Abstract

The purpose of this study was to look at the amino acid content of dangke made with different levels of papain enzyme and heating duration. The research consists of two stages, the first stage is the preparation of papain enzyme and the second is the determination of heating temperature and papain concentration. Dangke will be made using fresh cow's milk taken from KUNAK Bogor dairy farm. Fresh cow's milk was pasteurized at 70, 80 and 90°C respectively, then pure papain was added which has been diluted with distilled water in a ratio of 1:9.  The concentration of diluted pure papain was 0.2, 0.3 and 0.4%, respectively. Salt was added at 0.4% (w/v). Dangke S3K3 treatment (90°C temperature, 0.4% papain concentration) had the highest amino acids, both non-essential and essential amino acids. This is due to the addition of papain, as it is known that amino acids are components of protein formation. The conclusion of this study is that glutamic acid is the highest amino acid in different heating treatments and concentrations. Dangke S3K3 treatment (temperature 90°C, concentration of 0.4% papain) is the highest amino acid, both non-essential amino acids and essential amino acids.

Abstract

The village in Kumpeh Ulu District, Muaro Jambi Regency, namely Tarikan Village, is a village that has potential in the fisheries sector, especially in terms of catfish farming. Therefore, supported by the potential and opportunities that already exist, the KSPM UNJA Pro Idea team intends to create a multiplier effect from the existence of this cultivation through further processing of catfish so as to produce finished products that have high selling value. This is due to the absence of assistance and further training regarding catfish processing and the lack of public knowledge that catfish is not only sold conventionally but can also be processed into finished products so that it can be business oriented in the future through training and assistance regarding the processing of catfish-based products so that they become products. flagship in Tarikan Village by diversifying products. On the other hand, the team will implement a digital marketing strategy starting from social media marketing to build brand awareness as well as a product promotion medium.

Abstract

Eels belong to a group of snake-shaped fish belonging to the Synbranchidae tribe. Eels can live in fresh water areas, swamps, rice fields, fish ponds and lakes. Usually eels eat small fish as food. Besides that, eel has several different types. If consumed, eel has a fairly high content value compared to eggs and meat. Because of this high content value that makes eel a good food for consumption. Because there are so many advantages that eels have, that's why the development of eel cultivation is carried out. The development of eel cultivation is expected to increase the productivity of eel products, because eels that come from nature are now small in population due to fishing that is not environmentally friendly and the use of chemical fertilizers in the rice fields causes damage to the eel ecosystem is disrupted. The scarcity of eels that are found in nature causes eels circulating in the market to be difficult to find and have a fairly high selling price. This is what underlies the need for home eel cultivation by using drums or making small ponds. The purpose of the activity is to produce quality eels by cultivating at home by making eel houses. To produce a home-made product that is nutritious and liked by various groups of people because it tastes delicious. To promote processed eel products through the marketplace.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the economic sectors that contributes significantly to both GDP and GRDP. Tourism in NTB Province experienced a decline in visits during the Covid-19 pandemic. Lombok Island is a tourist destination that has great potential to be developed. One area in Lombok that has a lot of tourism potential is Batu Putih Village, Sekotong District, West Lombok Regency. Geographically, Batu Putih Village is a coastal village so most of its tourist destinations are marine tourism. Even though it has a lot of tourism potential, it still cannot increase the number of visits and help the community's economy. The partner's problem is the lack of understanding of the local community to develop and introduce tourism potential in their area, so that a media is needed to be able to introduce tourism to Batu Putih Village. The purpose of this community service activity is to introduce Batu Putih Village tourism to the public through catalog media. The results of this PKM activity are that several tourist sites displayed in the tourist log are tourism icons in Batu Putih Village which consist of Pao-Pao Beach, Kores Beach, Gelundung Beach, Bangko-Bangko Beach which is one of the well-known beaches to foreign countries for surfers. and also artificial tourism in the form of the Bendungan Tibu Kuning.
