disease is susceptible to transmission through air droplets, while there is a lack of medication adherence for tuberculosis patients who are advised to take anti-tuberculosis drugs for 6 months without breaking. The data for Tuberculosis disease that occurred at the Jayanti Public Health Center with a population of 85512 and an estimated Tuberculosis case in 2020 with a total of 216 people, the total number of patients being treated was 120 people, with a cure rate that had not been achieved from the results of the data obtained that there were tuberculosis patients who were not treated. There are 11 people who are obedient to taking medication, it is possible that the patient did not comply with taking medication because of individual factors who felt that the patient had recovered enough and there was a lack of knowledge about the treatment of tuberculosis. Research Methods in this study using a cross sectional approach. The population is tuberculosis patients who are at the Jayanti Public Health Center with a total of 216 and a sample of 140 respondents is obtained. The sampling technique in this study was using purposive sampling. The results showed that there was an effect of knowledge on medication adherence in tuberculosis patients, with chisquare p value of 0.000 < 0.05. There was an effect of knowledge on drug adherence in tuberculosis patients.

Abstract

Adolescence is characterized by great changes including the need to adapt to physical and psychological changes, the search for identity and the formation of new relationships including appreciating sexual feelings. Depression usually occurs when the stress experienced by a person does not subside and the depression experienced correlates with a dramatic event that has just occurred or happened to a person. Objective of the study is to determine the factors that affect the level of depression in young women in Marga Mulya Village. This research is quantitative, by taking a data method on the role of parents with depression levels in young women in Marga Mulya Village using Google Form, obtained by distributing questionnaires to 120 respondents using web-based interactive services. Chi-square test, obtained a p-value of 0.361 > 0.005 which means that there is no influence of parental roles with depression levels in young women in Marga Mulya Village. There is no influence on the role of parents with the level of depression experienced by young women in Marga Mulya Village.

Abstract

Premenstrual is one of the menstrual cycle disorders that often appears in women in the form of a group of physical, psychological and emotional symptoms. Objective of this study is to determine the relationship between physical activity and anxiety with the incidence of Premenstrual Syndrom (PMS) in young women in Ketapang village, Mauk District, Tangerang Regency, Banten. This research is a type of quantitative research with a method of collecting data on the relationship between physical activity and anxiety with premenstrual syndrom events in young women in Ketapang village, Mauk District, Tangerang Banten Regency using Google Form, obtained by distributing questionnaires to 120 respondents. Chil square test, obtained a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05 which means that there is a relationship between anxiety and the incidence of premenstrual syndrom in young women in Ketapang Village, Mauk District, Tangerang Regency, Banten. Hormonal changes are one of the factors causing PMS. Adolescents with anxiety have a risk of experiencing AN STD so that the high level of anxiety will be, the more severe the PMS symptoms felt.

Abstract

Diet is a very important habit that can affect the state of nutrition. From the daily eating habits of students that can be seen such as often skipping meals or not eating at all, thus making the stomach empty so that it attacks the stomach and it causes gastritis. Research objectives to determine the influence of diet and academic stress on the incidence of gastritis in students in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic at Yatsi Madani University. This research is quantitative research. This study used a cross-sectional approach. The sample was taken by 145 respondents using total sampling. The instruments used are questionnaire sheets as well as multiple linear regression tests. Based on the results of the Multiple Linear Regression test, resulting in a Sig value = 0.046, it can be concluded "Ha received" (Sig 0.046< 0.05). This means that there is a significant influence on dietary variables, academic stress, on the incidence of gastritis at Yatsi Madani University.

Abstract

English is a language that is commonly used in various countries as a language of communication between nations or in other words English is used as an international language. In this communication process, there are parties involved, namely communicators and communicants. The results of communication between the communicator and the communicant can be good (fluent) or vice versa. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning motivation and vocabulary mastery on English reading comprehension at Bipta Jati Vocational School in 2022. The research method in this study used Google form. The population in this study was the students of SMK Bipta Jati in 2022 totaling 120. The instrument of this research was a questionnaire. This study used the Chi-Square Test, with p-value 0.009 <0.05. The conclusion is that there is an Influence of Learning Motivation and Vocabulary Mastery on English Reading Comprehension at Bipta Jati Vocational High School in 2022.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of convenience, customer interest, and the effect of perceived convenience significantly on customer interest in using Raya Digital Bank at PT Bank Raya Indonesia Tbk in Jakarta. The approach used is a quantitative approach. This research uses descriptive analysis. The data used in this study is primary data with the method of distributing questionnaires. The sample used is 97 respondents who have customer criteria from Bank Raya Indonesia and use the Raya Digital Bank application. The test was carried out through instrument testing, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, and T test. The results of the correlation coefficient test of the R value obtained were 0.733 so that it was known that the perceived convenience variable had a strong relationship with customer interest. The coefficient of determination test obtained R square results of 0.538 so that it can be seen that the ability of the perceived ease variable in explaining the variable of customer interest in using Raya Digital Bank is 0.538. The results also show that the perception of convenience has a significant and positive effect on customer interest in using Raya Digital Bank at PT Bank Raya Indonesia Tbk Jakarta.

Abstract

One of the functions of the Department of Population and Civil Registry is providing services to issue birth certificate. Unfortunately, in the Nagekeo Regency, among 164.431 of total population inhabitants only, 19.71% have birth certificate. In addition, the number of birth certificates issued in a year are not comparable with the number of applicants who submitted. This is caused by less information in the society about procedure and the importance of birth certificates. This study attempts to answer why the quality of these services is still low and what actors that actually affect it. This study used a qualitative method with descriptive approach which the data is collected through interviews, observation and documentation techniques. The result shows that there is low quality of service in making a birth certificate at the Department of Population and Civil Registration Nagekeo Regency. It happened because of there are no dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy in the ministry. Emergency service offices still, ministry means minimal, there is no information about the procedures, as well as any element of discrimination in the ministry. The low quality of these services for structures, systems, services, human resources, facilities and services are inadequate. Also found the influence of factors of leadership and implementation of cultural elements one against the figure of a "Mosalaki".

Abstract

Toilet training is one of the developmental tasks that must be passed by children, to form independence, discipline and sensitivity in children. toilet training process. Objective of this study to find out the relationship between parenting style and the success of toilet training. This research went through the process of searching articles and journals from Google Scholar, ISJD, Pubmed, Proquest, Spinger with keywords and inclusion criteria in the journal period 2017-2021. After the screening process, 17 related journals were obtained and filtered into 13 synthesis matrix results grouped into 3 categories, namely input, process, output to be discussed. There are 10 discussions about parenting, 7 discussing toilet training. Democratic parenting can help in the success of toilet training, democratic parenting gives freedom to children but still with direction and guidance, because democratic parenting more respects the rights of children so that children feel comfortable and loved.
