Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic resulted in learning being carried out by maintaining a distance which was then called distance learning or PJJ. To carry out PJJ, of course, learning media is needed so that learning can run as expected. Various kinds of learning media are commonly used for PPJ, but in general at SMAN 4 Bekasi the application used is zoom meeting. This study aims to determine the effect of the zoom meeting on the learning motivation of students in informatics subjects in class x. The research method used is quantitative method, using a positivistic paradigm with data analysis using simple correlation techniques and regression analysis. The theory used in this research is the uses and gratifications communication theory. The results showed that the t-count value on the use of zoom meetings on learning motivation was 8.746 > 2.00 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The calculated t value on learning motivation on learning outcomes 2, 656 > 2.00 with a significance of 0.01 < 0.05. it means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, where there is an effect of using zoom meeting learning media on motivation learning of students in class x on informatics subjects, Informatics learning motivation is formed quite well by the zoom meeting.

Abstract

Hospitals as institutions that provide health services to the community always produce liquid waste from each of their operational activities. Wastewater at the Wastewater Treatment Plant (IPAL) Hospital X has the characteristics of Temperature, Total Suspended Solid (TSS), pH, Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD5), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), free ammonia (NH3-N), phosphate and total coliform. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the performance of WWTPs and to determine the content of wastewater after processing according to quality standards referring to East Java Governor Regulation No. 72 of 2013. The wastewater treatment system in RS. Hospital X uses a biological system. The data used in the analysis is secondary data on the parameters of the quality and quantity of wastewater at the inlet and outlet of the WWTP from January 2022 to October 2022. Based on the results of testing the quality and quantity of wastewater at the WWTP outlets of Hospital X, the wastewater content at the WWTP outlets is in accordance with with reference quality standards. In addition, the effectiveness of using biofilters in WWTP Hospital X succeeded in reducing the content of TSS 92%, 94% BOD5, 82% COD, 85% free Ammonia, 98% total coliform and 37% Phosphate. In addition, there was also an increase in temperature of 1% and an increase in pH value of 8%.

Abstract

Population growth and progress in the level of the economy in Blitar Regency directly affect the increase in the amount of waste. If this waste is not managed properly, it will affect the level of cleanliness and reduce aesthetics and pollute the environment, which in turn will reduce the level of public health. This study aims to provide strategic recommendations for household and household similar waste management systems in Blitar Regency so that waste reduction and handling becomes more effective and efficient. This study used the guidelines of SNI 3242:2008 for waste management in settlements, SNI 19-2454-2002 concerning operational technical procedures for managing municipal solid waste, and Regulation of the Minister of Public Works of the Republic of Indonesia Number 03/PRT/M/2013 concerning the implementation of waste management infrastructure and facilities in Handling of household waste and household-like waste. The strategy for the need for waste management facilities and infrastructure at the village/kelurahan level in Blitar Regency includes containers at waste sources where residents and public facilities are increased by adding units and capacity, adding garbage collection devices that can reach narrow alleys or densely populated areas and trucks to move them from TPS to landfill.

Abstract

Sawahan Village is one of the villages in Ngemplak District, Boyolali Regency, Central Java Province. Sawahan Village has an area of 265.8000 Km², of which 78.9708 Km2 of paddy fields are used and 186.8292 Km2 of dry land. Sawahan Village is famous for its many areas used for rice fields, but because it is directly adjacent to the City of Solo, Sawahan Village, which is currently an agglomeration area, experiences many problems, one of which is land conversion. The food crop sector as well as horticulture is a producer of staple foods which are key in maintaining national food security. To support the increase in agricultural and horticultural production, it is necessary to identify land to find out the types of plants that are superior in the land so that land use optimization can be carried out for these types of plants. Until now there has been no information related to the spread of agricultural and plantation food crop commodities in Sawahan Village.

Abstract

Yusuf, the role of military sociology in the defense and security of the state. This study is the result of discussion of the role of military sociology in Indonesia on the defense and security of the region, resulting in the following: (1) At the beginning of the revolution, the Government of Indonesia did not form an official army. Elements of forming BKR, TKR, TRI to TNI were built with three main elements each having different backgrounds ie former members of KNIL, former members of PETA, and the army of the people. Elements that later became the forerunner to the establishment of the TNI (Indonesian National Army) which later developed into the Army, Navy, and Air Force. The TNI is headed by a TNI Commander, while each force has a Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces. (2) The role of military sociology in the defense and security of the state can not be kept away from the basic role of the TNI itself. According to the TNI Law Article 7 paragraph (1), the main task of the Indonesian National Army is to uphold the sovereignty of the state, to maintain the territorial integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, and to protect the whole nation and the whole of Indonesia from the threat and disturbance to the nation and country. (3) One form of military sociology is the kowil (Regional Command), the existence of Koramil and Babinsa in the community, can close and prevent the existence of opportunities for the development of organizations that become a latent danger for the state of Indonesia. The monitoring of loose territory due to Kowil personnel limitation, will give the communists the opportunity to grow rapidly, as indications of emergence of hazards that threaten the defense and security of the country are visible.

Abstract

Humans are social creatures who cannot live without other people. We as humans are asked to be able to understand each other's feelings. This condition is usually called empathy. Maclsaac (1997) in his book suggests that empathy is an individual process that thinks about the condition of other individuals as if we were in that person's position. When someone has empathy, it means that person is putting them in someone else's position and learning to understand others. This study uses a systematic literature review method. The results of this study suggest that instilling empathetic behavior through role playing in children has a considerable impact.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of work culture on the quality of employee services at the Buton Regency Regional Hospital. The problem contained in this study is the phenomenon that occurs at the Buton Regency Hospital that officers do not serve patients well, including favoritism in services, especially patients who are known to be handled quickly, the unfriendly attitude shown by the officers. The method uses the correlational method, which is to be able to see the magnitude of the influence of free variables on the bound variables. The free variable is organizational culture, while the bound variable is the quality of public services. The techniques used are survey and interview techniques, survey techniques by distributing questionnaires to 30 employees of Buton district hospital. Meanwhile, the interview was addressed to the Director of the Buton Regency Regional General Hospital and the Informant comparing 1 patient, and 1 patient family to compare the data on the quality of public services from the District Hospital as a servant and the Patient and his family as recipients of Public services in this case served. The results showed that based on the results of the analysis obtained thitung (4,602) > ttabel (1,71) maka H0 rejected. This means that work culture has a real effect on the variable quality of service. So far, research related to work culture has only focused on government or village institutions, and measured by employee performance, even if it is at the hospital, it only focuses on measuring performance, not the quality of public services. Meanwhile, excellence in this study of work culture is measured by the quality of public services.
