Abstract

The progress of communication in the era of technological development where applications and communication support in various ways are increasingly sophisticated indicates that more and more people need access and relationships in every existing communication. Therefore, data or information security is needed to maintain confidentiality. One way to secure data or information is with Cryptology. Cryptography is the study of posting security (confidentiality), cryptographic algorithm techniques consisting of substitution and transposition techniques. Cryptographic methods or techniques can be trusted to deal with data or information security problems, because apart from using computer programming languages, cryptography also uses mathematical formulas, ranging from simple formulas to complex formulas. From the results of the study it can be concluded that with the formula used in the Caesar Cipher cryptographic method, it can be said that even though the Caesar Cipher is difficult to solve, it can be easily solved using mathematical formulas and using a programming language to obtain encryption and decryption results.

Abstract

Hypertension in pregnancy is a non-communicable disease that causes maternal death. Non-communicable diseases (PTM) are chronic diseases that are not transmitted from person to person. PTM include hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, stroke, cancer, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). PTM is the cause of death for nearly 70% in the world. According to the results of Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) in 2007 and 2013, there appears to be a tendency for the prevalence of PTM to increase, such as hypertension, diabetes, stroke, and joint/rheumatic/gout diseases. This phenomenon is predicted to continue (Ministry of Health RI, 2018). Research objectives to knowing the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and eating patterns with the incidence of hypertension in pregnant women at AN-NISA Hospital. Short training by providing material on good dietary standards for hypertensive patients in pregnant women. Then re-screening will find out the level of decrease in high blood pressure scale of hypertensive patients in pregnant women after changing regular eating patterns, so as to get maximum results for hypertensive patients in pregnant women.

Abstract

The postpartum period is a period between birth and the recovery of the reproductive organs back to their pre-pregnancy state, which lasts between 6-8 weeks. Inadequate nutritional management during the postpartum period can cause problems. The nutritional needs of postpartum mothers consist of 60-70% carbohydrates, 10-20% protein, and 20-30% fat. The mother's energy needs increase to 500-700 kcal, thus the mother must consume lots of foods that contain carbohydrates and high calories. Lack of knowledge of postpartum mothers about the importance of nutrition will cause problems, both for the mother and the baby. Health Education is needed to increase the understanding of post partum mothers regarding nutrition during post partum. Research objective to determine the effect of health education on the nutrition of breastfeeding mothers on the knowledge of post partum mothers. Research Methods: Health Education uses leaflets. The results of the study indicates that the knowledge of post partum mothers regarding the nutrition of breastfeeding mothers has increased to good knowledge after health education (100%). The conclusion from the research is that health education has an effect on increasing the knowledge of post partum mothers.
